سوتے وقت آنکھوں میں سرمہ لگا کر سونا چاہیے ۴ سلائیاں دائیں آنکھ میں اور ۳ سلائیاں بائیں آنکھ میں لگائے اور سرمہ لگاتے وقت یہ دعا پڑھے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَنْ تَجْعَلَ النُّوْرَ فِىْ بَصَرِىْ وَالْبَصِيْرَةَ فِىْ دِيْنِىْ وَالْيَقِيْنَ فِىْ قَلْبِىْ وَالْاِخْلَاصَ فِىْ عَمَلِىْ وَالسَّلَامَةَ فِىْ نَفْسِىْ وَالسَّعَةَ فِىْ رِزْقِىْ وَالشُّكْرَ لَكَ اَبَدًا مَّا اَبْقَيْتَنِىْ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ۔
Allaahumma innee as'aluka bihaqqi muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin an tusalliya 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin wa-an taj'ala an-noora fee basaree wal-baseerata fee deenee wal-yaqeena fee qalbee wal-ikhlaasa fee 'amalee was-salaamata fee nafsee was-sa'ata fee rizqee wash-shukra laka abadan maa abqaytanee innaka 'alaa kulli shay'in qadeer.
O Allah, I ask You by the right of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad to send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad; and to place light in my sight, insight in my religion, certainty in my heart, sincerity in my deeds, soundness in my soul, abundance in my provision, and (make me constant in) gratitude to You for as long as You keep me alive. Surely You have power over all things.
اے معبود! میں بواسطہ محمدؐو آل محمدؑ تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ سرکار محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما اور یہ کہ میری آنکھوں میں نور میرے دین میں دانش اور میرے دل میں یقین اور میرے عمل میں اخلاص اور میرے نفس میں سلامتی میری روزی میں کشائش قرار دے اور تا دم آخر مجھے اپنا شکر گزار بنا دے بےشک تو ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھتا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
It is highly advisable to avoid sleeping in the space of time between dawn and sunrise and in the space of time between afternoon and sunset. If you intend to sleep, you should extinguish the lantern and direct yourself towards the qiblah direction. Avoid sleeping on fenceless roofs and avoid telling anyone about what you see in dream except sincere and kind experts.
بہتر یہ ہے کہ صبح صادق سے طلوع آفتاب تک کے درمیانی وقت اور عصر کے بعد سونے سے اجتناب کرے اور جب رات کو سونے لگے تو چراغ گل کر کے قبلہ رخ ہو کر سوئے جس چھت کے اطراف میں جنگلہ نہ بنا ہو اس پر نہ سوئے اور جو خواب بھی دیکھے ہر کسی کو نہ بتائے بلکہ صرف عالم ،خیر خواہ اور مہربان شخص ہی سے بیان کرے۔
