In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

O Lord! Indeed I stand at the door of a house amongst the houses of Your Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him and his holy Progeny, and verily You have forbidden people from entering his houses without his permission, and have said: (O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted). O Allah! Indeed I have faith in the sanctity of Your Prophet in his absence, just as I have faith in his presence. And I know that verily Your Prophet and Your vicegerents are alive and obtain sustenance near You, they witness my position, and hear my speech, and return my Salaam, and indeed You have concealed their speech from me, and have opened the door of my understanding through the taste of whispering supplications with them. And indeed I firstly seek permission from You, O Lord; and secondly I seek permission from Your Prophet, peace be upon him and his Progeny, and I seek permission from Your vicegerent, the Imam whose obedience is obligatory on me, to enter his house in this moment, and I seek permission from Your Angels who are appointed by You to serve this holy place, they are obedient and hearing. Peace be upon you, O Angels who are appointed on this holy and noble shrine; May Allah’s Mercy and Blessings be upon you. With the permission of Allah, and the permission of His Prophet, and the permission of His Vicegerents, and with the permission of this Imam, and with your permission (peace be upon all of you). I enter this house seeking the nearness of Allah through Allah and His Prophet, Mohammad and his holy Progeny, thus O Angels of Allah, be my helpers, and be my supporters, so that I enter this house, and I call Allah through various supplications, and I accept my servitude for Allah, and my obedience for this Imam and his ancestors, peace be upon them.

اے میرے معبود! میں تیرے نبی محمدؐ (جن پر اور جن کی آل پر تیری درود و سلام ہو) کے گھروں میں سے ایک گھر کے دروازے پر حاضر کھڑا ہوں۔ اور تو نے لوگوں کو اس کے گھروں میں داخل ہونے سے روکا ہے مگر اس کی اجازت سے۔ پس تو نے فرمایا: اے ایمان والو! نبی کے گھروں میں داخل نہ ہو مگر یہ کہ تمہیں اجازت دی جائے۔ اے اللہ! میں تیرے نبی کی حرمت و تقدیس کو اس کی غیبت میں بھی ویسا ہی مانتا ہوں جیسا اس کی حضوری میں مانتا ہوں۔ اور میں جانتا ہوں کہ تیرا رسول اور تیرے خلفاء تیرے ہاں زندہ ہیں، رزق دیے جاتے ہیں؛ وہ میرے کھڑے ہونے کی جگہ کو دیکھتے ہیں، میری بات سنتے ہیں، اور میرے سلام کا جواب مجھے دیتے ہیں۔ اور (یہ بھی جانتا ہوں) کہ تو نے ان کی بات میرے سننے سے اوجھل کر دی ہے، مگر میرے فہم کا دروازہ ان کی شیریں مناجات کی لذت کے لیے کھول دیا ہے۔ پس میں تجھ سے اجازت چاہتا ہوں، اے پروردگار! سب سے پہلے؛ اور پھر تیرے رسولؐ سے اجازت چاہتا ہوں دوسرے نمبر پر؛ اور پھر تیری طرف سے مقرر کیے گئے اس خلیفہ (یعنی امام) سے اجازت چاہتا ہوں جس کی اطاعت مجھ پر فرض ہے کہ میں اسی گھڑی اس کے گھر میں داخل ہوں۔ اور میں تیرے ان فرشتوں سے بھی اجازت چاہتا ہوں جو اس مبارک ٹکڑے/مقام پر مقرر کیے گئے ہیں جو فرمانبردار ہیں اور (بندوں کی بات) سننے والے ہیں۔ سلام ہو تم پر، اے وہ فرشتو جو اس شریف، مبارک مشہد/حرم پر مقرر ہو، اور اللہ کی رحمت اور اس کی برکتیں بھی ہوں۔ اللہ کی اجازت سے، اور اس کے رسولؐ کی اجازت سے، اور اس کے خلفاء کی اجازت سے، اور اس امام کی اجازت سے، اور تمہاری اجازت سے اللہ کی رحمتیں تم سب پر ہوں میں اس گھر میں داخل ہوتا ہوں، اللہ کا قرب حاصل کرنے کے لیے، اللہ کے وسیلے سے، اور اس کے رسول محمدؐ اور ان کی پاکیزہ آلؑ کے وسیلے سے۔ پس اے اللہ کے فرشتو! میرے مددگار بنو، میرے ناصر بنو تاکہ میں اس گھر میں داخل ہو سکوں، اور اللہ کو طرح طرح کی دعاؤں کے ساتھ پکاروں، اور اللہ کے حضور اپنی بندگی کا اقرار کروں، اور اس امام اور اس کے آباء (جن پر اللہ کی رحمتیں ہوں) کے لیے اطاعت کا اقرار کروں۔

In the name of Allah and with the help of Allah, and in the way of Allah, and upon the religion of Allah’s Messenger, peace be upon him and his Progeny, I bear witness that there is no God save Allah alone and He has no partner for Himself, and I bear witness that Mohammad is His slave and His Prophet.

