Dua of Imam-e-Asr (a) for Repelling difficulties.
Al- Muhaddith Nuri in "Dar-us-Salam" said: I was informed by Fat'h Ali Sultani Aabaadi that Muhammad Sadiq Al-Iraqi was in an extreme stress and difficulties for a long period of time without any relief from his afflictions and no way out of it till a night when he saw in his dream as if he was in a valley with a mighty tent having dome on its top, who is the owner? I inquired. I was told the awaiting Imam (May Allah hasten and make ease his reappearance) is inside, he quickly went inside and was relieved of all his trouble, when he came to Imam (pbuh) he tender his complaint regards his ill condition, the stress of his time and his family's difficulties and requested supplication from him to relief him of all his afflictions, he (pbuh) refer him back to a Sayyid among his descendant by name Sayyid Muhammad Sultani Aabaadi, he pointed at his tent to him, he went inside the tent and met Sayyid sitting on his praying mat while reciting and supplicating. After salutation, he mentioned to him what was hand over to him by the Imam, he teaches him supplication that will suffice him from all his stress and will make him procure his sustenance, and thus he woke up from his sleeping memorizing the supplication. Then he intended going to Sayyid's house though before the dream he has disincline from him for some reasons that was not mentioned. When he came to Sayyid, he met him in the very position he saw him in his dream by remembering his Lord and seeking forgiveness from Him, when he saluted him, he replied while smiling as if he is aware of the issue and comprehend the hidden mysteries, he inquired from him his very inquiry during his dream, thus he teaches him that very supplication in a very short time while the world pour on him from every corner. Our Sheikh extremely praises Sayyid because he has met him at the last state of his life and has studied under him for some period of time. Sayyid teaches 3 kinds of supplications, they are as follows…
مرحوم محدث نوری کتاب دارالسلام میں لکھتے ہیں عالم جلیل جناب حاج ملّا فتح علی سلطان آبادی سے نقل کیا ہے کہ فاضل مقدس آخوند ملّا محمد صادق عراقی کہتے ہیں انتہائی فقر و فاقہ کی زندگی گزار رہے تھے ایک مدت تک ان مسائل میں مبتلاء تھا ان مشکلات سے رہائی کی کوئی صورت نظر نہیں آتی تھی یہاں تک کہ ایک رات عالم خواب میں صحراء میں ایک بڑا خیمہ دیکھا اس خیمہ میں ایک قبہ تھا پوچھتاہے کہ یہ عظمت والا خیمہ کس کا ہے کہتے ہیں یہ خیمہ حضرت مہدی قائم اور امام منتظر کا ہے جلدی سے اس خیمہ میں چلا گیا چونکہ ہر درد کی دعا وہاں پر ہے جب حضرت کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو میں نے اپنی پریشانی فقر و فاقہ کی شکایت حضرت حجت سے کی مشکلات اور غم و غصہ دور کرنے کی درخواست کی حضرت نے اپنے فرزندوں میں سے ایک کی طرف اشارہ کرتے ہیں اور خیمہ کی نشان دہی کرتے ہیں فاضل مقدس حضرت کے یہاں سے جا کر اس خیمہ میں جاتے ہیں کہ جس کی طرف آخری حجت نے اشارہ کیا تھا اچانک دانشمند بزرگوار سید محمد سلطان آبادی کو دیکھتاہے کہ سجادہ پر بیٹھا ہوا ہے دعا اور قرآن کی قرائت میں مشغول ہے سلام کے بعد حضرت حجت کا پیغام اس کو پہنچاتے ہیں تو وہ ان کو ایک دعا یاد کراتے ہیں کہ وہ سختیوں سے نجات حاصل کرے اور روزی کے دروازے اس کے لئے کھول دیے جائیں خواب سے بیدار ہوا اس حالت میں کہ اس نے دعا کو حفظ کیا تھا اس سید کے گھر کی طرف روانہ ہوجاتاہے حالانکہ اس خواب سے پہلے اس سید کے ساتھ کوئی خاص رابطہ نہیں ہوا تھا جب اس بزرگوار کے گھر میں داخل ہوتاہے اسی حالت میں دیکھتاہے جس حالت میں خواب کی حالت میں دیکھا تھا اپنے سجادہ پر بیٹھا ہوا ہے اور ذکر خدا اور استغفار میں مشغول ہے سلام کرتاہے سید جواب دیتاہے اس کی طرف مسکراتے ہیں ایسا معلوم ہوتا تھا کہ اس کو پہلے سے اس واقعہ کا علم ہے پوشیدہ اسرار سے آگاہ ہے جس طرح عالم خواب میں اس سے پوچھا تھا اسی طرح اس سے پوچھتاہے سید وہی دعا کہ جو عالم خواب میں اس کو تعلیم دی تھی اس کو یاد کراتاہے وہ اس دعا کو ہمیشہ پڑھتاہے مختصر وقت میں ہر قسم کے مشکلات اس سے دور ہوجاتے ہیں۔ محدث نوری کہتاہے ہمارے استاد سید کے لئے خاص احترام کے قائل تھے انہوں نے آخری عمر میں سید کی ملاقات کی چند مدت اس کی شاگردی کی تھی جو کچھ سید نے عالم خواب اور بیداری میں یاد کرایا تھا تین چیزیں تھیں۔۔۔
