بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
کَتَبْتُ اِلَیْكَ یَا مَوْلَایَ صَلَوَاتُ اللہِ عَلَیْکَ مُسْتَغِیْثًا، وَشَکَوْتُ مَا نَزَلَ بِیْ مُسْتَجِیْرًا بِاللہِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، ثُمَّ بِکَ مِنْ اَمْرٍ قَدْ دَھَمَنِیْ، وَاَشْغَلَ قَلْبِیْ، وَاَطَالَ فِکْرِیْ، وَسَلَبَنِیْ بَعْضَ لُبِّیْ، وَغَیْرَ خَطِیْرِ نِعْمَۃِ اللہِ عِنْدِیْ، اَسْلَمَنِیْ عِنْدَ تَخَیُّلِ وُرُوْدِہِ الْخَلِیْلُ، وَتَبَرَّاَ مِنِّیْ عِنْدَ تَرَآئِیْ اِقْبَالِہٖ اِلَیَّ الْحَمِیْمِ، وَعَجَزَتْ عَنْ دِفَاعِہٖ حِیْلَتِیْ، وَخَانَنِیْ فِیْ تَحَمُّلِہٖ صَبْرِیْ وَقَوَّتِیْ۔ فَلْجَاْتُ فِیْہِ اِلَیْکَ، وَتَوَ کَّلْتُ فِیْ الْمَسْأَلَۃِ لِلہِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ثَنَاؤُہٗ عَلَیْہِ وَعَلَیْکَ وَفِیْ دِفَاعِہٖ عَنِّیْ، عِلْمًۢا بِمَکَانِکَ مِنَ اللہِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ، وَلِیِّ التَّدْبِیْرِ وَمَالِکِ الْاُمُوْرِ، وَاثِقًا بِکَ فِیْ الْمُسَارَعَۃِ فِیْ الشَّفَاعَۃِ اِلَیْہِ جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُہٗ فِیْ اَمْرِیْ، مُتَیَقِّنًا لِاِجَابَتِہٖ تَبَارَکَ وَ تَعَالٰی اِیَّاکَ بِاِعْطَائِیْ سُؤْلِیْ۔ وَاَنْتَ یَامَوْلَایَ جَدِیْرٌۢ بِتَحْقِیْقِ ظَنِّیْ وَتَصْدِیْقِ اَمَلِیْ فِیْکَ فِیْ اَمْرٍ کَذَا وَ کَذَا۔۔۔
Katabtu ilayka yaa mawlaaya salawaatu allaahi 'alayka mustagheethan, washakawtu maa nazala bee mustajeeran billaahi 'azza wajalla, thumma bika min amrin qad dahamanee, waashghala qalbee, waataala fikree, wasalabanee ba'da lubiy, waghayra khateeri ni'mati allaahi 'indee, aslamanee 'inda takhayyuli wuroodihi al-khaleelu, watabarraa miniy 'inda taraa'ee iqbaalihee ilayya al-hameemi, wa'ajazat 'an difaa'ihee heelatee, wakhaananee fee tahammulihee sabree waqawwatee.
Fal-jatu feehi ilayka, watawa kaltu fee al-maslati lillaahi 'azza wajalla thanaa'uhoo 'alayhi wa'alayka wafee difaa'ihee 'aniy, 'ilman bimakaanika mina allaahi rabi al-'aalameena, waliyi at-tadbeeri wamaaliki al-umoori, waathiqan bika fee al-musaara'ati fee ash-shafaa'ati ilayhi jalla thanaa'uhoo fee amree, mutayaqinan liijaabatihee tabaaraka wa ta'aalaa iyyaaka bii'taa'ee su'lee.
Waanta yaamawlaaya jadeerun bitahqeeqi zaniy watasdeeqi amalee feeka fee amrin kazaa wa kazaa... auto
I have written to you O my master, may His mercy and blessing be on you, seeking a favour from you. I have complained to you for what has happened to me seeking solutions firstly from Allah and then from you for a matter that has obsessed me.I am helpless in combating the problem and for that I have resorted to seeking help from Allah and from you. Knowing the status you have with Allah. I am confident that you will help me get the solutions to my problems swiftly and that you will intercede on my behalf. I am helpless and moreover I am sinful:So help O master and present this problem to Allah and I pray to Him that He will solve this quickly and grant me victory and success in finding the solution to my problems.
