Invocation: Toosiدرود طوسی

There is no god but Thou, glory be to Thee; surely I am of those who make themselves to suffer loss.

تیرے علاوہ کوئی خدا نہیں ہے تو پاک و بے نیاز ہے اور میں اپنے نفس پر ظلم کرنے والوں میں سے تھا۔

Make it easy by your mercy, O the Mighty.

اے عزیز (غالب) اللہ! اپنے فضل سے اسے آسان فرما۔

O Allah! Thou art the Ever-Foremost. Nothing was there before Thee. Thou art the infinite last. Nothing will be there except Thee, in the end. Thou art Transcendental. Nothing is above and beyond Thee. Thou art the Hidden. Nothing is beneath Thee. Thou art the Almighty, the All-wise. O Existent before everything! O Everlasting beyond the passing away of everything! O He Who is nearer to me than the sinew of my jugular vein!

اے خدا تو ایسا پہلا ہے کہ تجھ سے پہلے کوئی چیز نہیں اور تو ایسا آخر ہے کہ تیرے بعد کوئی چیز نہیں اور تو ایسا ظاہر ہے کہ تجھ سے بڑھ کر کوئی چیز نہیں اور تو ایسا مخفی ہے کہ سوائے تیرے کوئی شے نہیں اور تو بہت بڑی عزّت و حکمت والا ہے اے ہونے والے قبل ہر شے کے اور اے باقی رہنے والے بعد فنا ہر شے کے اے وہ ذات کہ بہت قریب ہے میری رگ گردن سے ۔

O He Who does what He wills. O He Who puts a barrier Between (separates) body and Soul. O He Whom (everyone) looks Up to in the highest heavens And revealing horizons. O He unto Whom no likeness Is attributed. He is All-hearing, All-knowing. O He Who is able to do all things, Satisfy my needs and necessities, for the sake of Muhammad And his children, pious and Pure.

اے وہ کہ جو جس کام کا ارادہ کرتا ہے اسے کرتا ہے اے وہ کہ آدمی اور اسکے دل کے درمیان حائل ہوتا ہے اے وہ کہ عرش اعلٰی پر ہے اور افق مبین کی طرح (پہچانا گیا) اے وہ کہ اس کی مثل کوئی شے نہیں اور وہ (سب کچھ) سننے اور جاننے والا ہے اے وہ کہ جو ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھتا ہے میری حاجتوں کو محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ کے واسطہ سے پورا کر جو پاک اور پاکیزہ ہیں۔

In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

O Allah send blessings, peace and abounding bounties, on the originating Prophet, an Arab of Quraysh lineage, (born) in Mecca, (lived) in Medina, spread (the message) far and wide, calm and composed, most handsome master, carrying out (all affairs) splendidly, a chief, seeing through and using wisdom, a mild loving friend, resting in peace in the land of Medina, the servant of Allah, having full power and authority, the Messenger, rightly guided, chosen, noblest, highly praised very Praiseworthy, dearest intimate friend of Allah (the Lord of the worlds) the last Prophet, the superior-most Messenger (of Allah), advocate of the (repentant) wrongdoers, mercy unto the worlds, abil Qaasim, Muhammad, blessings of Allah be on him and on his children.

اے اللہ درود اور سلام بھیج اور زیادہ کر اور افزائیش کر نبیؐ امّی کے اوپر (جو) عرب کے قرشی مکی اور مدنی اور ابطحی اور تہامی اور سردار ہیں اور روشن چراغ اور درخشندہ ستارہ ہیں جو ساتھ عزّت و آرام کے سرزمین مدینہ میں دفن کئے گئے بندے تائید کئے ہوئے اور پیغمبر راستگو پسندیدہ بزرگ تعریف سے خدائے عالم کے دوست اور نبیوں کا سلسلہ ختم کرنے والے اور تمام پیغمبروں کے سردار اور گناہگاروں کے بخشوانے والے اور عالم کے لوگوں کے واسطے رحمت أبو القاسم محمدؐ درود خدا ان پر اور ان کی آلؑ پر رحمت اور سلام تم پر اور تمہاری آلؑ پر۔

Mercy and wholesomeness (from Allah) be on you and on your children. O Abal Qaasim, O Messenger of Allah, O merciful Guide, O Advocate of Ummah, O Disperser of sorrows. O (decisive) Argument of Allah Over all that has been created, O our Master and our Mawla. Verily we turn to you, seek your advocacy, and make a request to use (your) medium, on our behalf, before Allah. We have put you forward before our needs in this world and the Hereafter. O you who are honoured with Allah, intercede for us with Allah.

اے أبو القاسم اے خدا کے رسولؐ اے رحمت کے امام اے امت کی شفاعت کرنے والے اے غم کے دور کرنے والے اے خلق پر حجت خدا اے ہمارے سردار اے ہمارے آقا بہ تحقیق کہ توجہ کی ہم نے اور شفاعت چاھی ہم نے اور وسیلہ گردانا ہم نے تم کو اللہ کی طرف اور پیش کیا ہم نے تم کو اپنی حاجتوں کے سامنے دنیا اور آخرت میں اے خدا کے نزدیک صاحب عزّت ہمارے واسطے شفاعت کریں خدا کے پاس۔

O Allah, send blessings and peace, and increase and bless, the purified master, the victorious Imam, the lion-hearted brave one, the father of Shubayr and Shabbar, the divider of Tuba and Saqar (Paradise and Hell), al-Anza' al-Batin (free of polytheism, filled with knowledge), the most noble, the firmly established, the bravest, the steadfast, the knower who makes clear, the helper, the supporter, the guardian of the religion, the governor, the friend of Allah, the well-pleasing master, the Imam and successor, the ruler by the clear text, the sincere, the chosen, the one buried in al-Ghari, the lion of Banu Ghalib, the manifestation of wonders and the revealer of marvels, the disperser of battalions, the piercing flame, the despoiling lion, the centre of the circle of all aims, the conquering lion of Allah, the overcomer of every overcomer, the sought of every seeker, the possessor of honours and virtues, the Imam of the easts and the wests, whose love is an obligation on the present and the absent, our master and the master of the two weighty creations, the rightful Imam and the absolute commander, the father of al-Hasan and al-Husayn, the Commander of the Faithful, Ali ibn Abi Talib; the blessings of Allah and His peace be upon him.

