1. Whenever you recite or hear the verse of Obligatory Sajdah in Arabic or R-Arabic (transliteration) it is obligatory to perform Sajdah and recommended to recite this zikr. This zikr can also be recited in the verses of Mustahab Sajdah…

   جب بھی آپ واجب سجدہ کی آیت عربی یا رومن عربی میں پڑھیں یا سنیں تو فورًا سجدہ کریں اور مستحب ہے کہ سجدہ میں اس ذکر کو پڑھیں، اس ذکر کو مستحب سجدہ میں بھی پڑھا جا سکتا ہے۔۔۔

2. بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

   BISMI ALLAAHI AR-RAHMAANI AR-RAHEEM

   In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

   اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

3. لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ حَقًّا حَقًّا، لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ اِيْمَانًا وَتَصْدِيْقًا، لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ عُبُوْدِيَّةً وَّرِقًّا، سَجَدْتُ لَكَ يَا رَبِّ تَعَبُّدًا وَرِقًّا لَا مُسْتَنْكِفًا وَلَا مُسْتَكْبِرًا، بَلْ اَنَا عَبْدٌ ذَلِيْلٌ ضَعِیْفٌ خَآئِفٌ مُسْتَجِيْرٌ۔

   LAA ILAAHA ILLAA ALLAAHU HAQQAN HAQQAN, LAA ILAAHA ILLAA ALLAAHU EEMAANAN WATASDEEQAN, LAA ILAAHA ILLAA ALLAAHU 'UBOODIYYATAN WARIQQAN, SAJADTU LAKA YAA RABBI TA'ABBUDAN WARIQQAN LAA MUSTANKIFAN WALAA MUSTAKBIRAN, BAL ANAA 'ABDUN ZALEELUN DA'EEFUN KHAA'IFUN MUSTAJEER.

   There is no god but Allah, truly, truly. There is no god but Allah, I believe in this certainly and I affirm it certainly. There is no god but Allah, I testify this in servitude and as a slave. I prostrate to You, O my Lord, in servitude and as a slave; not disdainfully nor arrogantly. Rather, I am a servant lowly, weak, fearing and seeking refuge.

   حق اور حقانیت کی قسم کوئی خدا نہیں سوائے اللہ کے اور میں اس کے معبود ہونے اور اس کا میں بندہ ہونے کا اعتراف کرتا ہوں اے اللہ میں تیرا سجدہ کر رہا ہوں کیوں کہ تو میرا معبود ہے اور میں تیرا بندہ ہوں میں مغرور اور متکبر بھی نہیں بلکہ تیرا ایک حقیر کمزور اور خوف رکھنے والا بندہ ہوں۔

4. اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔

   ALLAAHUMMA SALLI 'ALAA MUHAMMADIN WA-AALI MUHAMMAD.

   O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

   اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
