دعائے توحید

بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem

In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّكَ كُنْتَ قَبْلَ الْاَزْمَانِ وَقَبْلَ الْكَوْنِ وَالْكَيْنُوْنِيَّةِ وَالْكَـآئِنِ وَعَلِمْتَ بِـمَا تُرِيْدُ اَنْ تُكَوِّنَ قَبْلَ تَكْوِيْنِ الْاَشْيَآءِ وَكَانَ عِلْمُكَ السَّابِقُ فِيْـمَا تُرِيْدُ اَنْ تُكَوِّنَ قَبْلَ التَّكْوِيْنِ وَالْعِلْمِ فَعِلْمُكَ دَآئِبَةٌ غَيْرُ مُكْتَسَبٍ لَمْ تَزَلْ كُنْتَ عَالِمًا مَوْجُوْدًا وَالْـجَهْلُ عَنْكَ نَافِيًا فَاَنْتَ بَادِي الْاَبَدِ وَقَادِمُ الْاَزَلِ وَدَآئِمُ الْقَدَمِ لَا تُوْصَفُ بِصِفَاتٍ وَلَا تُنْعَتُ بِوَصْفٍ وَلَا تُلْحَقُ بِالْـحَوَاسِّ وَلَا تُضْرَبُ فِيْكَ الْاَمْثَالُ وَلَا تُقَاسُ بِقِيَاسٍ وَلَا تُـحَدُّ بِـحُدُوْدٍ لَيْسَ لَكَ مَكَانٌ يُعْرَفُ وَلَا لَكَ مَوْضِعٌ يُنَالُ لَا فَوْقَكَ مُنْتَهٰى وَلَا عَنْكَ انْتِهَآءٌ وَلَا خَلْفَكَ اِدْرَاكٌ وَلَا اَمَامَكَ مُصَادِفٌ بَلْ اَيْنَ تَوَجَّهَ الْوَاجِهُوْنَ فَاَنْتَ هُنَاكَ لَمْ تَزَلْ لَا يُـحِيْطُ بِكَ الْاَشْيَآءُ بَلْ تُـحِيْطُ بِالْاَشْيَآءِ مُـحْتَوٍ بِهَا مُـحْتَجَبٌ عَنْ رُؤْيَةِ الْمَخْلُوْقِيْنَ وَهُمْ عَنْكَ غَيْرُ مُـحْتَجِبِيْنَ تَرٰى وَلَا تُرٰى وَاَنْتَ فِيْ الْمَلَاِ الْاَعْلٰى تَسْمَعُ وَتَرٰى وَتَعْلَمُ مَا يَـخْفٰى وَاَخْفٰى فَتَبَارَكْتَ وَتَعَالَيْتَ عَمَّا يَقُوْلُوْنَ عُلُوًّا كَبِيْرًا۔

Allaahumma innaka kunta qablal azmaane wa qablal kawne wal kaynooniyyate wal kaaa-ene wa a’limta bemaa toreedo an tokawwena qabla takweenil ash-yaaa-e wa kaana i’lmokas saabeqo feemaa toreedo an tokawwena qablat takweene wal i’lme fai’lmoka daaa-ebatun ghayra muktasab.

Lam tazal kunta a’aleman mawjoodan wal jahlo a’nka naafe-yan fa-anta baadil abade wa qaademul azale wa daaaemul qadame laa toosafo be-sefaatin wa laa tuna’to be-wasfin wa laa tulhaqo bil-hawaasse wa laa tuzrabo feekal amsaalo wa laa toqaaso beqeyaasin wa laa tohaddo be-hodoodin laysa laka makaanun yo’rafo wa laa laka maw-ze-u’n yonaalo laa fawqaka muntahaa wa laa a’nkan tehaaa-un wa laa khalqaka idraakun wa laa amaamaka mosaadefun bal ayna tawajjahal waajehoona faanta honaaka lam tazal laa yoheedo bekal ashyaaa-o bal toheeto bilashyaaa-e moh-tawin behaa mohtajabun a’n roa-yatil makhlooqeena wa hum a’nka ghayro mohtajebeena taraa wa laa toraa wa anta fil malail a-a’laa tasma-o’ wa taraa wa ta’lamo maa yakhfaa wa akhfaa fatabaarakta wa ta-a’alayta a’mmaa yaqooloona o’luwwan kabeeraa.

