حضرت امام جعفر صادقؑ سے مروی ہے کہ شيطانی وسوسوں کو دور کرنے کے لئے اپنے جسم پر ہاتھ پھيرتے ہوئے یہ کہو پھر اپنے پيٹ پر ہاتھ پھير کر يہی دعا ۳ مرتبہ پڑھو انشاء الله وسوسے دور ہوجائيں گے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ وَبِاللهِ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِىِّ الْعَظِيْمِ اَللّٰهُمَّ امْسَحْ عَنِّىْ مَا اَحْذَرُ۔
Bismillaa-he wa billaa-he mohamma-doon rasoolul laahe wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa billaa-hil ‘aliyyil ‘azeeme allaahum-mam sah ‘annee maa ah-zar.
In the name of Allah, and by Allah; Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. There is no power and no strength except by Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. O Allah, wipe away from me what I fear.
خدا کے نام اور اس کی ذات کے ساتھ محمدؐ الله کے رسول ہيں اور نہيں کوئی طاقت وقوت مگر جو بلند وبزرگ خدا سے ہے اے معبود مجھ سے وه چيز دور کر جس سے ڈرتا ہوں۔
For fending off obsessions, it is useful to wash the head with the leaves of lote-trees (jujube trees), to cleanse the teeth with the stick known as Miswak, to eat pomegranates, to drink from the rainwater in April, and to observe fasting on 3 days in every month: the first and the last Thursdays and on Wednesday in the middle of the month. علاوه ازيں شيطانی وسوسوں کو دور کرنے کے لئے سر کو بيری کے پتوں سے دھونا، مسواک کرنا، انار کھانا، آب نيساں پينا اور ہر ماه کی پہلی اور آخری جمعرات اور درميانی بدھ کے روزے رکھنا بھی نافع ہے نيز يہ دعا پڑھنا بھی مفيد ہے۔۔۔
اَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ الْقَوِىِّ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الْغَوِىِّ وَاَعُوْذُ بِمُحَمَّدٍ الرَّضِىِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا قُدِّرَ وَقُضِىَ وَاَعُوْذُ بِاِلٰهِ النَّاسِ مِنْ شَرِّ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ اَجْمَعِيْنَ۔
A’oozo billaa-hil qawiy-ye me-nash shaitaa-nil ghawiy-ye wa a’oozo be-mohamma-dir raze-ya min sharre maa qudde-ra wa qoze-ya wa a’oozo be-ilaa-hin naase min sharril jannate wan-naase aj-ma’een.
I seek refuge in Allah, the Strong, from Satan, the misguided. And I seek refuge through Muhammad, the one pleasing (to Allah), from the evil of whatever has been decreed and decided. And I seek refuge in the God of mankind from the evil of the jinn and mankind, all together.
پناه ليتا ہوں طاقت ور خدا کی گمراه کرنے والے شيطان سے، پناه ليتا ہوں پسند شده محمدؐ کی امو ر بست کشاد کے شر سے اور پناه ليتا ہوں انسانوں کے معبود کی تمام جنوں اور انسانوں کی شر سے۔ میں اللہِ قوی کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں شیطانِ گمراہ سے۔ اور میں محمدِ رضی (یعنی اللہ کے پسندیدہ) کے وسیلے سے اُس چیز کے شر سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں جو مقدر کی گئی اور فیصلہ کی گئی۔ اور میں اِلٰہُ النّاس (لوگوں کے معبود) کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں جنّ اور انسان سب کے شر سے۔