اللہ کے نام سے، اور اللہ ہی کے ساتھ، اور اللہ ہی کی راہ میں، اور اللہ کے رسولؐ اور ان کی آلؑ کے دین/طریقے پر۔ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں۔ اور میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ محمدؐ اس کے بندے اور اس کے رسول ہیں۔

Allah’s Peace and His Blessings and His Greetings and His Mercy be upon my Master, the Master of Time, the Master of brightness and Light, and the true religion, and the evident flag, and the published book, and the Master of the times and the eras, and the noble successor, and the authentic Imam, and the Reliable Riser, the helped and the supported, the shelter and the promoter, the foundation of Islam, the pillar of the people, the key of speech, the guardian of commands, the illuminator in the darkness, the full moon, the freshness of the days, the owner of sharp sword, the striker of target, the sea brimming with water, the merciful Sayyid, the proof against the enemies, the divine door on the day of Resurrection. And peace be upon the resolver of difficulties, the reliever of hardships, the remover of sorrows, the remainder of Allah on His Earth, the owner of obligatory commands, His argument upon His creation, the bearer of His knowledge, the place of His truth, the inheritor of the fortunes of the Prophets, and the imprints of the successors is available near him, the Argument of Allah, the son of His Prophet, who stands in His place, the Guardian of Allah’s Affairs, peace and blessing be upon him.

اللہ کا سلام، اس کی برکتیں، اس کی تحیّات (سلامتیوں کے تحفے) اور اس کی درود و رحمتیں میرے مولا صاحبِ زمانہ پر ہوں جو روشنی اور نور کے صاحب ہیں، موروث دین کے حامل ہیں، مشہور عَلَم (پرچم) کے مالک ہیں، کھلی ہوئی کتاب کے صاحب ہیں، زمانوں اور ادوار کے مالک ہیں؛ امام حسنؑ کے فرزند و جانشین ہیں؛ امامِ امین ہیں، قائمِ موردِ اعتماد ہیں، منصور و مؤیَّد (فتح یافتہ اور تائید یافتہ) ہیں؛ وہ اسلام کے لیے پناہ گاہ اور مضبوط بازو ہیں، ستونِ اسلام ہیں، خلقِ خدا کے لیے مضبوط رکن ہیں؛ کلام (حق) کی کنجی ہیں، احکامِ الٰہی کے ولی/نگہبان ہیں؛ تاریکیوں کے سورج ہیں، کامل چاند ہیں، دنوں کی تازگی و رونق ہیں؛ اور وہ تیز دھار تلوار (صمصام) کے صاحب ہیں، سروں / کھوپڑیوں کو چیر دینے والے ہیں، طوفانی و گہرے سمندر کی مانند ہیں؛ بہادر سردار ہیں، جھگڑوں میں فیصلہ کن حجّت ہیں، اور روزِ قیامت کے مقام تک پہنچنے کا دروازہ ہیں۔ اور سلام ہو اس پر جو کرب و غم کو دور کرنے والا ہے، سخت مرحلوں میں اترنے والا ہے، حسرتوں کا بوجھ ہلکا کرنے والا ہے؛ جو زمین میں اللہ کی باقی حجّت (بقیۃُ اللہ) ہے، اس کے فرض/حکم کا صاحب ہے، مخلوق پر اللہ کی حجّت ہے؛ اللہ کے علم کا خزانہ ہے، اس کی صداقت کا مرکز ہے؛ انبیاء کی میراثیں اسی تک پہنچتی ہیں اور اوصیاء کے آثار اس کے پاس محفوظ ہیں؛ وہ حجّتِ خدا ہے، رسولؐ کا فرزند ہے، رسولؐ کے مقام کا قائم مقام ہے، اور امرِ خدا کا ولی ہے اور اللہ کی رحمت اور اس کی برکتیں ہوں۔

O Allah! Just like You have selected him for Your Knowledge, and have chosen him for Your Wisdom, and have specified Your cognizance for him, and have glorified him with Your dignity, and have covered him with Your Mercy, and have nourished him with Your bounties, and have fed him with Your wisdom, and have created him for Yourself, and have chosen him for Your Power, and have preferred him for Your Sanctity, and have made him Your Guide for those whom You wish from Your creation, and the ruler of the religion with Your Justice, and the decider of judgments between Your servants. And You have promised him to unify all the perspectives through him, and to deliver the nations through him, and to illuminate the darkness through him, and to put out the fire of oppression through him, and to remove the heat of infidelity and its signs through him, and to purify Your cities through him, and to cure the hearts of Your servants through him, and to gather all the realms through him, the near ones and the far away ones, the reputed ones and the disgraced ones, from the east and the west, the plains and the mountains, the graze lands and the deserts, from the north and the south, from the land and the sea, from the plateaus and the terrains, to fill them with justice, just like they were filled with oppression and tyranny. And also promised him to strengthen him in it, and to fulfil the promises made to the believers, until no partner is ascribed with You, and until no truth remains without being prevailed, and no justice remains without being prominent, and until nothing from truth and righteousness is concealed from the people due to the fear of anyone.

