اگر احتلام ہونے کا انديشہ ہوتو يہ دعا پڑھے اور سو جائے۔۔۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّى اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْاِحْتِلَامِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الْاَحْلَامِ وَمِنْ اَنْ يَّتَلَاعَبَ بِىَ الشَّيْطَانُ فِى الْيَقْظَةِ وَالْمَنَامِ۔
Allaahumma innee a'oozu bika mina al-ihtilaami wamin sharri al-ahlaami wamin an yatalaa'aba biya ash-shaytaanu fee al-yaqzati wal-manaam. auto
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from nocturnal emission (wet dreams), from the evil of dreams, and from Satan playing tricks on me while I am awake and while I am asleep.
اے معبود! میں تيری پناه ليتا ہوں احتلام اور برے خيالات سے اور اس بات سے کہ شيطان سوتے جاگتے میں ميری زندگی کو کھيل بنائے۔