اے خدا درود و سلام بھیج اور زیادہ کر اور افزائیش کر اوپر پاکیزہ سردار فتح مند پیشوا اور شیر درندہ ایسے بہادر جو شبیرؑ و شبرؑ کے باپ۔ طوبٰی و سقر کے تقسیم کرنے والے کشادہ پیشانی بزرگ شکم صاحب رتبہ بزرگ کے بڑے بہادر مضبوط خدا شناس ظاہر مددگار معین والِی دین کے جو حاکم تھے اور خدا کے دوست تھے سردار پسندیدہ تھے امام وصی خلق پر حاکم تھے نص روشن کے دوست برگزیدہ تھے جو نجف میں دفن کئے گئے شیر فرزندان غالب مظہر عجائب اور غرائب کے ظاہر کرنے والے اور لشکروں کے پریشان کرنے والے اور چمک دار ستارہ اور بڑے شیر اور نقطۂ دائرۂ مطالب کے مرکز خدا کے شیر غالب اور ہر غالب کے اوپر غالب اور ہر دعا کرنے والوں کے مطلوب اور صاحب بزرگی اور فضائل مشرقوں اور مغربوں کے امام جن کی محبت فرض ہے اوپر ہر حاضر اور غائب کے ہمارے آقا اور دونوں جہان کے آقا امام برحق اور امیر مطلق حسنینؑ کے والد مومنوں کے سردار علی ابن ابی طالبؑ درود ہو اللہ کا اور سلام اس پر اور رحمت ہو اور سلام تم پر اور تمہارے فرزندوں پر۔

Mercy and wholesomeness be on you, and on your children. O father of Husnayn, O Ameerul Moo-mineen, O Ali ibni Abi Taalib, O brother of the Messenger of Allah, O husband of the Batool, O father of the grandsons of The Holy Prophet, O (decisive) argument of Allah over all that has been created, O our master and our Mawla, Verily we turn to you, Seek your advocacy, And make a request to use (your) medium, on our behalf, before Allah. We put forward our need and necessity of this world, and the Hereafter, to you, O illustrious intimate of Allah stand by us when Allah sits in judgement over us.

اے أبو الحسنینؑ اے مومنوں کے امیر اے علی ابن ابی طالبؑ اے رسولؐ کے بھائی اے بتولؑ کے شوہر اے سبطینؑ کے باپ اے خدا کی حجت اوپر خلق کے اے ہمارے سردار اور آقا بہ تحقیق کہ متوجہ ہوئے ہم اور شفاعت چاہی ہم نے اور تم کو اللہ کی طرف سے پہنچنے کا ہم نے وسیلہ بنایا اور ہم نے تم کو اپنی حاجتوں کے سامنے پیش کیا دنیا اور آخرت میں اے خدا کے نزدیک صاحب عزّت خدا کے نزدیک ہماری شفاعت فرمائیے۔

O Allah send blessings, peace and abounding bounties, On the glorious master, the Beautiful, The infallible, the gentle who Faced many hardships, The high-born, the genius, The steadfast, harassed (by The enemies), Intense and acute sorrow Distressed her, In a very short time, Mild and considerate, Chaste, quiet, (people) failed to understand the class of her quality, her grave had to be kept a secret, buried in the night privately, unseen by others, her rights suppressed publicly, superior-most chief of all women, a heavenly beautiful soul in the shape of human being, mother of the chosen distinguished Imams, daughter of the Best of all the Prophets, Pure and purified, free from natural uncleanliness, Fatimah, God-fearing, Holy, bright and beautiful. Blessings of Allah and peace from Him, be on her.

خداوندا درود اور سلام بھیج اور زیادہ کر اور افزائیش کر اوپر بزرگ سردار صاحب کرم معصومہ، مظلومہ، کریمہ، غمگین، درد رسیدہ، بیمار، صاحب مصیبت بسیارکے بہت قلیل مدت میں پسندیدہ بردبار پارسا صاحب تسلیم و رضا قدر و منزلت میں نامعلوم، پوشیدہ قبر والی، چھپا کر دفن کی گئیں، اور علانیہ ان کا حق غصب کیا گیا تمام عورتوں کی سردار ہیں صاحب نسب و مرتبہ و شریف ترین اماموں کی ماں ہیں بہترین پیغمبروں کی بیٹی پاک اور پاکیزہ ہیں بتولؑؑ عذرا فاطمہ زہراؑ منتخب پرہیزگار زہراؑ رحمت ہو اللہ کی اور سلام خدا کا ان پر درود و سلام ہو تم پر اور تمہارے فرزندوں پر۔

Mercy and wholesomeness be On you, and on your children. O Fatimah Zahra, O daughter of Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, O Batool, O apple of the Messenger’s Eyes, O flesh and blood of the Prophet, O mother of the two grandsons of the Holy Prophet, O (decisive) argument of Allah Over all that has been created. O our master and our Mawla, Verily we turn to you, seek your advocacy, and make a request to use (your) medium, on our behalf, before Allah. We put forward our need and necessity of this world, and the Hereafter, to you. O illustrious intimate of Allah stand by us when Allah sits in judgement over us: in your own right, in your husband's right, in the right of your pure progeny.

اے فاطمہ زہراؑ اے محمد رسول اللہؐ کی بیٹی اے بتولؑ اے رسولؐ کی آنکھ کی روشنی اے نبی کی پارہ اے سبطین کی والدہ اے خلق پر خدا کی حجت اے ہماری سردار اور ہماری آقا بہ تحقیق کہ رجوع کیا ہم نے اور شفاعت چاہی ہم نے اور وسیلہ بنایا ہم نے تم کو خدا کی طرف اور پیش کیا ہم نے تم کو روبرو اپنی حاجتوں کے دنیا اور آخرت میں اے صاحب قدر نزدیک خدا کے شفاعت خواہ ہو ہماری نزدیک خدا کے اپنے حق اور اپنے شوہر کے حق اور اپنی پاک و پاکیزہ أولاد کے حق کے ساتھ۔

O Allah send blessings, peace, and abounding bounties on the Master, the elected, and the leader, hope and desire of all faithfuls, grandson of Mustafaa, son of Murtazaa, symbol of guidance, authoritative scholar, of noblest lineage, and par excellence in knowledge and learning, the intercessor, son of the intercessor, killed by a deadly poison, buried in the land of Baqee, well aware of the commandments of Allah and His Prophet, liberal and kind, disperser of distress, grief and sorrows. That which is apparent, and that which is inherent, in either case is at a loss to do full justice, the praise of the eloquent speakers. The Imam, everyone relies upon, poisoned, put to test, the true Imam, Abaa Muhammad, Hasan, blessings of Allah, And peace from Him, be on him.

خداوندا درود و سلام بھیج زیادہ سے زیادہ اوپر سردار مقبول اور امام امید کئے گئے سبط مصطفٰی کے اور بیٹے مرتضٰی کے نشان رہنمائی عالم بلند آوازہ صاحب حسب بزرگ اور صاحب فضل تمام کے شفاعت کرنے والا بیٹے شفاعت کرنے والے کے کشتہ کئے گئے زہر قاتل کے دفن کئے گئے زمین بقیع میں جاننے والے فرضوں اور سنتوں کے صاحب بخشش اور احسان کے دور کرنے والے سختی اور بلا اور رنج کے وہ کہ ظاہر ہے اس سے اور وہ پوشیدہ ہے اور وہ کہ عاجز ہوئیں تمام زبانیں اس کی تعریفوں کے شمار کرنے سے اور امام امین اور زہر دے گئے امتحان کئے گئے امام بحق أبو محمد حسنؑ اوپر ان کے خدا کی رحمت اور سلام ہو۔

O Hassan son of Ali, O the elected, O son of the Messenger of Allah, O son of Ameerul Momineen, O son of Fatema Zahraa, O chief of the youths of Paradise., O (decisive) argument of Allah over all that has been created, O our master and our Mawla, verily we turn to you, seek your advocacy, And make request to use (your) medium, on our behalf, before Allah. We put forward our need and necessity of this world, and the Hereafter, to you, O illustrious intimate of Allah stand by us when Allah sits in judgement over us.

رحمت اور سلام تم پر اے أبو محمد اے حسن ابن علیؑ اے خدا کے برگزیدہ اے رسول خداؐ کے فرزند اے امیر المؤمنینؑ کے فرزند فاطمہ زہراءؑ اے جوانان بہشت کے سردار اے تمام مخلوق پر خدا کی حجّت اے ہمارے سردار اور اے ہمارے آقا بہ تحقیق کہ رجوع کیا ہم نے اور شفاعت چاہی ہم نے اور تم کو وسیلہ بنایا ہم نے طرف خدا کے اور پیش کیا ہم نے تم کو روبرو اپنی حاجتوں کے دنیا و آخرت میں اے صاحب عزّت نزدیک خدا کے شفاعت خواہ ہو ہمارے لئے نزدیک خدا کے۔

O Allah send blessings, peace and abounding bounties, on the master, the devoted to Allah, the Imam, the pious servant of Allah, who went into prostration in obedience to Allah, the delegated Divine authority, the glorious, Slain by the despicable infidels, Worthiest praiseworthy praised On the pulpits and in the Places of prayers, Surrounded from all sides by Trying hardships, twisting And mischievous afflictions, Buried in the land of “Karbalaa”, grandson of the Messenger of Allah for both the world, And his dearest darling, Our Mawla and Mawla of all The worlds, The true Imam, Aba Abdillaah Hussain. Blessings of Allah, And peace from Him, be on Him.

خداوندا درود اور سلام بھیج اور زیادہ کر اور افزائیش کر اوپر سردار تارک دنیا کے امام عبادت کرنے والے رکوع کرنے والے سجدہ کرنے والے دوست بادشاہ بزرگ اور قتل کئے ہوئے کافر منکر خدا کے زینت منبروں اور مسجدوں کی صاحب محنت رنج اور بلاء کے دفن کئے گئے زمین کربلا میں نواسے رسولؐ دو جہاں کے اور روشنی دونوں آنکھوں کے ہمارے مولا اور دونوں عالم کے امام برحق ابی عبداللہ الحسینؑ رحمت اللہ کی اور سلام ان پر۔

Mercy and wholesomeness Be on you. O Abaa A’bdillaah Hussain, O Hussain bin Ali, O the Martyr, harassed by the Enemies, O son of the Messenger of Allah, O son of Ameerul Moomineen, O son of Fatema Zahraa, O chief of the youths of Paradise, O (decisive) arguments of Allah over all that has been Created. O our Master and our Mawla; Verily we turn to you, Seek your advocacy, Make a request to use (your) Medium, On our behalf, before Allah. We put forward our need and Necessity Of this world and the Hereafter, To you, O illustrious intimate of Allah Stand by us when Allah sits in Judgement over us.

درود سلام تم پر اے ابا عبداللہ الحسینؑ اے حسین ابن علیؑ اے شہید مظلوم اے فرزند رسول اللہؐ اے فرزند امیر المومنینؑ اے فرزند فاطمہ زہراؑ اے جوانان بہشت کے سردار اے مخلوق پر خدا کی حجت اے ہمارے سردار اور ہمارے آقا بہ تحقیق رجوع کی ہم نے اور شفاعت خواہ ہوئے اور توسل گرداں ہم نے تم کو اللہ کی طرف اور مقدم کیا ہم نے تم کو اپنی حاجتوں کے سامنے دنیا اور آخرت میں اے اللہ کے نزدیک صاحبِ عزت! اللہ کے نزدیک ہماری شفاعت فرما۔

O Allah send blessings, peace and abounding bounties, on the progenitor of Imaams A model for the believing People, Disperser of dark clouds, Made known the theory and Way of life of the Holy Prophet, Opened the doors of higher Aspirations, Stood upright, firm and dignified, Friend in need, With wisdom took up the Cause of Allah, Buried in the holy land, Sacred, free from anger and Damage, The superior-most striver in the Cause of Allah, Always sincerely thanking and Praising Allah, Bright source of light for those Asking forgiveness of Allah, Soft, tender moonlight for Those praying the night through, The true Imam, The pride of praying servants Of Allah, Abaa Muhammad, Ali bin Hussain. Blessings of Allah, And peace from Him, be on Him.

