Place of Memoriesدار الحفّاظ (حافظ قرآن کی جگہ)
This porch is located south of the Holy Shrine and northeast of the Goharshad mosque. It was built under the orders of Goharshad Khatoon. The pilgrims pray here seeking permission to enter the Holy Shrine. Daar-ul Hoffaz is connected to Haram through a doorway. It has been built for memorizing the Quran. Abbas Mirza, Fath-Ali Shah's vicegerent is buried in this porch.
یہ ایوان روضہ اقدس کے جنوب میں ہے اور مسجد گوہرشاد کے شمال مشرق میں ہے، اسے گوہر شاد خاتون کے حکم پر تعمیر کیا گیا تھا۔ زائرین یہاں سے اذن دخول ضریح امام رضاؑ حاصل کرتے ہیں۔ دارالحفّاظ حرم سے متصل ہے، اسے حافظ قرآن کے لئے بنایا گیا تھا۔ فتح علی شاہ کے ولی عہد عباس مرزا یہیں پر دفن ہیں۔
