   معتبر سند سے نقل ہوا ہے کہ امام موسیٰ کاظمؑ نے ابراہیم ابن ابی البلاد سے فرمایا : جب تم امام حسینؑ کی زیارت کو جاتے ہو تو وہاں کیا پڑھتے ہو؟ اس نے کہا : میں یہ کہا کرتا ہوں۔۔۔

2. بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

   BISMI ALLAAHI AR-RAHMAANI AR-RAHEEM

   In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

   اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

3. اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا اَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ۔ اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ قَدْ اَقَمْتَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَيْتَ الزَّكَاةَ وَاَمَرْتَ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ وَنَهَيْتَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَدَعَوْتَ اِلٰى سَبِيْلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّ الَّذِيْنَ سَفَكُوْا دَمَكَ وَاسْتَحَلُّوْا حُرْمَتَكَ مَلْعُوْنُوْنَ مُعَذَّبُوْنَ عَلٰى لِسَانِ دَاوُدَ وَعِيْسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ ذٰلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوْا وَكَانُوْا يَعْتَدُوْنَ۔

   AS-SALAAMU 'ALAYKA YAA ABAA 'ABDI ALLAAH. AS-SALAAMU 'ALAYKA YAA IBNA RASOOLI ALLAAH. ASHHADU ANNAKA QAD AQAMTA AS-SALAATA WA-AATAYTA AZ-ZAKAATA WA-AMARTA BIL-MA'ROOFI WANAHAYTA 'ANI AL-MUNKARI WADA'AWTA ILAA SABEELI RABBIKA BIL-HIKMATI WAL-MAW'IZATI AL-HASANATI WA-ASHHADU ANNA ALLAZEENA SAFAKOO DAMAKA WASTAHALLOO HURMATAKA MAL'OONOONA MU'AZZABOONA 'ALAA LISAANI DAAWUDA WA'EESAA IBNI MARYAMA ZAALIKA BIMAA 'ASAW WAKAANOO YA'TADOON.

   Peace be upon you, O Aba Abdillah. Peace be upon you, O son of the Messenger of Allah. I bear witness that you established the prayer, gave the zakat, enjoined what is right and forbade what is wrong, and you called to the way of your Lord with wisdom and goodly exhortation. And I bear witness that those who shed your blood and violated your sanctity are cursed and will be punished, as proclaimed on the tongue of David and Jesus son of Mary. That is because they disobeyed and used to transgress.

   آپ پر سلام ہو اے ابو عبداؑ للہ! آپ پر سلام ہو اے رسول خداؐ کے فرزند میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ آپ نے نماز قائم کی زکوٰۃ ادا کی آپ نے نیک کاموں کا حکم دیا اور برائیوں سے منع فرمایا آپ نے لوگوں کو اپنے رب کے راستے کی طرف بلایا دانش مندی اور بہترین نصیحت کے ساتھ، میں گواہی دیتا ہوں یقینًا جن لوگوں نے آپ کا خون بہایا اور آپ کی بے احترامی کی وہ لعنتی اورعذاب والے ہیں داؤدؑ اورعیسیٰؑ ابن مریم(س) کی زبان مبارک پر نافرمانی اور ظلم کی وجہ سے۔

4. اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔

   ALLAAHUMMA SALLI 'ALAA MUHAMMADIN WA-AALI MUHAMMAD.

   O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

   اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔

5. You should then return to the place near the head of Imam Husain (a), supplicate Almighty Allah as much as you can, and pray for yourself, your family members, your parents, and your friends, because any prayer in the holy shrine of Imam Husain (a) shall never be rejected.

   اس کے بعد امام حسینؑ کے سرہانے کی طرف آ جائے اور وہاں اپنے فرزندوں اپنے ماں باپ اور بہن بھائیوں کے لئے بہت زیادہ دعائیں مانگے کیوں کہ امام حسینؑ کے روضۂ مبارک پر دعا کرنے والے کی دعا اور سوال کرنے والے کا سوال رد نہیں کیا جاتا۔