خداوندا درود اور سلام بھیج اور زیادہ کر افزائیش کر اور اماموں کے باپ اور امت کے چراغ ہدایت اور غموں کے دور کرنے والے اور سنتوں کے زندہ کرنے والے اور بلند ہمّت بلند مرتبہ اور مصیبت کے ساتھی اور صاحب نوحہ کے جو پاکیزہ زمین مدینہ میں دفن کئے گئے اور ہر قسم کے شر وفساد سے بالکل بری جہاد کرنے والوں میں سب سے افضل اور شکر کرنے والوں اور حمد کرنے والوں سب سے کامل استغفار کرنے والوں کی صبح کے آفتاب اور تہجد گزاروں کی رات کے چاند امام برحق عابدوں کی زینت ابو محمد علی حسینؑ کے فرزند درود اللہ کا اور سلام خدا کا۔

Mercy and wholesomeness Be on you. O Abaa Muhammad, O Ali bin Hussain, O pride of the praying servants Of Allah, O he who was always on the Prayer-mat, O son of the messenger of Allah, O son of Ameerul Moomineen, O (decisive) argument of Allah over all that has been Created. O our Master and Mawla, Verily we turn to you, Seek your advocacy, Make a request to use ( your ) Medium, On our behalf, before Allah. We put forward our need and Necessity Of this world, and the Here-After, to you, O illustrious intimate of Allah Stand by us when Allah sits in Judgement over us, In your own right, In your grandfather’s right, And in your pure forefathers’s Right.

دونوں درود اور سلام تم پر اے ابو محمد اے علی بن حسینؑ اے زین العابدینؑ اے سجادؑ اے فرزند رسول خداؐ اے فرزند امیر المومنینؑ اے حجت خدا اوپر خلائق اے ہمارے سردار اور ہمارے آقا بہ تحقیق کہ ہم نے توجہ کی اور شفاعت خواہ ہوئے اور وسیلہ گرداں ہم نے تم کو طرف اللہ اور پیش کیا ہم نے تم کو طرف اللہ اپنی حاجتوں کے روبرو دنیا و آخرت میں اے صاحب مرتبہ خدا کے نزدیک شفاعت خواہ ہمارے خدا سے اپنے حق اور اپنے اجدادکے حق اور اپنے پاکیزہ باپوں کے حق کے ساتھ۔

O Allah, send blessings and peace, and increase and bless, upon the moon of moons, the light of lights, the leader of the best and the master of the righteous, the pure and purifying, the bright star, the shining full moon, the overflowing ocean, the precious pearl, the one titled al-Baqir (who splits open knowledge), the eminent master, the vigilant Imam, buried beside his grandfather and his father, the learned scholar, rich (in knowledge) before foe and friend, the Imam by the eternal truth, Abu Ja'far Muhammad son of Ali; the blessings and peace of Allah be upon them both.

خداوندا رحمت و سلام بھیج اور زیادہ کر اور افزائیش کر اوپر ماہتابوں کے ماہتاب کے اور نوروں کے نور اور نیکیوں کے پیشوا اور متقیوں کے سردار پاک پاکیزہ اور ستارہ روشن اور ماہ کامل اور دریائے موجزن اور موتی بہتر جو لقب کئے گئے ساتھ باقرؑ کے سردار بلند مرتبہ اور امام صاحب عقل جو دفن ہوئے نزدیک اپنے دادا اور اپنے والد کے بڑے عقلمند نزدیک دشمن اور دوست کے اور امام برحق ہمیشہ کے ابی جعفرؑ محمدؐ بیٹے علیؑ کے رحمت اللہ کی اور سلام ان دونوں پر۔

Mercy and wholesomeness Be on you. رحمت اور سلام تم پر اے ابو جعفرؑ اے محمد بیٹے علیؑ کے اے باقرؑ اے فرزند رسول خداؐ کے اے فرزند امیر المومنینؑ کے اے حجت خدا کے خلق خدا پر اے سردار ہمارے اور اے مولٰی ہمارے کہ بہ تحقیق رجوع کی ہم نے اور شفاعت خواہ ہوئے ہم اور وسیلہ کیا ہم نے تم کو طرف خدا کے اور پیش کیا ہم نے تم کو روبرو اپنی حاجتوں کے دنیا و آخرت میں اے صاحب عزّت نزدیک خدا کے شفاعت خواہ ہو ہمارے نزدیک خدا کے اپنے حق کے ساتھ اور اپنے جد کے حق کے ساتھ اور اپنے پاکیزہ آبائے کے حق کے ساتھ۔

O Allah send blessings, peace And abounding bounties On the master, the truthful, The most truthful all-knowing, Full of self-reliance, Gentle, loving, Who opened up intellectual Vistas of pure thought and Deep contemplation for his Loving followers, And used to get the better of The antagonist, Highly distinguished, Belonging to the noblest family, Possessor of the countless Merits, The intercessor, son of the Intercessor Buried in the land of Baqee, Refined, authorized, Gloriously celebrated, The true Imam, Abaa Abdillah, Jafar bin Muhammad. Blessings of Allah, And peace from Him, be on Him.

خداوندا رحمت اور سلام بھیج اور زیادہ کر اور افزائیش کر اوپر سردار صادق نہایت راست گو عالم مضبوط بردبار مہربان ہدایت کرنے والے طرف سیدھے راستہ کے چلانے والے اپنے شیعوں کو شراب خالص بہشت سے اور پہنچانے والے اپنے دشمنوں کو آتش سوزوں کے صاحب شرف بلند مرتبہ اور حسب برتر اور فضل تمام کے شفاعت کرنے والے فرزند شفاعت کرنے والے کے جو دفن کئے گئے زمین بقیع میں پاک کئے ہوئے بزرگی دیئے ہوئے امام برحق ابو عبداللہ جعفر ابن محمدؑ رحمت خدا کی اور سلام اوپر ان دونوں کے۔

Mercy and wholesomeness Be on you. O Abaa Abdullah, O Jaa’far bin Muhammad, The truthful, O son of the Messenger of Allah, O son of Ameerul Moomineen, O (decisive) argument of Allah over all that has been Created. O our Master and our Mawla, Verily we turn to you, Seek your advocacy, And make a request to use (your) medium, on our behalf before Allah We put forward our need and Necessity Of this world, and the Hereafter, To you, O illustrious intimate of Allah Stand by us when Allah sits In judgement over us; In your own right, In your grandfathers right, And in your pure forefathers’ Right.