میں نے آپ کی خدمت میں لکھا ہے، اے میرے مولا! اللہ کی رحمتیں آپ پر ہوں میں فریاد کرتا ہوا (مدد مانگتا ہوا)۔ اور میں نے اپنے اوپر نازل ہونے والی مصیبت کی شکایت کی ہے، اللہ عزوجل کی پناہ لیتے ہوئے، پھر آپ کے وسیلے سے اُس معاملے میں جو مجھ پر اچانک ٹوٹ پڑا ہے، جس نے میرے دل کو مشغول کر دیا ہے، میری سوچ کو طول دے دیا ہے، اور میری عقل و ہوش کا کچھ حصہ سلب کر لیا ہے۔ اور یہ (مصیبت) ایسی نہیں کہ اللہ کی نعمتوں کو میرے نزدیک بے وقعت بنا دے (یعنی میں اللہ کی نعمتوں کا منکر نہیں)، لیکن اس کے آ پڑنے کا خیال آتے ہی دوست (خلیل) بھی مجھے میرے حال پر چھوڑ گیا، اور جب میں نے اس مصیبت کو اپنی طرف بڑھتا دیکھا تو قریبی/جگری دوست (حمیم) بھی مجھ سے بیزار ہو گیا۔ میری کوئی تدبیر اس کے دفاع سے عاجز رہی، اور اسے برداشت کرنے میں میرا صبر اور میری قوت بھی میرا ساتھ نہ دے سکے۔ پس میں اسی معاملے میں آپ کی طرف پناہ لایا ہوں، اور اس مسئلے میں اللہ عزوجل پر توکل کیا ہے اور (پھر) آپ پر بھی اور اس مصیبت کو مجھ سے دور کرنے میں (آپ کے ذریعے اللہ پر بھروسہ کیا ہے)، کیونکہ مجھے معلوم ہے کہ آپ کا مقام اللہ ربّ العالمین کے نزدیک کیا ہے جو تدبیر کا ولی اور تمام امور کا مالک ہے۔ اور میں آپ پر اعتماد رکھتا ہوں کہ آپ میرے معاملے میں اللہ جلّ ثناؤہٗ کی بارگاہ میں شفاعت کے لیے جلدی فرمائیں گے۔ اور مجھے یقین ہے کہ اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ آپ کی (درخواست/شفاعت) کو قبول فرما کر مجھے میرا سوال/مراد عطا کرے گا۔ اور آپ، اے میرے مولا! اس کے اہل ہیں کہ میرے آپ سے حسنِ ظن کو سچ کر دکھائیں اور میرے آپ سے وابستہ امید کو پورا فرمائیں—اس فلاں معاملے میں (کذا و کذا)۔۔۔
فِیْمَا لَا طَاقَۃَ لِیْ بِحَمْلِہٖ، وَلَا صَبْرَ لِیْ عَلَیْہِ، وَاِنْ کُنْتُ مُسْتَحِقًّا لَہٗ وَلِاَضْعَافِہٖ بِقَبِیْحِ اَفْعَالِیْ وَتَفْرِیْطِیْ فِیْ الْوَاجِبَاتِ الَّتِیْ لِلہِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، فَاَغِثْنِیْ یَامَوْلَایَ صَلَوَاتُ اللہِ عَلَیْکَ عِنْدَ اللَّہْفِ، وَقَدِّمِ الْمَسْاَلَۃَ لِلہِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِیْ اَمْرِیْ، قَبْلَ حُلُوْلِ التَّلَفِ، وَشَمَاتَۃِ الْاَعْدَآئِ، فَبِکَ بُسِطَتِ النِّعْمَۃُ عَلَیَّ۔ وَاَسْاَلَ اللہُ جَلَّ جَلَالُہٗ لِیْ نَصْرًا عَزِیْزًا، وَفَتْحًا قَرِیْبًا، فِیْہِ بُلُوْغُ الْآمَالِ، وَخَیْرُ الْمَبَادِیْ، وَخَوَاتِیْمُ الْاَعْمَالِ، وَالْاَمْنُ مِنَ الْمَخَاوِفِ کُلِّھَا فِیْ کُلِّ حَالٍ، اِنَّہٗ جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُہٗ لِمَا یَشَائُ فَعَّالٌ، وَھُوَ حَسْبِیْ وَنِعْمَ الْوَکِیْلُ فِیْ الْمَبْدَئِ وَ الْمَآلِ۔۔۔ مَاشَائَ اللهُ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِیِّ الْعَظِیْمِ۔
Feemaa laa taaqata lee bihamlihee, walaa sabra lee 'alayhi, wain kuntu mustahiqqan lahoo waliad'aafihee biqabeehi af'aalee watafreetee fee al-waajibaati allatee lillaahi 'azza wajalla, faaghithnee yaamawlaaya salawaatu allaahi 'alayka 'inda al-lahfi, waqadimi al-masalata lillaahi 'azza wajalla fee amree, qabla hulooli at-talafi, washamaatati al-a'daa'i, fabika busitati al-ni'matu 'alayya.
Waasala allaahu jalla jalaaluhoo lee nasran 'azeezan, wafathan qareeban, feehi bulooghu al-maali, wakhayru al-mabaadee, wakhawaateemu al-a'maali, wal-amnu mina al-makhaawifi kulihaa fee kuli haalin, innahoo jalla thanaa'uhoo limaa yashaa'u fa''aalun, wahuwa hasbee wani'ma al-wakeelu fee al-mabda'i wa al-maaali...
