It has been recorded in Bihar-ul-Anwar V-83, P-337 on the authority of Ameerul Momeneen (a) that anyone who recites the following verses before sunrise, then Allah (swt) will repel all the evils and harm from him even if he throws himself in difficulties…
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
BISMI ALLAAHI AR-RAHMAANI AR-RAHEEM
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
قُل لَّنْ يُّصِيْبَنَآ اِلَّا مَا كَتَبَ اللهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلَانَا وَعَلَى اللهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ
QUL LAN YUSEEBANAA ILLAA MAA KATABA ALLAAHU LANAA HUWA MAWLAANAA WA'ALAA ALLAAHI FAL-YATAWAKKALI AL-MU'MINOON
Say: Nothing will afflict us save what Allah has ordained for us; He is our Patron; and on Allah let the believers rely.
آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ ہم تک وہی حالات آتے ہیں جو خدا نے ہمارے حق میں لکھ دیئے ہیں وہی ہمارا مولا ہے اور صاحبانِ ایمان اسی پر توکل اور اعتماد رکھتے ہیں۔
وَاِنْ يَّمْسَسْكَ اللهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهٗٓ اِلَّا هُوَ وَاِنْ يُّرِدْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَلَا رَآدَّ لِفَضْلِهٖ يُصِيْبُ بِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ وَهُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِيْمُ
WA-IN YAMSASKA ALLAAHU BIDURRIN FALAA KAASHIFA LAHOO ILLAA HUWA WA-IN YURIDKA BIKHAYRIN FALAA RAADDA LIFADLIHEE YUSEEBU BIHEE MAN YASHAA'U MIN 'IBAADIHEE WAHUWA AL-GHAFOORU AR-RAHEEM
And if Allah should afflict you with harm, then there is none to remove it but He; and if He intends good to you there is none to repel His grace; He brings it to whom He pleases of His servants; and He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
اور اگر خدا نقصان پہنچانا چاہے تو اس کے علاوہ کوئی بچانے والا نہیں ہے اور اگر وہ بھلائی کا ارادہ کرلے تو اس کے فضل کا کوئی روکنے والا نہیں ہے وہ جس کو چاہتا ہے اپنے بندوں میں بھلائی عطا کرتا ہے وہ بڑا بخشنے والا اور مہربان ہے۔
وَمَا مِنْ دَآبَّةٍ فِي الْاَرْضِ اِلَّا عَلَى اللهِ رِزْقُهَا وَيَعْلَمُ مُسْتَقَرَّهَا وَمُسْتَوْدَعَهَا كُلٌّ فِيْ كِتٰبٍ مُّبِيْنٍ
WAMAA MIN DAABBATIN FEE AL-ARDI ILLAA 'ALAA ALLAAHI RIZQUHAA WAYA'LAMU MUSTAQARRAHAA WAMUSTAWDA'AHAA KULLUN FEE KITAABIN MUBEEN
And there is no animal in the earth but on Allah is the sustenance of it, and He knows its resting place and its depository all (things) are in a manifest book.
اور زمین پر چلنے والی کوئی مخلوق ایسی نہیں ہے جس کا رزق خدا کے ذمہ نہ ہو، وہ ہر ایک کے سونپے جانے کی جگہ اور اس کے قرار کی منزل کو جانتا ہے اور سب کچھ کتابِ مبین میں محفوظ ہے۔
وَكَاَيِّن مِّنْ دَآبَّةٍ لَّا تَحْمِلُ رِزْقَهَا اللهُ يَرْزُقُهَا وَاِيَّاكُمْ وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ
WAKA-AYYIN MIN DAABBATIN LAA TAHMILU RIZQAHAA ALLAAHU YARZUQUHAA WA-IYYAAKUM WAHUWA AS-SAMEE'U AL-'ALEEM
And how many a living creature that does not carry its sustenance: Allah sustains it and yourselves; and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
اور زمین پر چلنے والے بہت سے ایسے بھی ہیں جو اپنی روزی کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھا سکتے ہیں لیکن خدا انہیں اور تمہیں سب کو رزق دے رہا ہے وہ سب کی سننے والا اور سب کے حالات کا جاننے والا ہے۔
مَا يَفْتَحِ اللهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحْمَةٍ فَلَا مُمْسِكَ لَهَا وَمَا يُمْسِكْ فَلَا مُرْسِلَ لَهٗ مِنْۢ بَعْدِهٖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ
MAA YAFTAHI ALLAAHU LIN-NAASI MIN RAHMATIN FALAA MUMSIKA LAHAA WAMAA YUMSIK FALAA MURSILA LAHOO MIN BA'DIHEE WAHUWA AL-'AZEEZU AL-HAKEEM
Whatever Allah grants to men of (His) mercy, there is none to withhold it, and what He withholds there is none to send it forth after that, and He is the Mighty, the Wise.
