کوہ ابو قبیس مسجد الحرام سے نزدیک اور کوہ صفا کے اوپر ہے، اِس پر دعا مستجاب ہوتی ہے، یہاں چند پیغمبر مدفون ہیں، معجزئہ شق القمر بھی اِسی جگہ پیش آیا تھا، اس جگہ پر یہ دعا پڑھے۔۔۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی نَبِیٍّ ہَلَّلَ وَكَبَّرَ وَحَجَّ وَاعْتَمَرَ وَانْشَقَّ لَہُ الْقَمَرُ وَبِدِیْنِ اللہِ اَمَرَ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ وَنَہٰی عَنِ الْفَحْشَآئِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَوْدَعْتُ فِیْ ہٰذَا الْمَحَلِّ الشَّرِیْفِ مِنْ یَوْمِنَا ہٰذَا اِلٰی یَوْمِ الْقِیٰمَۃِ خَالِصًا مُخْلِصًا اَشْہَدُ اَنْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ وَاَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُہٗ وَرَسُوْلُہٗ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa nabiyyin hallala wakabbara wahajja wa'tamara wanshaqqa lahu al-qamaru wabideeni allaahi amara bil-ma'roofi wanahaa 'ani al-fahshaa'i wal-munkari allaahumma innee awda'tu fee haazaa al-mahalli ash-shareefi min yawminaa haazaa ilaa yawmi al-qiyaamati khaalisan mukhlisan ashhadu an laa ilaaha illaa allaahu wa-anna muhammadan 'abduhoo warasooluh.
O Allah, send blessings upon a Prophet who declared (Allah's) Oneness and proclaimed (His) greatness, performed the Hajj and the 'Umrah, for whom the moon was split, and who, by the religion of Allah, enjoined what is right and forbade indecency and what is wrong. O Allah, I have deposited (this testimony) in this noble place, from this day of ours until the Day of Resurrection, purely (and) sincerely: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.
اے اللہ! اس نبیؐ پر رحمت نازل فرما جس نے تہلیل و تکبیر کی، حج اور عمرہ ادا کیا، جس کے لئے چاند شق ہوا، اور جس نے اللہ کے دین کے ذریعے نیکی کا حکم دیا اور بے حیائی اور برائی سے روکا۔ اے اللہ! میں نے آج کے دن سے قیامت کے دن تک اس مقدس مقام میں خالص اور مخلص ہو کر (یہ گواہی) امانت رکھ دی ہے: میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اور یہ کہ محمدؐ اس کے بندے اور اس کے رسول ہیں۔

نیز كوہِ ابو قبیس کے اوپر یہ دعا بھی پڑھے۔۔۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُكَ اِیْمَانًا كَامِلًا تُبَاشِرُ بِہٖ قَلْبِیْ وَیَقِیْنًا صَادِقًا حَتّٰی اَعْلَمَ اَنَّہٗ لَنْ یُّصِیْبَنِیْ اِلَّا مَا كَتَبْتَ لِیْ اَنَّ وَلِیِّیَ اللہُ فِی الدُّنْیَا وَالْآخِرَۃِ اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَوْدَعْتُ فِیْ ہٰذَا الْمَحَلِّ الشَّرِیْفِ مِنْ یَوْمِنَا ہٰذَا اِلٰی یَوْمِ الْقِیٰمَۃِ خَالِصًا مُخْلِصًا اَشْہَدُ اَنْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ وَاَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُہٗ وَ رَسُوْلُہٗ۔
Allaahumma innee as'aluka eemaanan kaamilan tubaashiru bihee qalbee wayaqeenan saadiqan hattaa a'lama annahoo lan yuseebanee illaa maa katabta lee anna waliyyiya allaahu fee ad-dunyaa wal-aakhirati allaahumma innee awda'tu fee haazaa al-mahalli ash-shareefi min yawminaa haazaa ilaa yawmi al-qiyaamati khaalisan mukhlisan ashhadu an laa ilaaha illaa allaahu wa-anna muhammadan 'abduhoo wa rasooluh.
O Allah, I ask You for perfect faith with which You touch my heart directly, and true certainty, so that I know that nothing will ever befall me except what You have written for me, (and) that my Guardian is Allah in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I have deposited (this testimony) in this noble place, from this day of ours until the Day of Resurrection, purely (and) sincerely: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.
اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے ایسا کامل ایمان مانگتا ہوں جو میرے دل میں جما رہے، اور ایسا سچا یقین کہ میں جان لوں کہ مجھے ہرگز کوئی چیز نہیں پہنچے گی سوائے اس کے جو تو نے میرے لئے لکھ دی ہے، اور یہ کہ دنیا اور آخرت میں میرا ولی اللہ ہے۔ اے اللہ! میں نے آج کے دن سے قیامت کے دن تک اس مقدس مقام میں خالص اور مخلص ہو کر (یہ گواہی) امانت رکھ دی ہے: میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اور یہ کہ محمدؐ اس کے بندے اور اس کے رسول ہیں۔
