1. يَا اَللهُ يَا رَحْمٰنُ يَا رَحِيْمُ يَا سَمِيْعَ الدَّعَوَاتِ يَا مُعْطِىَ الْخَيْرَاتِ اَعْطِنِىْ خَيْرَ الدُّنْيَا وَخَيْرَ الْآخِرَةِ وَقِنِىْ شَرَّ الدُّنْيَا وَشَرَّ الْآخِرَةِ وَاَذْهِبْ عَنِّىْ مَا اَجِدُ فَقَدْ غَاضَنِى الْاَمْرُ وَاَحْزَنَنِىْ۔

   YAA ALLAAHO YAA RAHMAANO YAA RAHEEMO YAA SAMEE-A’D DA-A’WAATE YAA MO’TE-YAL KHAIRAA-TE A’TE-NEE KHAIRAD DUNYAA WA KHAIRAL AAKHERA-TE WA-QENEE SHARRAD DUNYAA WA SHARRAL AAKHE-RATE WA AZHIB A’NNEE MAA AJEDO FA-QAD GHAAZA-NIL AMRO WA AHZANA-NEE.

   O Allah! O All-beneficent! O All-merciful! O Hearer of prayers! O Donor of the good! (Please) give me the good of this world and the good of the Hereafter, protect me against the evil of this world and the evil of the Hereafter, and remove from me what I am facing, for this matter has enraged and saddened me.

   اے اللہ اے بڑے رحم والے مہر بان اے دعاؤں کے سننے والےاے بھلائیاں عطا کرنے والے مجھے دنیا اور آخرت میں بھلائی عطا فرما اور مجھے دنیا وآخرت کے شر اوربرائی سے بچا لے میری وہ بیمار ی دور کر جسے محسوس کرتا ہوں اس نے میرا کام خراب کیا اور غمگین کردیا۔

2. يَا عَلَىُّ يَا عَظِيْمُ يَا رَحْمٰنُ يَا رَحِيْمُ يَا سَامِعَ الدَّعَوَاتِ يَا مُعْطِىَ الْخَيْرَاتِ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَعْطِنِىْ مِنْ خَيْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ مَا اَنْتَ اَهْلُهٗ وَاصْرِفْ عَنِّىْ مِنْ شَرِّ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ مَا اَنْتَ اَهْلُهٗ وَاَذْهِبْ عَنِّىْ هٰذَا الْوَجَعَ فَاِنَّهٗ قَدْ غَاظَنِىْ وَاَحْزَنَنِىْ۔

   YAA ALIYYO YAA A’ZEEMO YAA RAHMAANO YAA RAHEEMO YAA SAAME-A’D DA-A’WAATE YAA MO’TE-YAL KHAIRAATE SALLE A’LAA MOHAMMADIW WA AALE MOHAMMADIN WA A’TENEE MIN KHAI-RID DUNYAA WAL AAKHE-RATE MAA ANTA AH-LOHU WAS-RIF A’NNEE MIN SHARRID DUNYAA WAL AAKHE-RATE MAA ANTA AH-LOHU WA AZHIB A’NNEE HAAZAL WAJA-A’ FA INNA-HU QAD GHAAZA-NEE WA AH-ZANA-NEE.

   O Most High! O All-great! O All-beneficent! O All-merciful! O Hearer of prayers! O Donor of the good! (Please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, give me from the good of this world and the Hereafter in a way that fits You, repel from me the evil of this world and the Hereafter in a way that fits You, and remove from me this pain, for it has enraged and saddened me.

   اے بلند اے بزرگ اے بڑے رحم والے اے مہربان اے دعا ؤں کے سننے والے اے بھلائیاں عطا کرنے والے رحمت فرما محمدؐ و آلؑ محمدؐ پر اور مجھ کو دنیا وآخرت کی بھلائی عطا کر جیسی کہ تیری شان ہے مجھ سے دنیا و آخرت کے شراوربرائی دور رکھ جیسی تیری شان کے لائق ہے اور میری یہ تکلیف دور کر دے کہ اس نے مجھے غم زدہ بنا رکھا ہے۔