اے اللہ! جس طرح تو نے اسے اپنے علم کے لیے منتخب فرمایا، اپنے حکم کے لیے چن لیا، اپنی معرفت کے ساتھ خاص کر دیا؛ اپنی کرامت سے اسے ڈھانپ دیا، اپنی رحمت میں اسے لپیٹ لیا؛ اپنی نعمت سے اس کی پرورش فرمائی، اپنی حکمت سے اسے غذا دی؛ اپنے لیے اسے اختیار کیا، اپنی قوت و جلال کے لیے اسے چن لیا، اپنی پاکیزگی (قدس) کے لیے اسے پسند فرمایا۔ اور تو نے اسے اپنی مخلوق میں سے جسے چاہے ہدایت دینے والا بنایا، اپنے عدل کے ساتھ دین کا فیصلہ کرنے والا ٹھہرایا، اور اپنے بندوں کے درمیان فیصلے کرنے والا قرار دیا۔ اور تو نے اس سے وعدہ فرمایا کہ اس کے ذریعے (لوگوں کے) کلمے/اتحاد کو جمع کرے گا، اور اس کے ذریعے امتوں کی تنگی و مصیبت دور کرے گا؛ اس کے عدل سے تاریکیوں کو روشن کرے گا، اس کے ذریعے ظلم کی آگوں کو بجھا دے گا، اس کے ذریعے کفر کی گرمی اور اس کے آثار کو کچل دے گا؛ اور اس کے ذریعے اپنے شہروں/ملکوں کو پاک کرے گا، اس کے ذریعے اپنے بندوں کے سینوں کو شفا دے گا؛ اور اس کے ذریعے تمام سلطنتوں/ممالک کو جمع کرے گا قریب و دور، عزیز و ذلیل، مشرق و مغرب، میدان و پہاڑ، صبح کے رخ و شام کے، شمال و جنوب، خشکی و سمندر، ہموار و دشوار اور انہیں قسط و عدل سے بھر دے گا جیسے وہ ظلم و جور سے بھر دی گئی تھیں۔ تو اسے اس زمین میں اقتدار عطا فرما، اور اس کے ذریعے اہلِ ایمان سے کیا ہوا اپنا وعدہ پورا فرما یہاں تک کہ تیرے ساتھ کسی چیز کو شریک نہ ٹھہرایا جائے؛ اور یہاں تک کہ کوئی حق ایسا نہ رہے مگر ظاہر ہو جائے، اور کوئی عدل ایسا نہ رہے مگر کھِل اٹھے؛ اور یہاں تک کہ حق میں سے کوئی چیز مخلوق میں سے کسی کے خوف سے چھپائی نہ جا سکے۔

O Allah! Bless him with a blessing through which his argument prevails, and his freshness becomes evident, and his position elevates, and his dominion is promoted, and his proof is honoured, and his position is respected, and his foundations are uplifted, and his support is dignified, and his value is raised, and his memory becomes apparent, and his word becomes evident, and his support is exceeded, and his invitation is glorified, and through which You exceed his honour, and You make him the Imam of the pious, and deliver our greetings to him from this place and in this moment and in all place, such that its freshness doesn’t vanish, and its benefits do not end. Peace be upon you, O remainder of Allah on His Earth and His Cities, and His Argument on His creations, peace be upon you O successor of the righteous predecessors, peace be upon you O Owner of Dignity, peace be upon you O Proof of the Lord, peace be upon you O word of the Praised. Peace be upon you O sun of the suns, peace be upon you O Guided among the people of Earth and the Spring of Religion, peace be upon you O my Master, O Master of the Time, O Master of High Value, peace be upon you O seal of successors, and the son of the Prophets.