درود اور سلام تم پر اے ابا عبداللہ اے جعفرؑ فرزند محمد باقرؑ کے اے راست گو اے فرزند رسول خداؐ اے فرزند امیرالمومنینؑ اے حجت خدا کے خلق خدا پر اے سردار ہمارے آقا ہمارے بہ تحقیق رجوع کیا ہم نے اور شفاعت خواہ ہوئے ہم اور وسیلہ گرداں ہم نے تم کو طرف اللہ کے اور مقدم رکھا ہم نے تم کو روبرو حاجتوں کے اپنی دنیا اور آخرت میں اے صاحب عزّت نزدیک اللہ کے ہو شفیع ہمارے نزدیک اللہ کے اپنے طفیل سے اور اپنے آبائے کے طفیل سے۔

O Allah send blessings, peace And abounding bounties, On the kind master, The compassionate Imam, Namesake of (Moses) the Kalim, Gentle, unruffled and made the Antagonists speechless, Gathered and kept the faithfuls Attached to the true faith, Buried in the graveyard of Quraysh, Profound in nobility eminent In glory, Brilliant in learning and refinement, The true Imam, Abaa Ibraaheem, Moosa son of Jaa’far, Blessings of Allah, And peace from Him, be on Him.

خداوندا درود اور سلام نازل کر اور زیادتی اور برکت دے اوپر سردار صاحب کرم اور امام بردبار اور ہمنام موسٰی کلیم اللہؑ کے صبر کرنے والے غصّہ روکنے والے تھے مالک لشکر اور فوج کے اور دفن کئے گئے مقبرہ قریش میں صاحب شرف روشن کے اور بزرگی ظاہرکے اور پیشانی روشن کے اور نور تھے روشن تر امام تھے برحق یعنی ابی ابراہیم موسٰیؑ بیٹے جعفرؑ کے رحمت اللہ کی اور سلام ہو ان پر۔

Mercy and wholesomeness Be on you. O Abaa Ibraaheem, O Moosa bin Jaa’far, O he who made the antagonist Dumfounded, O the pious servant of Allah, O son of the Messenger of Allah, O son of Ameerul Momineen. O (decisive) argument of Allah over all that has been Created. O our Master and our Mawla. Verily, we turn to you, Seek your advocacy, And make a request to use (your) medium, on our behalf, before Allah. We put forward our need and Necessity Of this world and the Hereafter To you, O illustrious intimate of Allah Stand by us when Allah sits In judgement over us, In your own right, In your grandfather’s right, And in your forefather’s right.

درود اور سلام تم پر اے ابو ابراہیم اے موسٰیؑ بیٹے جعفرؑ کے اے کاظمؑ اے نیک بندے اے فرزند رسول خداؐ اے فرزند امیر المومنینؑ اے حجت خدا اوپر خلق خدا کے سردار ہمارے اور اے آقا ہمارے بہ تحقیق توجہ کی ہم نے اور شفاعت خواہ ہوئے ہم اور وسیلہ گرداں ہم نے تم کو طرف خدا کے اور پیش کیا ہم نے تم کو درمیان حاجتوں اپنی کے دنیا اور آخرت میں اے صاحب عزّت نزدیک اللہ کے شفاعت خواہ ہو ہمارے نزدیک اللہ کے اپنے طفیل اور اپنے جد کے طفیل اور اپنے آبائے کے طفیل سے۔

O Allah send blessings, peace And abounding bounties, On the infallible chief, The gentle Imam, who was Put to hardships, And had been poisoned; And in far away land, alone, Among hostile strangers, Was killed, unlawfully; A scholar fully aware of the Secrets of creation, Gentle and kind like the full Moon among the shimmering Stars ( faithfuls), Convincing, bright and brilliant Source of wisdom to the Hesitating, who were unable to Make up their minds, As near as the breath, Buried in the land of Tus, The approved, The elected, The model guide, Made peace with events And circumstances, The true Imam, Abul H’asan, Ali bin Moosa Ar-Reza. Blessings of Allah, And peace from Him, be on Him.

اے خداوندا درود و سلام اور زیادتی برکت بھیج اوپر سردار اور معصوم اور امام ظلم رسیدہ اور شہید اور زہر دئے گئے اور مسافر اندوہ ناک اور قتل کئے گئے محروم جو عالم ہیں علم پوشیدہ کے ماہ کامل ہیں ستاروں کے آفتاب ہیں آفتابوں کے اور دوست ہیں نفسوں کے اور دفن کئے گئے ارض طوس میں مقبول اور پسندیدہ خدا کے اور برگزیدہ مقتدا اور راضی قضاء و قدر پر امام بحق ابی الحسن علیؑ بیٹے موسٰی رضاؑ کے رحمت خدا کی اور سلام ہو ان پر۔

O Abal H’asan, O Ali bin Moosa, O he who is always in Harmony with Allah, O son of the Messenger of Allah, O son of Ameerul Moomineen, O (decisive) argument of Allah over all that has been Created. O our Master and our Mawla, Verily we turn to you, Seek your advocacy, And make a request to use (your) medium, on our behalf, before Allah. We put forward our need and Necessity, Of this world, and the Here-After, to you, O illustrious intimate of Allah Stand by us when Allah sits In judgment over us In your own right. In your grandfather’s right, And in your pure forefathers’ Right.

رحمت اور سلام تم پر اے ابو الحسن اے علیؑ فرزند موسٰیؑ اے رضاؑ اے فرزند رسول خداؐ اے فرزند امیر المومنینؑ کے اے حجت خدا کے خلق خدا پر اے سردار ہمارے اور آقا ہمارے بہ تحقیق رجوع لائے ہم اور شفاعت خواہ ہوئے ہم اور وسیلہ گرداں ہم نے تم کو طرف خدا کے اور پیش کیا ہم نے تم کو روبرو اپنی حاجتوں کے دنیا اور آخرت میں اے ذی عزّت نزدیک خدا کے شفاعت خواہ ہو ہمارے لئے نزدیک خدا کے اپنے طفیل سے اور اپنے جد کی طفیل سے اور اپنے آبائے طاہرین کے طفیل سے۔

O Allah send blessings, peace And abounding bounties On the just Imam, The ever-praying sage, The thoroughly refined, Liberal, most distinguished, And kind, Fully aware of the inherent Meanings of things The source, the destination, Showed right path to the Whole mankind, Refuge of those who love him, In the hour when everyone Will be on his own after hearing The announcement of the Beginning of the Day of Reckoning, Elected to show the true path Of Allah with words and deed, Buried in the land of Baghdad, The master, born in Arab territory, An Imam in the lineage of Ahmad, The light of Muhammad, Known as Taqiyy, the Godfearing Pious, The true Imam, Abaa Jaa’far, Muhammad bin Ali. Blessings of Allah, And peace from Him, be on Him.

