کتاب خواص آیت قرآن کریم میں امام رضاؑ سے روایت ہے کہ اُنہوں نے فرمایا: جس کسی کو جنسی خواہش پر قابو نہ ہو، تو اُسے چاہیے کہ سونے کے وقت وہ اپنے ہاتھ کو سینے پر رکھے اور خلوصِ نیت اور اسکے معنی پر توجہ کرتے ہوئے ۱۰۰ مرتبہ "یا ممیت" کہے تو اللہ اُس کی خواہش کو اسکے قابو میں کر دے گا۔۔۔
