یَااَحْکَمُ الْحَاکِمِیْنَ
YAA HAKA-MUL HAAKE-MEENA.
O Most Just / Best of judges.
اے سب سے بہتر فیصلہ کرنے والے! اے سب سے بڑا حاکم!
مَنْ ھُوَ حُکْمُہٗ لَطِیْفٌ
MAN HOWA HUKMA-HU LATEE-FO.
(He is the One) whose decree (judgement) is subtle and gentle.
(وہ ذات) جس کا حکم)فیصلہ( نہایت لطیف اور نرم ہے۔
