اذان
Azaan and Iqamah is only for obligatory namaz and not for mustahab namaz. It is recommended that Azaan be pronounced in the right ear of the child, and Iqamah in its left ear, on the day it is born. It is recommended to recite salawaat whenever the name of Infallible (ie. Muhammad and Ali) comes in Azaan and Iqamah.
اذان اور اقامت صرف واجب نمازوں کے لئے ہے اور مستحب نمازوں کے لئے نہی۔ تاکید ہے کے بچے کی ولادت پر، بچے کے دائیں کان میں اذان اور بائیں کان میں اقامت دے۔ بہتر ہے کے جب بھی اذان اور اقامت میں معصومینؑ (یعنی محمد اور علی) کا نام آئے تو صلوات پڑھے۔

ALLAAHU AKBAR.
Allah is Greatest.
اللہ بزرگ تر ہے۔

اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لَّا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ۔
ASHHADU AN LAA ILAAHA ILLAA ALLAAH.
I testify that there is no god but Allah.
میں گواہی دیتا ہوں، کہ کوئی معبود نہیں سوائے اللہ کے۔

اَشْهَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَّسُوْلُ اللهِ۔
ASHHADU ANNA MUHAMMADAN RASOOLU ALLAAH.
I testify that Muhammad is Allah’s Messenger.
میں گواہی دیتا ہوں، کہ محمد اللہ کے رسول ہے۔

اَشْهَدُ اَنَّ عَلِیًّا اَمِیْرَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ حُجَّۃُ اللهِ۔
ASHHADU ANNA 'ALIYYAN AMEERA AL-MU'MINEENA HUJJATU ALLAAH.
I testify that Ali is the Commander of the Faithful and the Proof of Allah.
میں گواہی دیتا ہوں، کہ علی مومنین کے امیر اور اللہ کی حجت ہے۔

حَیَّ عَلَی الصَّلٰوۃِ۔
HAYYA 'ALAA AS-SALAAH.
Hasten to prayers.
نماز کی طرف دوڑو۔

HAYYA 'ALAA AL-FALAAH.
Hasten to deliverance.
نجات کی طرف دوڑو۔

HAYYA 'ALAA KHAYRI AL-'AMAL.
Hasten to the best act.