To recite "YAA FATTAAHO" O He who opens way of success (for 70 times while placing his hand on his chest after dawn prayer Subh). Kafa'ami in his Misbaah said: Allah will remove all evils from the mind of him who offer this supplication…
طلوع فجر کے بعد ہاتھ کو سینہ پر رکھ کر ستر مرتبہ یا فتاح کہے محدث نوری فرماتے ہیں: کفعمی کتاب المصباح میں لکھتے ہیں جو شخص بھی اس کام کو انجام دے تو خداوند تعالیٰ اس کے دل سے حجابات کو دور کرتاہے۔۔۔

شیخ کلینی سند کے ساتھ ایک روایت اسمٰعیل بن عبدالخالق سے نقل کرتاہے کہتاہے پیغمبر کے اصحاب سے ایک مرد ایک مدت تک حضرت کی خدمت میں نہیں پہنچا چند روز کے بعد آیا حضرت نے فرمایا کیوں ایک مدت سے ہم سے غائب رہے ایسا کیوں ہوا عرض کیا بیماری اور فقر و فاقہ کی وجہ سے حضرت نے فرمایا کہ تجھے ایسی دعا یاد کرادوں کہ جو تجھ سے فقر و فاقہ اور بیماری دور کرے کہنے لگا ہاں اے رسول خدا حضرت نے فرمایا کہو۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللہِ تَوَکَّلْتُ عَلَی الْحَیِّ الَّذِیْ لَا یَمُوْتُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلہِ الَّذِیْ لَمْ یَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَّلَمْ یَکُنْ لَّہٗ شَرِیْکٌ فِی الْمُلْکِ وَلَمْ یَکُنْ لَّہٗ وَلِیٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ وَکَبِّرْہُ تَکْبِیْرًا۔
Laa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billaahi tawakkaltu 'alaa al-hayyi allazee laa yamootu wal-hamdu lillaahi allazee lam yattakhiz waladan walam yakun lahoo shareekun fee al-mulki walam yakun lahoo waliyyun mina az-zulli wakabbirhu takbeeraa.
There is no ability and strength except Allah the Most High and Magnificent, I rely on He who is alive and dies not, thanks be to Almighty Allah who has not taken a son and has no partner in His kingdom, and He has no protector out of weakness, He who is the most greatest.
کوئی طاقت و قوت نہیں مگر اللہ کی، میرا بھروسہ ہے ایسے زندہ پر جسے موت نہیں، اور حمد ہے اس خدا کی جس کا کوئی بیٹا نہیں ہے، اور اس کے ملک میں کوئی اس کا شریک نہیں ہے، اور نہ کوئی اس کا مدد گار ہے، وہی سب سے بزرگ و برتر ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
He said: he didn't stay long while he returns to the Prophet (s) telling him that Allah has drive away from him all sorts of illness and poverty.
راوی کہتاہے تھوڑی دیر نہیں گزری تھی کہ وہ مرد آیا اور کہا اے رسول خدا خدا نے بیماری اور فقر کو مجھ سے دور کیا ہے۔
The narration of ibn Fahd in "Uddati Daayi" from the prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny): No one will offer this supplication after his dawn prayer except Allah make it ease for him any time he requested from Him and will suffice him in all his worries…
شیخ ابن فھد حلی نے عدة الداعی میں ایک روایت پیغمبر اکرم سے نقل کیا ہے کہ حضرت نے فرمایا جو بھی ہر روز نماز صبح کے بعد یہ دعا پڑھے اور دست حاجت خدا کی طرف بلند کرے خدا آسانی کے ساتھ اس کی حاجت کو پوری کرتاہے اس کے تمام مہم کاموں کے لئے کفایت کرتاہے۔۔۔

بِسْمِ اللہِ وَصَلَّی اللہُ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِہٖ وَاُفَوِّضُ اَمْرِیْ اِلَی اللہِ اِنَّ اللہَ بَصِیْرٌۢ بِالْعِبَادِ فَوَقَاہُ اللہُ سَیِّئَاتِ مَا مَكَرُوْا لَٓا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ اِنِّیْ كُنْتُ مِنَ الظّٰلِمِیْنَ فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَہٗ وَنَجَّیْنَاہُ مِنَ الْغَمِّ وَكَذٰلِكَ نُنْجِی الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ حَسْبُنَا اللہُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِیْلُ فَانْقَلَبُوْا بِنِعْمَۃٍ مِّنَ اللہِ وَفَضْلٍ لَّمْ یَمْسَسْھُمْ سُوْٓءٌ مَّاشَآءَ اللہُ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللہِ مَاشآءَ اللہُ لَا مَاشَآءَ النَّاسُ مَاشَآءَ اللہُ وَاِنْ كَرِہَ النَّاسُ۔
Bismi allaahi wasallaa allaahu 'alaa muhammadin wa-aalihee wa-ufawwidu amree ilaa allaahi inna allaaha baseerun bil-'ibaadi fawaqaahu allaahu sayyi'aati maa makaroo laa ilaaha illaa anta subhaanaka innee kuntu mina az-zaalimeena fastajabnaa lahoo wanajjaynaahu mina al-ghammi wakazaalika nunjee al-mu'mineena hasbunaa allaahu wani'ma al-wakeelu fanqalaboo bini'matin mina allaahi wafadlin lam yamsas-hum soo'un maashaa'a allaahu laa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billaahi maashaa'a allaahu laa maashaa'a an-naasu maashaa'a allaahu wa-in kariha an-naas.