اے اللہ! ان پر ایسی رحمت/درود نازل فرما کہ اس کے ذریعے ان کی حجّت ظاہر ہو، ان کی بہجت و رونق واضح ہو، ان کا درجہ بلند ہو، ان کی سلطنت و اقتدار کو قوت ملے، ان کا برہان عظیم ہو، ان کا مقام مشرف ہو، ان کی بنیاد بلند ہو؛ اس کے ذریعے ان کی نصرت کو عزت دے، ان کی قدر و منزلت بلند کر، ان کے ذکر کو بلند کر، ان کے کلمے کو ظاہر فرما، ان کے مددگاروں کو زیادہ کر، ان کی دعوت کو عزت دے؛ اور اس درود کے ذریعے تو ان کی تکریم میں اضافہ فرما، انہیں متقیوں کا امام بنا، اور اس مقام میں، اس وقت کی مانند (یعنی اسی طرح ہر حال میں) اور ہر جگہ ہماری طرف سے انہیں ایسا سلام و تحیّت پہنچا جو ہمیشہ تازہ رہے (جس کی تازگی ماند نہ پڑے) (اور جس کی تعداد ختم نہ ہو)۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے اللہ کی زمین اور اس کے شہروں میں اس کی بقیّت (باقی رکھی گئی حجّت)، اور اس کے بندوں پر اس کی حجّت! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے پہلوں کے جانشین! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے شرف و بزرگی کے صاحب! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے معبود کی حجّت! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے قابلِ حمد (خدا) کا کلمہ! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے سورجوں کے سورج! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے زمین کے مہدی اور فرض (الٰہی) کی آنکھ/نگہبان! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے میرے مولا! اے صاحبِ زمانہ اور بلند شان! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے اوصیاء کے خاتم اور انبیاء کے فرزند!

Peace be upon you O honourer of the Friends and the disgracer of the enemies, peace be upon you O unique Imam, peace be upon you O Anticipated Imam and the widespread truth, peace be upon you O Imam, the Guardian, the chosen one, the desirable truth. Peace be upon you O Imam who is selected for the removal of oppression and transgression, peace be upon you O Imam, the destroyer of the lecherous and the tyrant. Peace be upon you O Imam, the demolisher of the foundations of polytheism and hypocrisy, who will cut down the branches of misguidance and misfortunes, peace be upon you O he who is treasured for refreshing the obligations and traditions, peace be upon you O destroyer of the signs of deviation and lusts, who will cut the ropes of falsehood, temptations and accusations. Peace be upon you O he who is hoped for the revival of the noble nation. Peace be upon you O unifier of the word on piety, peace be upon you O divine doorway, peace be upon you O vengeance of Allah, peace be upon you O Reviver of the signs of religion and the religious men, peace be upon you O destroyer of the glory of the transgressors.

سلام ہو آپ پر، اے اولیاء کو عزت دینے والے اور دشمنوں کو ذلیل کرنے والے! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے یگانہ و منفرد امام! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے منتظر امام اور مشہور حق! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے ولی اور برگزیدہ امام اور مطلوب حق! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ امام جس سے امید ہے کہ وہ ظلم اور زیادتی کو مٹا دے گا! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ امام جو فسق و طغیان والوں کو نیست و نابود کرنے والا ہے! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ امام جو شرک و نفاق کی عمارت کو ڈھا دینے والا ہے، اور گمراہی اور اختلاف کی شاخوں کو کاٹ کر سمیٹ دینے والا ہے! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ ذخیرہ کیے گئے (الٰہی) امام جو فرائض اور سنّتوں کی تجدید کے لیے ہے! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ جو کجی/گمراہی اور خواہشات کے آثار مٹانے والے ہیں، اور جھوٹ، فتنوں اور بہتان کی رسیوں کو کاٹ دینے والے ہیں! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ ہستی جس سے امید ہے کہ وہ اس شریف دولت/حکومت (حق) کو زندہ کرے گی! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ جو تقویٰ پر کلمہ/امت کو جمع کرنے والے ہیں! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے بابُ اللہ (اللہ کی طرف جانے کا دروازہ/وسیلہ)! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے ثارُ اللہ (اللہ کا خون/خونِ خدا؛ یعنی وہ ہستی جس کے خون کا بدلہ اللہ لیتا ہے)! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے دین کی نشانیوں اور اہلِ دین کو زندہ کرنے والے! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے سرکش حملہ آوروں کی طاقت/کانٹے کو توڑ دینے والے!

Peace be upon you O face of Allah, who cannot be destroyed and cannot grow old until the day of Judgment, peace be upon you O cause of connection between the Earth and the Heaven, peace be upon you O Owner of the key and the bearer of the flag of guidance, peace be upon you O gatherer of well-being and satisfaction. Peace be upon you O seeker of the vengeance of the Prophets and the son of the Prophets, and the avenger of the blood of Karbala s martyr, peace be upon you O supported one against the tyrant, peace be upon you O Anticipated one whose supplication is accepted, peace be upon you O remainder of the successors, the noble and the pious, the remainder for the removal of oppressions and transgression. Peace be upon you O son of Mohammad, the chosen one, peace be upon you O son of Ali, the content one, peace be upon you O son of Lady Fatima Zahra, peace be upon you O son of Lady Khadijatul Kubra, and the son of the chiefs who are close to Allah’s threshold and the pious leaders.