اے خدا رحمت اور سلام بھیج اور زیادہ کر اور افزائیش کر اوپر سردار ہمارے عادل عالم عابد فاضل کامل سخی اور بڑے سخی کے جو پہچاننے والے راز ہائے آغاز اور انتہائے دنیا کو اور واسطے ہر قوم کے ہیں ہدایت کرنے والے جائے پناہ میں دوستوں کے روزندا کئے گئے منادی کے جو مذکور ہیں بیچ ہدایت اور ارشاد کے جو دفن کئے گئے سرزمین بغداد میں جو سردار ہیں عرب کے اور امام فرزند احمدیؐ اور نور محمدؐ جو لقب کئے گئے ہیں ساتھ تقیؑ کے امام برحق ابو جعفرؑ محمدؑ بیٹے علیؑ کے رحمت خدا کی اور سلام ہو ان دونوں پر۔

درود اور سلام نازل ہو تم پر اے ابا جعفر اے محمدؑ فرزند علیؑ کے اے تقیؑ جوادؑ اے فرزند رسول خداؐ اے فرزند امیر المومنینؑ اے حجت خدا خلق پر اے سردار ہمارے اور مولا ہمارے بہ تحقیق رجوع کی ہم نے اور شفیع لائے ہم اور وسیلہ گرداں ہم نے تم کو خدا کی طرف اور مقدم کیا ہم نے تم کو درمیان حاجتوں اپنی کے دنیا و آخرت میں اے صاحب عزّت نزدیک خدا کے شفاعت کرو ہماری نزدیک خدا کے اپنے طفیل اور اپنے جد کے طفیل اور اپنے آبائے طاہرین کے طفیل سے۔

O Allah send blessings, peace And abounding bounties On the two greatly solicited Imams, The mature, The wise leaders, the ultimate Hope, The thoroughly refined, The liberal, The just, The learned, Who did what they preached, Kept themselves aloof from Unreasonableness, The evident, The pure, The source of knowledge and Wisdom, The tender and gentle, The loving chiefs, The brilliant, The two bright luminaries, The willing supporters, The knowing and perceiving Inheritors, And the wise and pious Administrators of the Holy places. The wise and the pious turn To them, The whole mankind receives Help from them, Broke through the forces of Darkness, Quietly but clearly taught Science and philosophy, The distinct signs of true Guidance, Buried in Surramanraa, Dispersers of hardships and Sorrows, The generous, the benevolent, The true imams, Abul hassan Ali bin Muhammad An-Naqee, And Abi Muhammad, Hasan bin Ali Al-Askaree. Blessings of Allah, And peace from Him, be on Them.

خداوندا درود بھیج اور سلام نازل کر اور زیادتی اور افزائیش کر اوپر دونوں اماموں صاحبان قدرت و صاحبان علم کے اور دونوں سرداروں پر دونوں فاضلوں پر دونوں کاملوں پر اور دونوں سخیوں پر دونوں عادلوں پر دونوں عالموں پر دونوں عاملوں پر دونوں صاحبان تقوی پر دونوں ظاہروں دونوں طاہروں دونوں آفتابوں دونوں قمروں درخشاں پر دونوں ستاروں نوروں چمکتے ہوئے پر دونوں ستاروں پر دونوں وارثان مشعرین پر اور صاحبان ہر دو حرم پر ہر دو پناہاں پر ہیزگاراں پر ہر دونوں فریاد رسان پر ہر دو معتمدان صاحب عقل پر دو نشان ہدایت پر جو دونوں دفن کئے گئے سرمن رائے میں ہر دو دُور کرنے والے بلاؤں اور رنج کے اوپر اور ہر دو صاحبان بخشش و احسان پر امامان برحق یعنی ابی الحسنؑ علی بن محمدؑ نقیؑ اور ابی محمد الحسن بن علیؑ عسکریؑ پر رحمت خدا کی اور سلام ان دونوں پر۔

Mercy and wholesomeness Unto you both. O Abul Hasan, and O Abaa Muhammad. O Ali bin Muhammad, And Hasan bin Ali. O Naqi Al-Hadi, And Zaki Al-Askari. O sons of the Messenger of Allah. O sons of Ameerul Moomineen. O ( decisive ) arguments of Allah over all that has been Created. O our Masters and Our Mawlas. Verily we turn to you, Seek your advocacy, And make a request to use (your) medium, on our behalf, before Allah. We put forward our need and Necessity Of this world, and the Hereafter, To you, O illustrious intimates of Allah Stand by us when Allah sits in Judgement over us, In your own right, In your grandfathers’ right, And in your pure forefathers’ Right.

درود اور سلام ہو تم دونوں پر اے ابو الحسنؑ اے ابو محمدؑ اور اے علی ابن محمدؑ اور اے حسن ابن علیؑ اے نقیؑ اے ہادیؑ اے زکیؑ عسکریؑ اے دونوں فرزندان رسول خداؐ اے دونوں فرزندان امیر المومنینؑ اے دونوں حجت خدا کے تمام خلق پر اے دونوں سردار ہمارے اور دونوں آقا ہمارے بہ تحقیق رجوع لائے ہم اور شفاعت خواہ ہوئے ہم اور وسیلہ گرداں ہم نے تم کو طرف اللہ کے اور مقدم کیا ہم نے تم دونوں کو اپنی حاجتوں میں دنیا اور آخرت میں اے صاحبان عزّت نزدیک اللہ کے شفاعت کیجئے نزدیک اللہ کے اپنے طفیل سے اور اپنے جد کے طفیل سے اور اپنے پاک و پاکیزہ آبائے کے طفیل سے۔

O Allah send blessings, peace And abounding bounties On him who is keeping alive The Message of the Holy Prophet. The prevailing genius of Hydar The integrity of Fatema, The gentle kindness of Hasan, The alert fearless courage of Hussain, The dedicated worship of Ali As-Sajjaa’d, The profound intellectual Power of Muhammad Al-Baaqir, The indepth wisdom of jaa-far As-Saadiq, The all-knowing knowledge of Moosa Al-Kaazim, The decisive arguments of Ali Ar-Rizaa, The Liberal generosity of Muhammad At-Taqee, The purest purity of Ali An-Naqee, The awe-inspiring reverence of Hasan Al-Askaree, The divine occultation The true guardian, Inviting mankind to the ultimate Real truth, The word of Allah, Peace unto the worlds from Allah, The decisive argument of Allah, The decisive argument of Allah.

