آیتِ وضو۵:۶
يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اِذَا قُمْتُمْ اِلَى الصَّلٰوةِ فَاغْسِلُوْا وُجُوْهَكُمْ وَاَيْدِيَكُمْ اِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُوْا بِرُءُوْسِكُمْ وَاَرْجُلَكُمْ اِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ…
YAA AYYUHAA ALLAZEENA AAMANOO IZAA QUMTUM ILAA AS-SALAATI FAGHSILOO WUJOOHAKUM WA-AYDIYAKUM ILAA AL-MARAAFIQI WAMSAHOO BIRU'OOSIKUM WA-ARJULAKUM ILAA AL-KA'BAYNI…
O you who believe! when you rise up to prayer, wash your faces and your hands as far as the elbows, and wipe your heads and your feet to the ankles…
اے ایمان دارو! جب تم نماز کے لئے آمادہ ہو تو اپنے منہ اور کہنیوں تک ہاتھ دھو لیا کرو اور اپنے سروں کا اور ٹخنوں تک پاؤں کا مسح کرلیا کرو ۔۔۔
When you intend to do Wuzu first brush your teeth, as brushing makes your mouth pure and fragrant, mucus comes out, memory becomes sharp, rewards of worship increase and one gets the happiness of Allah (swt), 2 rakat namaz prayed after brushing is better than the 70 rakat namaz prayed without brush. If you do not get the brush then cleaning with finger is sufficient.
جب وضو کا ارادہ کرے تو پہلے مسواک کرے کہ اس سے منہ پاکیزہ اور خوشبو دار ہو جاتا ہے ،بلغم خارج ہو جاتا ہے قوتِ حافظہ میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے نیکیاں بڑھ جاتی ہیں اور حق تعالیٰ کی خوشنودی حاصل ہوتی ہے مسواک کے ساتھ ادا کی جانے والی دو رکعتیں مسواک کے بغیر پڑھی جانے والی ۷۰ رکعتوں سے افضل ہیں۔ اگر مسواک نہ مل سکے تو دانتوں کو انگلی سے صاف کرنا بھی کافی ہے۔
Before performing the Wuzu it is recommended to wash the hands, clear the nose with water and rinse the mouth three times.
وضو کرنے سے پہلے مستحب ہے کہ اپنے ہاتھوں کو دھوئیں، پانی سے ناک کو صاف کرے اور ۳ مرتبہ کلی کرے۔
- The following are the obligatory steps for partial Wuzu
Intention (Niyyat) of Wuzu obeying the order of Allah (s).
وضو قربتً اِلی اللہ کی نیت سے کریں۔
Washing the face and both the hands in wuzu from top towards bottom is waajib only once, twice is mustahab and thrice or more times is haraam.
وضو میں چہرہ اور دونو ہاتھوں کا اوپر سے نیچے کی طرف ایک مرتبہ دھونا واجب ہے، ۲ مرتبہ دھونا مستحب ہے اور ۳ یا اس سے زیادہ مرتبہ دھونا حرام ہے۔
The face is washed from the top of the forehead to the chin covering both cheeks. It should be washed completely by pouring water from hair line above forehead using the right hand once or twice only.
چہرے کو لمبائی میں پیشانی کے اپر، اس جگہ سے لے کر جہاں سے سر کے بال اگتے ہیں ٹھوڑی کے آخری کنارے تک اور چوڑائی میں بیچ کی انگلی اور انگوٹھے کے پھیلاؤ میں جتنی جگہ آ جائے اسے دائیں ہاتھ سے دھوئیں۔
Then wash right arm from elbow to the fingertips.
پھر دائیں ہاتھ کو، کہنی سے انگلی کے سرے تک دھوئیں۔
Then left arm is washed from elbow to the fingertips.
پھر بائیں ہاتھ کو، کہنی سے انگلیوں کے سرے تک دھوئیں۔
Remember the head and the legs should be dry while wiping on it.
خیال رہے کہ مسح کرتے وقت سر اور پیر خشک ہونا ضروری ہے۔
Using the remaining water in the right hand’s palm the front part of the top of the head is wiped downwards once only.
دونو ہاتھ دھونے کے بعد سر کے اگلے حصہ کا مسح (اپر سے نیچے کی طرف) وضو کے پانی کی اس تری سے کرنا چاہیے جو ہاتھ میں لگی ہوئی ہے۔
Then right foot is wiped from the tip of the toes to ankle with palm of the right hand once only.
پھر دائیں ہاتھ سے دائیں پیر کا مسح انگلیوں کے سرے سے لے کر جوڑ تک ایک مرتبہ کرے۔
Then left foot is wiped from the tip of the toes to ankle with palm of the left hand once only.
پھر بائیں ہاتھ سے بائیں پیر کا مسح انگلیوں کے سرے سے لے کر جوڑ تک ایک مرتبہ کرے۔
Should the wiping hand become dry, moisture is to be taken from the beard. Never add external water.
اگر مسح کرنے میں ہاتھ کی تری سوکھ جائے تو لازم ہے کہ اپنی داڑھی سے اسے تر کرے، نہ کہ الگ سے پانی لے۔
- Things and conditions invalidating Wuzu…
Sleeping (ie. senses of the eye and ear stop working)
نیند (آنکھ اور کان پر غالب آنے والی نیند)
Unconsciousness
بےہوشی
Toilet function (bowel movements, Urination or Wind breaking).
پیشاب، پاخانہ یا ریح (ہوا) کا خارج ہونا
Discharge of Semen.
منی کا خارج ہونا
Having intercourse.
ہم بستری
Discharge of blood from the woman’s womb.
عورتوں کو حیض کا خون جاری ہونا۔
While performing Wuzu it is recommended to say Dua-e-Wuzu.
وضو کرتے وقت مستحب ہے کہ دُعاء وضو پڑھے۔
Upon completing the wuzu say…
جب وضو کر چکے تو یہ کہے۔۔۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْاَلُكَ تَمَامَ الْوُضُوْءِ، وَتَمَامَ الصَّلَاةِ، وَتَمَامَ رِضْوَانِكَ وَالْجَنَّةَ۔
ALLAAHUMMA INNEE AS'ALUKA TAMAAMA AL-WUDOO'I, WATAMAAMA AS-SALAATI, WATAMAAMA RIDWAANIKA WAL-JANNAH.
O Allah! I seek you to complete my Wuzu and my Namaz and to get your happiness and Heaven.
اے معبود! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ میرا وضو کامل ہو نماز مکمل ہو اور مجھے تیری خوشنودی اور جنت حاصل ہو۔
Then say…
پھر کہے۔۔۔
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِيْنَ۔
AL-HAMDU LILLAAHI RABBI AL-'AALAMEEN.
Praise is for Allah the one who is the Lord of the Universe.
حمد ہے خدا کے لئے جو جہانوں کا رب ہے۔
Then recite Surah Qadr thrice, after wuzu apply perfume and then move towards masjid (praying mat) with tranquility and solemnity.
پھر ۳ مرتبہ سورۂ قدر پڑھے، وضو کے بعد خوشبو لگائیں اور مسجد کی طرف سکون و وقار سے جائیں۔