O Allah! You were before all time, before existence, creation and existent, You knew what You wanted before creating the structure of the things, it was Your previous knowledge which You know what You wanted to create before its creation and knowledge, and the knowledge was preserved with You not acquired. You have always been there while you were knowing, and the ignorance is away from You, then You are Eternal Initiator, and Eternal in future, and long lasting Being, You cannot be described with attributes, and Your attributes cannot be described, and You cannot be reached by the senses, examples cannot be set for You, and You cannot be gauged by measurement, and You cannot be bound by limits, neither for You place is there which can be known, nor for You location is there which can be acquired, none above You is last, and for You there is no end, and after You there is no recognition, and nothing is parallel in front of You, but where is the originator who has not returned to You then You are always there, nothing encompasses You, but You encompass the things including it, You are concealed from the view of the creatures, and they are not hidden from You, You see them while they can’t perceive You, and You are in Pleroma, You listen and see, You know the concealed and hidden, then Blessed You are and Exalted You are of what they say, a great exaltation!

اے اللہ! تو زمانوں کے آنے سے پہلے بھی تھا، اور کائنات کے وجود میں آنے سے پہلے بھی۔ تو نے ہر اُس چیز کو، جسے تو پیدا کرنا چاہتا تھا، پیدا کرنے سے پہلے ہی جان لیا۔ تیرا علم پہلے سے ہے، ہمیشہ سے ہے یہ کسی سے سیکھا ہوا نہیں۔ تو ہمیشہ سے موجود ہے اور ہمیشہ سے سب کچھ جانتا ہے؛ جہالت تیرے بارے میں محال ہے۔ تو ازل سے ہے، ابد تک ہے، ہمیشہ قائم ہے۔ تو نہ کسی عام صفت میں محدود ہوتا ہے، نہ کسی بیان میں پوری طرح آتا ہے۔ تو حواس (آنکھ، کان وغیرہ) میں سماتا نہیں، نہ تیری مثال دی جا سکتی ہے، نہ تجھے کسی چیز پر قیاس کیا جا سکتا ہے، نہ تجھے کسی حد میں باندھا جا سکتا ہے۔ تیرا کوئی ایسا “مکان” نہیں جسے لوگ جان سکیں، نہ کوئی جگہ جہاں تک کوئی پہنچ سکے۔ تیرے اوپر کوئی انتہا نہیں، اور نہ تجھ سے جدا کوئی حد ہے۔ نہ پیچھے سے کوئی تجھے پا سکتا ہے، نہ آگے سے کوئی تجھے گھیر سکتا ہے۔ بلکہ جس طرف بھی لوگ رخ کریں، تو وہیں ہے۔ چیزیں تجھے گھیر نہیں سکتیں، بلکہ تو ہی ہر چیز کو اپنے علم و قدرت سے گھیرے ہوئے ہے۔ تو مخلوق کی آنکھوں سے اوجھل ہے (وہ تجھے دیکھ نہیں سکتیں)، مگر تو سب کو دیکھتا ہے۔ تو دیکھتا ہے مگر دکھائی نہیں دیتا۔ تو بلند ترین عالم میں ہے؛ سنتا ہے، دیکھتا ہے، اور وہ سب جانتا ہے جو چھپا ہوا ہے بلکہ اس سے بھی زیادہ چھپا ہوا۔ پس تو بہت بابرکت اور بہت بلند ہے، لوگوں کی باتوں سے بہت اونچا اور برتر۔

اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔

Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin

Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.

اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