خداوندا رحمت اور سلام نازل کر اور افزائیش کر اوپر صاحب دعوت نبویّہ کے اور صاحب دید یہ حیدر یّہ کے اور صاحب عصمت فاطمہؑ کے اور صاحب حلم حسنیہ کے اور صاحب شجاعت حسینیہ اور صاحب عبادت سجادیہ کے اور صاحب علوم باقریّہ کے اور نشان جعفریہ کے اور صاحب علوم کاظمیّہ کے اور حجت ہائے رضاؑ کے اور صاحب بخشش تقیؑ کے اور صاحب پاکی نقیؑ کے اور صاحب دیدیّہ عسکریؑ کے اور صاحب غیبت الٰہیّہ کے جو قائم کے ساتھ حق کے اور بلانے والا طرف راستی محض کے کلمہ ہے خدا کا اور امان ہے خدا کی اور حجت خدا ہے قائم حکم خدا کے عدالت کرنے والا دین خدا کے لئے۔

The established authority of Allah, Carrying out the true purpose Of the religion of Allah, Exercising authority on behalf of Allah, Gathers mankind and educates Them to keep away from what Has been forbidden by Allah. He guides through wisdom, Known and not known to the Mankind. He drives away hardships and Sorrows. The generous, the benevolent, The true Imam, Abul Qasim, Muhammad bin Hasan, The authority of our time and age, The channel of Divine mercy, The defender of faith, The convincing, decisive, pene-Trating and sharp argument, The bearer of the meanings of The Holy Quran, The master of the men and Jinn. Blessings of Allah, And peace from Him, be on Him and on all of them.

غالب امر خدا میں اور محافظ حرم کے امام پوشیدہ اور ظاہر دفع کرنے والا سختی اور رنج کا صاحب بخشش اور احسان کا امام برحق ابو القاسم محمد بن حسنؑ صاحب عصر اور زمانہ کے صاحب اور خلیفہ خدا کے اور ظاہر کرنے والے ایمان کے اور قطع کرنے والے دلیلوں کے شریک قرآن کے اور سردار انسان اور جن کے رحمت اللہ کی اور سلام اس کا ان پر اور ان سب پر۔

Mercy and wholesomeness Be on you. O immediate successor of Hasan, And his virtuous son, O Imam of our time, O alive awaited, guided-ruler, O son of the Messenger of Allah, O son of Ameerul Momineen, O Leader of all Muslims, O (decisive) argument of Allah Over all that has been created, O our Master and our Mawla, We turn to you, Seek your advocacy, And make a request to use (your) medium, on our behalf, before Allah. We put forward our need and Necessity Of this world, and the Hereafter, To you. O illustrious intimate of Allah Stand by us when Allah, the Almighty, the Glorious, sits in Judgement over us, In your own right, In your grandfather’s right, And in your pure forefathers’ Right.

درود اور سلام ہو تم پر اے نائب امام حسن عسکریؑ کے اور فرزند صالح اے امام ہمارے زمانہ کے اے قائم انتظار کئے گئے مہدیؑ اے فرزند رسول خداؐ اے فرزند امیر المومنینؑ اے امام مسلمانوں کے اے حجت اللہ کے تمام خلق پر اے سردار ہمارے اور آقا ہمارے بتحقیق رجوع لائے ہم اور شفاعت خواہ ہوئے ہم اور وسیلہ گرداں ہم نے تم کو طرف اللہ کی اور مقدم کیا ہم نے تم کو درمیان اپنی حاجتوں کے دنیا و آخرت میں اے صاحب عزّت نزدیک اللہ کے صاحب عزّت اور جلال کے ہماری شفاعت کرو اپنے طفیل اور اپنے جد کے طفیل اور اپنے آبائے طاہرین کے طفیل سے۔

O masters! O superior-most lords! Verily, I turn to you. You are my Imams and my provision for the day of my poverty and my need of Allah. I use your medium to approach Allah. I solicit your intercession Before Allah. Through love of you and nearness to you I hope for salvation from Allah; so be my hope with Allah. O masters! O closest friends of Allah! Blessings of Allah be on you All.

اے ہمارے سردارو اور ہمارے آقاؤ بہ تحقیق توجہ کی میں نے بوسیلہ تمہارے تم ہو پیشوا میرے اور مددگار میرے میری احتیاج کے اور حاجت کے دن طرف خدا کے اور وسیلہ پکڑا میں نے ساتھ تمہارے طرف خدا کے اور شفاعت چاہی میں نے ساتھ تمہارے اللہ سے اور ساتھ دوستی تمہاری اور نزدیکی تمہارے کے امید نجات کرتا ہوں میں اللہ سے۔ پس ہو تم امید میری نزدیک خدا کے اے میرے سردار اے خدا کے دوستوں درود اللہ کا تم سب پر ہو

O Allah! I make a request to Thee, In the name of these Imams, Infallible, put to hardships, Rightly guided guides, Purified, I beseech Thee, To forgive my sins, And make me get what I want And desire, And keep away from me mischief Of all the mischief-makers, Through Thy mercy, kindness, Forgiveness, and favours. O The Glorious And Compassionate. O the Most Merciful.

خداوندا میں سوال کرتا ہوں ان معصوم و مظلوم و ہادی اور ہدایت یافتہ پاک و پاکیزہ اماموں کے طفیل سے یہ سوال کرتا ہوں میں تجھ سے کہ تو میرے گناہ معاف کردے اور میری مراد مطلوب تک پہنچا اور مجھ سے جمیع خلائق کے شر کو اپنی رحمت اور کرم معافی اور احسان کے ساتھ دُور کر اے ذی الجلال و الاکرام اے ارحم الراحمین۔

O Allah! These are our Imams, Our masters, Our leaders, Our chiefs, And our advocates. I love them, And keep clear of their Enemies, In this world as well as in the Hereafter.