اللہ انسانوں کے لئے جو رحمت کا دروازہ کھول دے اس کا کوئی روکنے والا نہیں ہے اور جس کو روک دے اس کا کوئی بھیجنے والا نہیں ہے وہ ہر شے پر غالب اور صاحبِ حکمت ہے۔
قُلْ اَفَرَئَيْتُم مَّا تَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللهِ اِنْ اَرَادَنِيَ اللهُ بِضُرٍّ هَلْ هُنَّ كٰشِفٰتُ ضُرِّهٖٓ اَوْ اَرَادَنِيْ بِرَحْمَةٍ هَلْ هُنَّ مُمْسِكٰتُ رَحْمَتِهٖ قُلْ حَسْبِيَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ يَتَوَكَّلُ الْمُتَوَكِّلُوْنَ۔
QUL AFARA'AYTUM MAA TAD'OONA MIN DOONI ALLAAHI IN ARAADANIYA ALLAAHU BIDURRIN HAL HUNNA KAASHIFAATU DURRIHEE AW ARAADANEE BIRAHMATIN HAL HUNNA MUMSIKAATU RAHMATIHEE QUL HASBIYA ALLAAHU 'ALAYHI YATAWAKKALU AL-MUTAWAKKILOON.
Say: Have you then considered that what you call upon besides Allah, would they, if Allah desire to afflict me with harm, be the removers of His harm, or (would they), if Allah desire to show me mercy, be the withholders of His mercy? Say: Allah is sufficient for me; on Him do the reliant rely.
تو کہہ دیجئے کہ کیا تم نے ان سب کا حال دیکھا ہے جن کی عبادت کرتے ہو کہ اگر خدا نقصان پہنچانے کا ارادہ کر لے تو کیا یہ اس نقصان کو روک سکتے ہیں یا اگر وہ رحمت کا ارادہ کر لے تو کیا یہ اس رحمت کو منع کر سکتے ہیں۔ آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ میرے لئے میرا خدا کافی ہے اور بھروسہ کرنے والے اسی پر بھروسہ کرتے ہیں۔
حَسْبِيَ اللهُ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ۔
HASBIYA ALLAAHU LAA ILAAHA ILLAA HUWA 'ALAYHI TAWAKKALTU WAHUWA RABBU AL-'ARSHI AL-'AZEEM.
Allah is sufficient for me, there is no god but He; on Him do I rely, and He is the Lord of mighty power.
خدا میرے لئے کافی ہے، اس کے سوا کوئی خدا نہیں، میرا اعتماداسی پر ہے اور وہی عرشِ اعظم کا پروردگار ہے۔
وَاَمْتَنِعُ بِحَوْلِ اللهِ وَقُوَّتِهٖ مِنْ حَوْلِهِمْ وَقُوَّتِهِمْ وَاَسْتَشْفِعُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَاَعُوْذُ بِمَا شَآئَ اللهُ لَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِیِّ الْعَظِیْمِ۔
WA-AMTANI'U BIHAWLI ALLAAHI WAQUWWATIHEE MIN HAWLIHIM WAQUWWATIHIM WA-ASTASHFI'U BIRABBI AL-FALAQI MIN SHARRI MAA KHALAQA WA-A'OOZU BIMAA SHAA'A ALLAAHU LAA QUWWATA ILLAA BILLAAHI AL-'ALIYYI AL-'AZEEM.
And I shield myself with the might and strength of Allah against their might and strength, I seek the help of the Lord of the daybreak against the evil of what He has created, and I seek refuge in whatever Allah has willed. There is no strength save with Allah, the High, the Great.
اور میں اللہ کی طاقت و قوت کے ذریعے ان کی طاقت و قوت سے بچاؤ چاہتا ہوں، اور سپیدۂ صبح کے رب کا واسطہ دے کر اس کی مخلوق کے شر سے حفاظت چاہتا ہوں، اور جو اللہ نے چاہا اس کی پناہ لیتا ہوں۔ کوئی قوت نہیں مگر اللہ بلند و برتر کے ذریعے۔
