Safe from Oppressor

ظالم کے شر سے محفوظ

1. Imam Kazim (a) is also reported to have said, “Whoever places (the recitation of) Surah Ikhlaas between him and any tyrannical person, Almighty Allah will save him from that person. Whoever recites Surah Ikhlaas in front of him (self), to his backside, to his right side, and to his left side, Almighty Allah will provide him with his good things and will prevent his evil things to reach him.”

   امام موسیٰ کاظمؑ نے فرمایا : جو شخص سورۂ اخلاص کو اپنے اور ظالم شخص کے درمیان پڑھے گا تو حق تعالیٰ اسے اس کے شر سے محفوظ رکھے گااس سورہ کو اپنے آگے پیچھے اور دائیں بائیں پڑھے اور پھر اس ظالم و جابر کے سامنے جائے تو اﷲتعالیٰ اسے اس کی طرف سے اچھائی دکھائے گااور اس کی برائی سے بچائے گا۔

2. Imam Kazim (a) is also reported to have said: If you fear something, You may recite any 100 verses of the Holy Qur’an and then repeat this prayer 3 times…

   امام موسیٰ کاظمؑ نے فرمایا: جب تمہیں کسی بات کا خطرہ ہو تو قرآن مجید کی کوئی بھی ۱۰۰ آیات پڑھو اور پھر ۳ مرتبہ کہو۔۔۔

3. اَللّٰهُمَّ اكْشِفْ عَنِّى الْبَلَاءَ۔

   ALLAAHUMMA IKSHIF 'ANNEE AL-BALAA'.

   O God! Take away my trouble.

   اے معبود!میری مصیبت دور کر دے۔

4. Shaikh Kulayni has reported that Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a) said to Mufazzal: You may guard yourself from all people by “Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem” and by Surah Ikhlaas, which you may recite in front of you, to your backside, to your right side, to your left side, over you, and beneath you. If you are summoned by a tyrannical ruler, you may recite it 3 times the moment you look at him, grasping on your left hand. You may keep on so until you leave. (To grasp on the left hand may stand for keeping the fingers joined together, or the expression, as understood by some scholars, may stand for keeping on reciting the Surah repeatedly until one leaves that place.)

   شیخ کلینیؒ ہی نے امام جعفر صادقؑ سے روایت کی ہے کہ آپؑ نے مفضّل سے فرمایا: اے مفضّل!تم خود کو تمام لوگوں سے بچائے رکھو بسم اﷲالرحمٰن الرحیم اور سورۂ اخلاص کے ساتھ،وہ یوں کہ تم یہ سورہ پڑھ کر اپنے آگے پیچھے دائیں بائیں اور اوپر نیچے دم کر لیا کرو جب تم کسی جابر حاکم کے پاس جاؤ تو اسے دیکھتے ہی بائیں ہاتھ پر شمار کرتے ہوئے تین مرتبہ یہ سورہ پڑھو اور جب تک تم اس کے پاس رہو اپنے بائیں ہاتھ کی مٹھی کو بند رکھو جب باہر آ جاؤ تو اسے کھول دو بعض نے کہا ہے : جب تک اس کے پاس رہو یہ سورہ پڑھتے رہو۔
