یَا اَعْدَلَ الْعَادِلِیْنَ
Yaa a’ade-lal a’ade-leena.
O Most Just of those who are just.
اے سب سے زیادہ انصاف کرنے والے! اے عادلوں میں سب سے زیادہ عادل!
مَنْ ھُوَ عَادِلٌ فِیْ حُکْمِہٖ
Man howa a’a-delo fee hukme-hi.
(He is the One) who is just in His judgement.
(وہ ذات) جو اپنے حکم)فیصلے( میں انصاف کرنے والی ہے۔