سلام ہو آپ پر، اے اللہ کا وہ چہرہ/مظہر جو روزِ دین (قیامت) تک نہ فنا ہوگا اور نہ ماند پڑے گا۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ جڑا ہوا سبب/وسیلہ جو زمین اور آسمان کے درمیان (اللہ کی طرف) اتصال رکھتا ہے۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے فتح کے صاحب اور ہدایت کا پرچم پھیلانے والے۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے صلاح اور رضا کے بکھرے ہوئے امور کو جمع کرنے والے۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے انبیاء اور انبیاء زادوں کے خون کا بدلہ لینے والے، اور کربلا میں شہید کیے گئے (امام حسینؑ) کے خون کے لیے قیام کرنے والے۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ جو ظلم کرنے والے پر غالب و منصور ہیں۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے منتظر امام جن کی دعا جب وہ پکاریں قبول کی جاتی ہے۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے خلفاء (الٰہی حجتوں) میں باقی رہ جانے والی آخری ہستی جو نیک ہیں، پرہیزگار ہیں، اور ظلم و زیادتی کو مٹانے کے لیے باقی رکھے گئے ہیں۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے محمدِ مصطفیٰؐ کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے علیِ مرتضیٰؑ کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے فاطمہ زہراءؑ کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے خدیجہ کبریٰؑ کے فرزند! اور مقرّب سادات اور متقی پیشواؤں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے بزرگ و مکرم نجیب ہستیوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے برگزیدہ اور پاکیزہ کیے گئے اصفیاء کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے ہدایت یافتہ رہنماؤں (ہُداةِ مہدیین) کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے بہترینوں میں بہترین کے انتخاب (خِیَرَۃُ الخِیَر) کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے انسانوں کے سادات / سرداروں کے فرزند!

Peace be upon you O son of the honourable masters, and the purified men, peace be upon you O son of the chosen noblemen, and the honourable bestowers, peace be upon you O son of the luminescent Proofs, and the glowing lamps, peace be upon you O son of the shining stars. Peace be upon you O son of the pillars of knowledge, peace be upon you O son of the mines of endurance, peace be upon you O son of the bright planets, and the beautiful stars, peace be upon you O son of the risen suns, peace be upon you O sons of the glowing moons, peace be upon you O sons of the evident paths, and the apparent signs. Peace be upon you O son of the famous traditions, peace be upon you O son of the remnant signs, peace be upon you O son of the witnessed witnesses, and the present miracles, peace be upon you O son of the straight path, and the great news, peace be upon you O son of the clear signs, and the evident proofs.

سلام ہو آپ پر، اے نہایت معزز و مکرم سرداروں (غَطارِفہ) کے فرزند، اور پاکیزہ و مطہر ہستیوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے نیک و برگزیدہ بزرگوں کے فرزند، اور عظیم و بلند مرتبہ، نہایت نجیب ہستیوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے روشن حجّتوں کے فرزند، اور چمکتے ہوئے چراغوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے چیر دینے والے شہابِ ثاقب (بھڑکتے روشن تارے) کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے علم کی بنیادوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے بردباری (حِلم) کے خزانوں/کانوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے چمکتے ستاروں اور تابناک نجوم کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے طلوع کرنے والے سورجوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے روشن چاندوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے واضح راستوں اور نمایاں نشانیوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے مشہور سنّتوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے منقول و معروف دینی آثار / علامات کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے دیکھی جانے والی شہادتوں/گواہیوں اور موجود معجزات کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے صراطِ مستقیم اور نَبَأِ عظیم کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے روشن و واضح آیات اور ظاہر دلائل کے فرزند!

Peace be upon you O son of the obvious arguments, peace be upon you O son of effective evidences, and the abundant bounties, peace be upon you O son of Taha and the precise verse, and Yaseen and Zaariyaat, and Toor and wal-Aadiyaat, peace be upon you O son of him who drew near and came down till he was at two bow s length or nearer, and neared the Sublime, the Supreme. If I but knew the destination of your perfect journey, are you in a well-guarded concealed valley, it breaks my heart when I look at all that is created but cannot see you, nor hear a whisper about your whereabouts nor any secret communication, it breaks my heart that the creations can be seen but you cannot be seen, it is disheartening for me to know that you are surrounded by the enemies. I eagerly long for the hidden who is not actually hidden from us, I eagerly long for you who has departed but is not far from us, and we say, praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and peace be upon Mohammad and his entire Progeny.

