Surah Feel (105, 5 ayat)

105| سورۂ فیل |5

1. Elephant (Makki)

2. بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

   BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM

   In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

   اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

3. اَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِاَصْحٰبِ الْفِيْلِ

   ALAM TARA KAIFA FA’ALA RABBUKA BI ASHAABIL FEEL.

   Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the possessors of the elephant?

   کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ تمہارے رب نے ہاتھی والوں کے ساتھ کیا برتاؤ کیا ہے۔

4. اَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِيْ تَضْلِيْلٍ

   ALAM YAJ’AL KAIDAHUM FEE TADLEEL.

   Did He not cause their war to end in confusion

   کیا ان کی چال کو بے کار نہیں کر دیا ہے۔

5. وَاَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا اَبَابِيْلَ

   WA ARSALA ’ALAIHIM TAIRAN ABAABEEL.

   And send down (to prey) upon them birds in flocks

   اور ان پر اڑتی ہوئی ابابیل کو بھیج دیا ہے۔

6. تَرْمِيْهِمْ بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّنْ سِجِّيْلٍ

   TARMEEHIM BIHIJAARATIM MIN SIJJEEL.

   Casting against them stones of baked clay

   جو انہیں کھرنجوں کی کنکریاں مار رہی تھیں۔

7. فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَّاْكُوْلٍ

   FAJA ’ALAHUM KA’ASFIM M’AKOOL.

   So He rendered them like straw eaten up?

   پھر انہوں نے ان سب کو چبائے ہوئے بھوسے کے مانند بنا دیا۔

8. SADAQALLAHUL ALIYYUL AZEEM

   Almighty God the most high speaks the truth.

   اللہ بزرگ و برتر نے سچ فرمایا ہے۔