Maashaa'a allaahu laa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billaahi al-'aliyyi al-'azeemi. auto
I am not able to carry or bear with it. Although I am responsible for the increase of my sins and ignorant about my responsibilities (waajibaat), from Allah which are given to me.So help me O my master. Peace be upon you during this time of problems and sorrow.Present my prayers to Allah before I compensate and before my enemies engulfs me. For you have shown me your blessings.So I pray to Allah for great salvation and near victory with calmness from all fears, for Allah is most high and does what he wants. Allah is sufficient for me from beginning and in my hopes.Whatever Allah wish there is neither strength nor any power except in Allah the High, the Great.
(میں اس مصیبت میں مبتلا ہوں) جسے اٹھانے کی مجھ میں طاقت نہیں، اور نہ اس پر صبر کرنے کی مجھ میں تاب ہے۔ اگرچہ میں اپنے برے اعمال اور اللہ عزوجل کے واجبات میں کوتاہی کی وجہ سے اس (آزمائش) کا مستحق ہوں بلکہ اس سے بھی بڑھ کر کا مستحق ہوں تب بھی اے میرے مولا! اللہ کی رحمتیں آپ پر ہوں، اس فریاد کے وقت میری فریاد رسی فرمائیے۔ اور اللہ عزوجل کی بارگاہ میں میرے معاملے کی درخواست/عرضِ حاجت پیش کیجیے، اس سے پہلے کہ ہلاکت آ پہنچے اور دشمن طعنے دیں (اور خوش ہوں)۔ کیونکہ آپ ہی کے ذریعے مجھ پر نعمت پھیلی ہے/نعمتیں عطا ہوئی ہیں۔ اور میں اللہ جلّ جلالہٗ سے سوال کرتا/کرتی ہوں کہ وہ مجھے عزت والی نصرت اور قریب کی فتح عطا فرمائے ایسی فتح جس میں امیدوں کا پورا ہونا، بہترین آغاز، اعمال کا اچھا انجام، اور ہر حال میں ہر طرح کے خوف سے امن حاصل ہو۔ بے شک وہ جلّ ثناؤہٗ جو چاہے کرنے والا ہے، اور وہی میرے لیے کافی ہے اور بہترین کارساز/وکیل ہے ابتدا میں بھی اور انجام میں بھی۔ جو اللہ چاہے (وہی ہوتا ہے)؛ اور بلند و عظیم اللہ کے سوا نہ کوئی طاقت ہے نہ کوئی قوت۔
یَاحُسَیْنَ بْنَ رَوْحٍ سَلَامٌ عَلَیْكَ، اَشْهَدُ اَنَّ وَفَاتَكَ فِیْ سَبِیْلِ اللهِ وَاَنَّكَ حَیٌّ عِنْدَ اللهِ مَرْزُوْقٌ وَقَدْ خَطَبْتُكَ فِیْ حَیَاتِكَ اللَّتِیْ لَكَ عِنْدَ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَ هٰذِهٖ رُقْعَتِیْ وَحَاجَتِیْ اَلٰی مَوْلَانَا صَحِبَ الْاَمْرِ اَلسَّلَامُ فَسَلِّمْهَا اِلَیْهِ فَاَنْتَ الثِّقَۃُ الْاَمِیْنُ۔
Yaahusayna bna rawhin salaamun 'alayka, ashhadu anna wafaataka fee sabeeli allaahi waannaka hayyun 'inda allaahi marzooqun waqad khatabtuka fee hayaatika al-latee laka 'inda allaahi 'azza wajalla wa haazihee ruq'atee wahaajatee alaa mawlaanaa sahiba al-amri as-salaamu fasallimhaa ilayhi faanta ath-thiqatu al-ameenu. auto
O Husain bin Rawh, Salamun Alikum. I bear witness that you died in the path of Allah and (hence), you are alive and are sustained by Allah. I’m addressing you in your life which you lead with Allah this is my note and wishes to the master of the Era, the 12th Imam (a.s), so please hand it over to him for you are indeed trustworthy.
اے حسین بن روح! آپ پر سلام ہو۔ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ آپ کی وفات اللہ کی راہ میں ہوئی، اور یہ کہ آپ اللہ کے نزدیک زندہ ہیں اور آپ کو رزق دیا جاتا ہے۔ اور میں نے آپ کو اسی زندگی کی حالت میں مخاطب کیا ہے جو آپ کو اللہ عزوجل کے ہاں حاصل ہے۔ یہ میری چٹھی (عرضی) اور میری حاجت ہے، جو ہمارے مولا صاحبُ الامر (امامِ زمانہؑ) کی خدمت میں ہے۔ پس آپ یہ (عرضی) انہیں پہنچا دیجیے، کیونکہ آپ قابلِ اعتماد اور امانت دار ہیں۔