سلام ہو آپ پر، اے روشن و واضح برہانوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے کامل و پہنچ جانے والی حجّتوں کے فرزند، اور چھا جانے والی نعمتوں کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے طٰہٰ اور محکم آیات کے فرزند، اور یٰسٓ اور الذّاریات کے فرزند، اور طور اور العادیات کے فرزند! سلام ہو آپ پر، اے اُس ذات کے فرزند جس نے قرب اختیار کیا پھر اور بھی نزدیک ہو گیا، یہاں تک کہ دو کمانوں کے برابر یا اس سے بھی کم فاصلے تک پہنچ گیا؛ اور علیِّ اعلیٰ (سب سے بلند) کے قرب میں پہنچ گیا۔ کاش مجھے خبر ہو کہ آپ کو دوری نے کہاں ٹھہرایا ہے؟ یا آپ وادیِ طُویٰ میں ہیں؟ میرے لیے بہت سخت ہے کہ میں مخلوق کو دیکھوں مگر آپ نظر نہ آئیں؛ اور نہ آپ کی کوئی آہٹ سنائی دے، نہ کوئی سرگوشی۔ میرے لیے بہت سخت ہے کہ لوگ تو دکھائی دیں مگر آپ دکھائی نہ دیں؛ میرے لیے بہت سخت ہے کہ دشمن آپ کے گرد گھیراؤ کریں (جبکہ) میری جان آپ پر قربان! آپ تو ایسے غائب ہیں جو ہم سے حقیقتاً جدا نہیں ہوئے؛ میری جان آپ پر قربان! آپ تو ایسے دور نہیں جو ہم سے دور ہو گئے ہوں اور ہم (پھر بھی) کہتے ہیں: تمام تعریف اللہ کے لیے ہے جو سارے جہانوں کا رب ہے، اور اللہ کی رحمتیں ہوں محمدؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر، سب کے سب پر۔

O Allah! Indeed You are the disperser of sorrows and hardships, and to You we complain regarding the occultation of our Imam, and the son of Prophet’s daughter. O Allah! Fill the earth with justice like it was filled with oppression and tyranny. O Allah! Bless Mohammad and his household, and show us our Leader, our Owner, our Imam, and our Master, the Master of Time, the Shelter of our age, the deliverer of our time, with evident speech and clear proofs, a guide from the misguidance, a rescuer from ignorance, and make his signs apparent, and strengthen his pillars, and dignify his support, and elongate his life, and extend his position, and revive his affair, and display his light, and bring his distance near, and fulfil his promises, and accomplish his oaths. And beautify the Earth with his extensive existence, and his eternal kingdom, and his high elevation and rise, and brighten the places of his existence, and strengthen his pillars, and dignify his arguments, and extend his dominion, and elevate his position, and strengthen his pillars, and show us his face, and display his happiness, and raise his status, and succeed his word, and glorify his invitation, and fulfil his desires, and deliver to him all that he hopes for, O Lord, and honour his position, greaten his respect.

اے اللہ! تو ہی غم و کرب اور سخت آزمائش کو دور کرنے والا ہے۔ ہم تیری بارگاہ میں اپنے امام کی غیبت کی شکایت کرتے ہیں جو ہمارے نبی کی بیٹی کے فرزند ہیں۔ اے اللہ! اس کے ذریعے زمین کو عدل و انصاف سے بھر دے، جیسے وہ ظلم و جور سے بھر دی گئی ہے۔ اے اللہ! محمدؐ اور ان کے اہلِ بیتؑ پر درود بھیج، اور ہمیں دکھا ہمارا سردار، ہمارا آقا، ہمارا امام اور ہمارے مولا صاحبِ زمانہ کو جو ہمارے زمانے کے اہل کے لیے پناہ گاہ ہیں اور ہمارے عہد کے لوگوں کے لیے نجات کا وسیلہ ہیں؛ جن کی بات/دعویٰ ظاہر ہے، جن کی دلیل روشن ہے؛ جو گمراہی سے ہدایت دینے والے ہیں، اور جہالت سے نجات دلانے والے ہیں۔ اور اے اللہ! ان کی نشانیاں ظاہر فرما، ان کی بنیادوں کو مضبوط کر، ان کی مدد کو عزت دے، ان کی عمر دراز فرما، ان کی شان و وقار کو وسیع کر، ان کے امر (مقصد / فرمان) کو زندہ کر، ان کے نور کو ظاہر کر، ان کی دوری کو قریب کر، ان کا وعدہ پورا فرما، اور ان کے عہد کو وفا کر۔ اور زمین کو ان کے طویل بقا، ان کی ہمیشہ رہنے والی حکومت، ان کی بلند ترقی اور ان کے عروج کے ذریعے مزین فرما۔ ان کے مشاہد/مقامات کو روشن کر، ان کی بنیادوں کو ثابت و مستحکم کر، ان کے برہان کو عظیم کر، ان کی سلطنت کو وسعت دے، ان کے مقام کو بلند کر، اور ان کے ستونوں کو قوی کر۔ اور ہمیں ان کا چہرہ دکھا، ان کی بہجت و رونق واضح کر، ان کا درجہ بلند فرما، ان کا کلمہ ظاہر کر، ان کی دعوت کو عزت دے، اور انہیں ان کی مراد عطا فرما۔ اے پروردگار! انہیں ان کی امیدوں / مقصود تک پہنچا دے، ان کے مقام کو مشرف کر، اور ان کی تکریم کو بہت عظیم فرما۔