خداوندا بتحقیق کہ یہ امام ہیں ہمارے اور سردار ہمارے اور پیشوا ہیں ہمارے اور بزرگ ہیں ہمارے اور شفاعت کنندہ ہیں ہمارے ساتھ ان کی دوستی ہے اور ہم کو اُن کے دشمنوں سے ان کے بیزاری ہے ہم کو دنیا اور آخرت میں۔

O Allah love him who loves Them. Forsake him who displeases them. Help him who assists them. Renounce him who deserts Them. Help their followers, And curse those who oppressed them Punish them who know but Deny their superiority. Open the doors of relief, joy And comfort, (giving us the opportunity To rejoice in their presence) And put an end to their Enemies, from among the jinn and men, From the beginning to the end, Till the Day of Judgement. So be it. O the Lord of the world.

اے خداوندا ان کو دوست رکھ جو ان کے دوست رکھے اور ان کو دشمن رکھ جو ان سے دشمنی کرے ان کی نصرت کر جو انکی مدد کریں ان کو چھوڑ دے جو ان کو چھوڑ یں اور ان کے شیعوں کی مدد کر اور ان پر ظلم کرنے والوں پر لعنت بھیج جو ان کے حق کا انکار کریں ان پر غضب نازل کر۔ ان کے ظہور میں جلدی کر اور جن و انس میں سے ان کے دشمنوں کو ہلاک کر خواہ اوّلین سے ہوں یا آخرین سے تا قیامت آمین اے دوجہاں کے پالنے والے پروردگار

O Allah ! Give us sufficient Means so that we call on them In this world: And on the Day of Judgement Forgive us when they speak on our behalf. Make us love them more and more. Raise us for the Last Judgement, close behind them, Alongwith their family, Standing under their banner, Do not put us apart, On the Day of Reckoning. Forgive, and have mercy on us, Through Thy love and kindness. O the Most Compassionate. O the Most Merciful. All praise is for Allah, The Lord of the world.

ہمیں دنیا میں ان کی زیارت اور آخرت میں ان کی شفاعت عطا کر اور ان کی محبّت ہمارے دل میں زیادہ کر اور ہمارا حشر ان کے ساتھ کر اور ان کے زمرہ میں ان کے علم کے نیچے کر اور قیامت کے دن ہمارے اور ان کے درمیان کسی قسم کی جدائی نہ ڈال۔ اور اپنے احسان کے ساتھ ہمارے گناہ بخش دے اور رحم کر سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے اور تمام تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لئے جو دونوں جہانوں کا پالنے والا ہے

O Allah send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad, And for their sake, cut off the Source of all sorrows. Keep us safe from all hardships, Satisfy all our ( legitimate ) Wants and needs Of this world and the Hereafter. O Allah send blessings on Muhammad and on the children Of Muhammad, And, for their sake, keep us Safe from the evil mischief That is there in this world.

بار الٰہا درود نازل فرما محمدؐ پر اور آل محمدؑ پر اور ان کے توسل سے ہر ایک غم دُور کردے اور ہر ایک رنج کو ان کے وسیلہ سے دور کر اور دنیا و آخرت کی ضرورت وں میں ہماری ہر ایک حاجت کو برلا۔ خداوندا محمدؐ اور آل محمدؑ پر درود نازل کر اور ان کے طفیل سے ہمیں شر خلائق سے محفوظ رکھ

O Allah send blessings on Muhammad and on the children Of Muhammad, And for their sake, protect Our honour, And cover our weaknesses. For their sake, turn off injury And damage that anyone plans To carry out against us. For their sake, give us the Upper hand over our enemies. For their sake, keep us safe From the evil of the accursed Satan, And from the oppression of The obstinate ruler.

بار الٰہا محمدؐ وَ آلِ محمدؑ پر درود نازل کر اور ان کے وسیلہ سے ہماری عزّت کی محافظت کر اور ہماری برہنگی کی پردہ پوشی کر اور تو ہم کو کفایت کر اس سے جو ہم پر بغاوت کرے اور ان کے طفیل سے ہماری مدد کر ان لوگوں پر جو ہم سے دشمنی کریں اور ان کے وسیلہ سے شیطان راندہ کے شر سے ہمیں بچا اور سرکش سلطان کے شر سے ہمیں بچا۔

O Allah send blessings on Muhammad and on the children Of Muhammad, And, for their sake, keep us Under Thy protection, Careful watch, Safe shelter, Well guarded enclosure, Kind amnesty. Thy neighborhood is reliable. Thy praise is glorious. No one else is Divine (except Thee) I rely upon that Ever-living Who is never non-existing.

خدایا محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر درود نازل کر اور ان کے وسیلہ سے ہمیں اپنی حفاظت میں لے لے اور اپنے جوار و پناہ اور اپنی امان میں داخل کر تیرا ہمسایہ عزّت والا ہے تو بزرگ تعریف والا ہے اور تیرے سوا کوئی خدا نہیں میں نے ایک ایسے زندہ پر توکل کیا ہے جس کو کبھی موت نہیں آئے گی۔

Praise be to Allah who has Not taken unto Himself a son. Who has no partner in the Sovereignty, Nor He has any protecting Friend through dependence. And magnify Him with all magnificence. Sufficient is He alone ( for us.) Peace and blessings be on the “Best creation”, Muhammad, and on all his children, a great many complete and perfect blessings: and praise be to Allah, the Lord of the world.

اور جملہ تعریفیں ہیں اس ذات کے لئے جس کی کوئی اولاد نہیں اور اس کے ملک میں کوئی شریک نہیں اور نہ کوئی اس کو ذلیل کرنے پر قادر ہے۔ بڑا بزرگ ہے اور ہمیں کافی ہے اللہ کی اکیلی ذات درود و سلام ہو بہترین خلائق محمدؐ اور ان کی جملہ آل و عترتؑ پر اور سلام ہو جو سلام لا حق ہے کثرت کے ساتھ بیشمار اور جملہ تعریفیں ہیں اللہ پرورش کنندہ خلائق کے لئے۔

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