In the name of Allah, blessing upon Muhammad and his household, I deputize all my affairs to Allah, verily Allah sees all His servants, Allah safeguards him from all their plots. There is no deity except you. Glory be to You, verily I am among the oppressors. We answered his call and rescued him from grief, that is how we rescued the believers, Allah suffice us and the best protector, returned with favor and bounty from Allah, no harm having touched them, to the wish of Allah, there is no strength and vigor except from Allah, to the wish of Allah and not to the wish of mankind. to the wish of Allah even though mankind rejected it.
اللہ کے نام سے، اور اللہ رحمت نازل فرمائے محمدؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر، اور میں تو اپنے معاملات کو پروردگار کے حوالے کر رہا ہوں کہ بےشک وہ تمام بندوں کے حالات کا خوب دیکھنے والا ہے، تو اللہ نے اس مردِ مومن کو ان لوگوں کی چالوں کے نقصانات سے بچا لیا۔ تیرے علاوہ کوئی خدا نہیں ہے، تو پاک و بے نیاز ہے اور میں اپنے نفس پر ظلم کرنے والوں میں سے تھا، تو ہم نے ان کی دعا کو قبول کرلیا اور انہیں غم سے نجات دلادی کہ ہم اسی طرح صاحبانِ ایمان کو نجات دلاتے رہتے ہیں۔ ہمارے لئے خدا کافی ہے اور وہی ہمارا ذمہ دار ہے، پس یہ مجاہدین خدا کے فضل و کرم سے یوں پلٹ آئے کہ انہیں کوئی تکلیف نہیں پہنچی۔ جو اللہ چاہے وہی ہوگا، کوئی طاقت و قوت نہیں مگر اللہ کی، جو اللہ چاہے وہی ہوگا نہ وہ جو لوگ چاہیں، جو اللہ چاہے وہی ہوگا اگرچہ لوگوں کو ناگوار ہو۔
حَسْبِيَ الرَّبُّ مِنَ الْمَرْبُوْبِیْنَ حَسْبِيَ الْخَالِقُ مِنَ الْمَخْلُوْقِیْنَ حَسْبِيَ الرَّازِقُ مِنَ الْمَرْزُوْقِیْنَ حَسْبِيَ اللہُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ حَسْبِيْ مَنْ ھُوَ حَسْبِیْ، حَسْبِیْ مَنْ لَّمْ یَزَلْ حَسْبِیْ، حَسْبِیْ مَنْ كَانَ مُذْ كُنْتُ لَمْ یَزَلْ حَسْبِیْ، حَسْبِیَ اللہُ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ھُوَ عَلَیْہِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَھُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِیْمِ۔
Hasbiya ar-rabbu mina al-marboobeena hasbiya al-khaaliqu mina al-makhlooqeena hasbiya ar-raaziqu mina al-marzooqeena hasbiya allaahu rabbu al-'aalameena hasbee man huwa hasbee, hasbee man lam yazal hasbee, hasbee man kaana muz kuntu lam yazal hasbee, hasbiya allaahu laa ilaaha illaa huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu wahuwa rabbu al-'arshi al-'azeem.
The Lord suffices me against the nurtured ones, the Creator suffices me against the created ones, the Provider suffice me from those who are provided for, Allah suffice me, the Lord of the worlds, suffice me He who suffices me, suffice me He who did not cease sufficing me, suffice me He who has been sufficing me, Allah whom there is no god except him suffice me, unto Him I kept my trust, and he is the Lord of the Mighty throne.
میرے لیے پلنے والوں کے بجائے پالنے والا کافی ہے، میرے لیے خلق ہونے والوں کے بجائے خلق کرنے والا کافی ہے، میرے لیے رزق پانے والوں کے بجائے رزق دینے والا کافی ہے، میرے لیے عالمین کا پروردگار اللہ کافی ہے، میرے لیے وہی کافی ہے جو میرے لیے کافی ہے، میرے لیے وہ کافی ہے جو ہمیشہ سے میرے لیے کافی ہے، میرے لیے وہ کافی ہے جو جب سے میں ہوں ہمیشہ میرے لیے کافی رہا ہے، خدا میرے لئے کافی ہے، اس کے سوا کوئی خدا نہیں، میرا اعتماد اسی پر ہے اور وہی عرشِ اعظم کا پروردگار ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