And dignify the believers through him, and revive the traditions of the Prophets through him, and humiliate the hypocrites through him, and destroy the tyrants, and suffice him against the oppression of the jealous men, and provide him shelter from the evil of the schemers, and keep the wicked intentions of the transgressors from him, and support him with an army of the known angels. And dominate him over all the enemies of Your religion, destroy all the adamant tyrants through him, and extinguish all the blazing fire through his sword, and establish his order everywhere, and create all the kingdom under his dominion, destroy the idol worshippers through him, and honour the people of Qur’an and the faithful, and succeed him over all the religions, and make his enemies helpless, and humiliate whoever targets him, and overpower all those who deny his right, reject his truth, weaken his affair, wishes to destroy his memory, and strives to put off his light.

اور اس کے ذریعے مؤمنین کو عزت عطا فرما، اور اس کے ذریعے پیغمبروں کی سنّتوں کو زندہ کر دے؛ اور اس کے ذریعے منافقین کو ذلیل کر، اور اس کے ذریعے سرکش جابروں کو ہلاک کر دے۔ اور اسے حسد کرنے والوں کے ظلم و زیادتی سے کافی ہو جا (یعنی بچا لے)، اور اسے سازش کرنے والوں کے شر سے پناہ دے۔ اور اس کے خلاف ظالموں کے ارادے کو دور کر دے، اور اسے نشان زدہ/صف بند فرشتوں کے لشکروں کے ذریعے قوت عطا فرما۔ اور اسے اپنے دین کے تمام دشمنوں پر مسلط فرما، اور اس کے ذریعے ہر سرکش و ضدی جبار کی کمر توڑ دے۔ اور اس کی تلوار کے ذریعے ہر بھڑکتی آگ کو بجھا دے۔ اور اس کا حکم ہر جگہ نافذ کر دے، اور اس کے اقتدار کے ذریعے ہر اقتدار کو قائم و برقرار کر دے۔ اور اس کے ذریعے بتوں کے پجاریوں کو کچل دے، اور اس کے ذریعے اہلِ قرآن اور اہلِ ایمان کو شرف عطا فرما۔ اور اسے تمام ادیان پر غالب کر دے، اور جو اس سے دشمنی کرے اسے مغلوب و رسوا کر دے، اور جو اس سے مقابلہ کرے اسے ذلیل کر دے۔ اور جڑ سے اکھاڑ دے اُس کو جو اس کے حق کا انکار کرے، اور اس کی سچائی کو جھٹلائے، اور اس کے امر کو حقیر سمجھے؛ اور جو اس کے ذکر کو بجھانے کا ارادہ کرے اور اس کے نور کو بجھانے کی کوشش کرے۔

O Allah! Brighten all the darkness through his light, and disperse all the sorrows through him, and send his terror ahead of him, and strengthen the heart through him, and establish the victory of battle through him, and make him the desired Riser, and the best successor, and the anticipated Imam, and the examined just person, and fill the Earth with justice through him like it was filled with oppression and tyranny, and support him in the things concerning his guardianship, caliphate and observance, so that his order rules over all the orders, and guides with his right all the misguidance. O Allah! Safeguard him with Your Eye that doesn’t sleep, and supervise him under your firm supervision, and dignify him with Your unending honour, and regard me, O Lord, amongst his soldiers and his supporters, his helpers and his pillars, his followers and his devotees, and give me the taste of his happiness, and cover me with the attire of his freshness, and avail me alongside him for pledging allegiance with him, so that I can emphasise on the allegiance I have pledged with him between the Rukn and the Maqaam near Your holy House. O Lord, succeed me for the establishment of his obedience, and for seeking shelter in his service, and for staying in his kingdom, and for distancing from sins, thus if You put me to death before the establishment of his kingdom, then regard me, O Lord, amongst those who will return at the time of return, who will become the rulers, and will become powerful in his days, and will gather under his flag, and will be raised alongside him, and their eyes will be calmed by his sight, with Your Grace and Your Favour, Your Kindness and Your Generosity, indeed You are the Gracious, the Great, the Eternal benevolent, the Mighty, the Beneficent.

