Namaz-e-Shukr

نماز شکر

1. PLEASE NOTE: Be it clear that the reason for presenting Translation is to understand Salaat and to recite in Arabic with concentration because reciting Salaat in other than Arabic language (or Transliteration) is not correct.

2. Imam Ja'far (a) said regarding the Salat al Shukr (that) when Allah (swt) bestows you with one of his bounties, then perform 2 rakat namaz. In the 1st rakat after Surah Fateha recite Surah Ikhlaas and in the 2nd rakat after Surah Fateha recite Surah Kaafiroon and in the Ruku and Sujood of the 1st rakat recite…

   امام جعفر صادقؑ نے نماز شکر کے متعلق فرمایا کہ جب بھی اللہ تعالی اپنی نعمت سے تمہیں نوازے تو شکر کے طور پر ۲ رکعت نماز ادا کرے کہ جس کی پہلی رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے اور دوسری رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد سورہٴ کافرون پڑھے اور پہلی رکعت کے رکوع اور سجود میں اس طرح سے کہے۔۔۔

3. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ شُكْرًا شُكْرًا وَحَمْدًا۔

   AL-HAMDU LILLAAHI SHUKRAN SHUKRAN WAHAMDAA.

   All praise, thankfulness and gratitude belong to Allah.

   ساری تعریف، شکر و حمد اللہ کے لئے۔

4. And in the Ruku and Sujood of the 2nd rakat recite…

   اور دوسری رکعت کے رکوع اور سجود میں اس طرح سے کہے۔۔۔

5. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِي اسْتَجَابَ دُعَائِيْ وَاَعْطَانِيْ مَسْاَلَتِيْ۔

   AL-HAMDU LILLAAHI ALLAZEE ISTAJAABA DU'AA'EE WA-A'TAANEE MAS'ALATEE.

   All praise belongs to God who fulfilled my du'a and met my request.

   ساری تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لئے جس نے میری دعا کو قبول فرمایا اور میری حاجت کو پورا کیا۔