اے اللہ! اس کے نور کے ذریعے ہر تاریکی کو روشن کر دے، اور اس کے ذریعے ہر غم و گھٹن کو دور کر دے۔ اور دشمنوں کے دلوں میں اس کے آگے رعب ڈال دے، اور اس کے ذریعے دلوں کو ثابت قدم کر دے، اور اس کے ذریعے جنگ میں مدد و نصرت قائم فرما۔ اور اسے وہ قائم بنا دے جس کی امید کی جاتی ہے، اور وہ برگزیدہ وصی، اور منتظر امام، اور آزمودہ عدل (عدلِ ثابت شدہ)۔ اور اس کے ذریعے زمین کو عدل و انصاف سے بھر دے جیسے وہ ظلم و جور سے بھر دی گئی ہے۔ اور اے اللہ! جن امور پر تو نے اسے مقرر کیا، اور جن میں تو نے اسے جانشین بنایا، اور جن کی نگہبانی / رعایت تو نے اسے سونپی ان سب میں اس کی مدد فرما؛ یہاں تک کہ اس کا حکم ہر حکم پر غالب ہو جائے، اور وہ اپنے حق کے ذریعے ہر گمراہی کو ہدایت میں بدل دے۔ اور اس کی حفاظت فرما اے اللہ! اپنی اس نگاہ کے ساتھ جو سوتی نہیں، اور اسے اپنی اس پناہ/سہارے میں لے لے جس تک کوئی پہنچ نہیں سکتا؛ اور اسے اپنی اس عزت کے ذریعے عزت عطا فرما جس پر کوئی ظلم نہیں کر سکتا۔ اور اے میرے معبود! مجھے اس کے لشکر/تعداد میں، اور اس کے مددگاروں میں، اور اس کے ناصر و معاون اور اس کے ستون / بازو بننے والوں میں، اور اس کے شیعوں اور پیروکاروں میں شامل فرما۔ اور مجھے اس کی خوشی کا ذائقہ چکھا دے، اور مجھے اس کی بہجت و مسرت کا لباس پہنا دے۔ اور مجھے اس کے ساتھ بیعت کے لیے حاضر فرما، اور اس کے عہد کو مضبوط کرنے کے لیے رکن اور مقام کے درمیان، تیرے بیت الحرام کے پاس۔ اور اے پروردگار! مجھے توفیق دے کہ میں اس کی اطاعت پر قائم رہوں، اور اس کی خدمت میں رہائش/مقام اختیار کروں، اور اس کی دولت (حکومتِ حق) کے زمانے میں باقی رہوں، اور اس کی نافرمانی سے بچتا رہوں۔ پس اگر اے اللہ! تو نے مجھے اس سے پہلے وفات دے دی، تو اے پروردگار! مجھے ان لوگوں میں قرار دے جو اس کی رجعت کے وقت واپس آئیں، اور اس کی دولت میں حصہ پائیں، اور اس کے ایّام میں اقتدار/تمکن حاصل کریں، اور اس کے جھنڈوں کے سائے تلے رہیں، اور اس کے گروہ میں محشور کیے جائیں اور (میری) آنکھیں اس کے دیدار سے ٹھنڈی ہوں یہ سب تیرے فضل و احسان، تیرے کرم اور تیری عنایت سے؛ بے شک تو بڑے فضل والا ہے، قدیم نعمت و احسان والا ہے، اور کریم احسان فرمانے والا ہے۔

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔

O Allah! You are Peace and from You is Peace, and towards You returns Peace, and gift us, O Lord, with Peace from You. O Allah! These units are a gift from me to Your Guardian, and the son of Your Guardian and the son of Your Friends, the Imam son of the Imams, the rightful successor, the Proof, the Master of Time; bless Mohammad and his holy Progeny, and deliver these prayers to him, and grant me with the best of my desire and hope in You and in Your Prophet and in him, Your Peace and blessing be upon him and his entire Progeny.

اے اللہ! تو ہی سلامتی ہے اور تیرے ہی پاس سے سلامتی ہے، اور تیری ہی طرف سلامتی لوٹتی ہے۔ اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اپنی جانب سے سلامتی کے ساتھ زندہ رکھ (اور سلامتی عطا فرما)۔ اے اللہ! بے شک یہ رکعتیں میری طرف سے تیرے ولی اور تیرے ولی کی اولاد اور تیرے اولیاء کی اولاد کی خدمت میں ہدیہ ہیں یعنی اماموں کے فرزند امام، نیک جانشین، حجّتِ خدا صاحبِ زمانہؑ کی بارگاہ میں۔ پس محمدؐ اور آلِ محمدؑ پر درود بھیج، اور یہ (ہدیہ) ان تک پہنچا دے، اور مجھے عطا فرما میری بہترین امید اور میری آرزو جو تجھ سے اور تیرے رسول سے وابستہ ہے جن پر اور جن کی آل پر تیری رحمتیں ہوں، سب کے سب پر، اور (اسی ولی/امام کے وسیلے سے بھی)۔
