1st Sermon
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلہِ الَّذِیْ کَانَ مَوْجُوْدًا قَبْلَ حُدُوْثِ الْاَشْیَآئِ وَیَبْقٰی بَعْدَ فَنَآئِ الْاَشْیَآئِ تَفَرَّدَ بِالْاَوَّلِیَّۃِ وَالْقِدَمِ وَوَسَمَ کُلَّ شَیْٓءٍ مَا عَدَاہُ بِالْفَنَآئِ وَالْعَدَمِ کَمَا قَالَ عَزَّشَانُہٗ کُلُّ شَیْٓءٍ ھَالِکٌ اِلَّا وَجْھُہٗ وَکُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَۃُ الْمَوْتِ وَقَالَ کُلُّ مَنْ عَلَیْھَا فَانٍ وَّیَبْقٰی وَجْہُ رَبِّکَ ذُوالْجَلَالِ وَالْاِکْرَامِ سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَّا یَخْفٰی عَلَیْہِ اِخْتِلَافُ النِّیَّاتِ وَلَا یَعْزُبُ عَنْہُ مَعَاصِیْ الْعِبَادِ فِیْ الْخَلَوَاتِ سُبْحَانَ الَّذِیْ مِنْہُ خِلْقَۃُ الْعِبَادِ وَاِلَیْہِ الْمَعَادُ فَمَنْ یَّعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّۃٍ خَیْرًا یَّرَہٗ وَمَنْ یَّعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّۃٍ شَرًّا یَّرَہٗ نَشْھَدُ اَنْ لَّآاِلٰہَ اِلَّا ھُوَ الْمَلِکُ الَّذِیْ لَا یُنَازَعُ فِیْ مُلْکِہٖ وَلَا یُضَادُّ فِیْ حُکْمِہٖ یُعَذِّبُ مَنْ یَّشَآئُ بِمَا یَشَآئُ کَیْفَ یَشَآئُ یَرْحَمُ مَنْ یَّشَآئُ بِمَا یَشَآئُ کَیْفَ یَشَآء تَعْذِیْبُہٗ لِلْمُسِیٓئِیْنَ عَدْلٌ وَّعَفْوُہٗ تَفَضُّلٌ وَّنَشْھَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا سَیِّدُ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ وَخَیْرُ الْمُبَشِّرِیْنَ وَالْمُنْذِرِیْنَ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہِ الْھُدٰۃِ الْمَھْدِیِّیْنَ مَنْ رَّکِبَ سَفِیْنَتَھُمْ نَجَا وَاھْتَدٰی وَمَنْ تَخَلَّفَ عَنْھَا ضَلَّ فَغَرِقَ وَھَوٰی اُوْصِیْکُمْ عِبَادَ اللہِ بِالْاِعْتِصَامِ بِالتَّقْوٰی فَاِنَّہٗ حَبْلٌ مَّتِیْنٌ وَّ عُرْوَۃُ الْوُثْقٰی وَبِمُبَادِرَتِکُمْ اَلْمَوْتَ قَبْلَ حُلُوْلِہٖ وَاِعْدَادِ الْعَمَلِ الصَّالِحِ قَبْلَ نُزُوْلِہٖ فَاِنَّہٗ وَارِدٌ وَاقِعٌ نَازِلٌ وَاِنْ تَفِرُّوْا مِنْہُ اَوْ کُنْتُمْ فِیْ بُرُوْجٍ مُشَیَّدَۃٍ اَللہَ اَللہَ عِبَادَ اللہِ فَاِنَّ کُلَّ حَیٍّ فِیْ الدُّنْیَا اِلٰی فَنَائٍ وَکُلَّ مُدَّۃٍ فِیْھَا اِلٰی اِنْتِھَائٍ فَوَا عَجَبَاہُ کَیْفَ ھٰذِہِ الْغَفْلَۃُ اِنَّمَا نَحْنُ کَرَکْبٍ وُّقُوْفٍ مِّنْ اَبْنَائِ السَّبِیْلِ سَیُضْرَبُ عَلَیْھِمْ طَبْلُ الرَّحِیْلِ فَیَرْتَحِلُوْنَ عَمَّا قَلِیْلٍ وَااَسَفَاہُ اِلٰی مَتٰی تِلْکَ الرَّقْدَۃُ وَنَحْنُ فِیْ دَارٍ بِالْبَلَآئِ مَحْفُوْفَۃٍ وَّبِالْغَدْرِ مَعْرُوْفَۃٍ لَایَدُوْمُ اَحْوَالُھَا وَلَا تَسْلَمُ نُزَّالُھَا اَلْعَیْشُ فِیْھَا مَذْمُوْمٌ وَالْاَمَانُ فِیْھَا مَعْدُوْمُ کَیْفَ لَا تَعْتَبِرُوْنَ وَاِخْوَانُکُمْ قَدْ سَلَکُوْا فِیْ بُطُوْنِ الْبَرْزَخِ سَبِیْلًا وَفُقِدَتْ اَجْسَادُھُمْ وَعُمِیَتْ اَخْبَارُھُمْ اَمَدًا طَوِیْلًا جِیْرَانٌ لَا یَتَآنَسُوْنَ وَاَحِبَّآئُ لَا یَتَزَاوَرُوْنَ وَاغُرْبَتَاہٗ مِنْ بَیْتِ وَحْدَتِنَا وَمَنْزِلِ وَحْشَتِنَا وَمَحَطِّ حُفْرَتِنَا وَمَفْرَدِ غُرْبَتِنَا وَامُصِیْبَتَاہٗ مَا اَسْرَعَ الطَّلَبَ وَاَبْعَدَ السَّفَرَ وَاَقَلَّ الزَّادَ وَانَفَسَاہٗ اِذَا اَسْلَمَنَا الْاَحِبَّآئُ اِلَی الْمَلَائِکَۃِ الْغِلَاظِ الشِّدَادِ وَاحُزْنَاہُ اِذَا اِنْقَطَعَ ذِکْرُنَا عَنْ خَوَاطِرِ الْاَحِبَّآئِ وَالْاَقْرُبَآئِ وَاَکَلَتِ الدِّیْدَانُ مَحَاسِنَنَا وَتَصَرَّمَتِ الْاَعْضَآئُ فَلْیَبْکِ الْبَاکُوْنَ قَبْلَ اَنْ لَّا یَنْفَعَ الْبُکَآئُ وَلْیَسْتَغْفِرُنَّ عَنِ الْخَطِیْئَآتِ الَّتِیْ تَحُوْلُ بَیْنَ الْاُمَّھَاتِ وَالْآبَآئِ اِنَّ اَحْسَنَ الْحَدِیْثِ وَاَبْلَغَ الْمَوْعِظَۃِ کِتَابُ اللہِ۔
اَعُوْذُ بِاللہِ مِنَ الشَّیْطَانِ الرَّجِیْمِ۔
Al-hamdu lillaahi allazee kaana mawjoodan qabla hudoothi al-ashyaa'i wayabqaa ba'da fanaa'i al-ashyaa'i tafarrada bil-awwaliyyati wal-qidami wawasama kulla shay'in maa 'adaahu bil-fanaa'i wal-'adami kamaa qaala 'azzashaanuhoo kullu shay'in haalikun illaa wajhuhoo wakullu nafsin zaa'iqatu al-mawti waqaala kullu man 'alayhaa faanin wayabqaa wajhu rabbika zooljalaali wal-ikraami subhaana man laa yakhfaa 'alayhi ikhtilaafu an-niyyaati walaa ya'zubu 'anhu ma'aasee al-'ibaadi fee al-khalawaati subhaana allazee minhu khilqatu al-'ibaadi wa-ilayhi al-ma'aadu faman ya'mal mithqaala zarratin khayran yarahoo waman ya'mal mithqaala zarratin sharran yarahoo nashhadu an laa ilaaha illaa huwa al-maliku allazee laa yunaaza'u fee mulkihee walaa yudaaddu fee hukmihee yu'azzibu man yashaa'u bimaa yashaa'u kayfa yashaa'u yarhamu man yashaa'u bimaa yashaa'u kayfa yashaa' ta'zeebuhoo lil-musee'eena 'adlun wa'afwuhoo tafaddulun wanashhadu anna muhammadan sayyidu al-mursaleena wakhayru al-mubashshireena wal-munzireena sallaa allaahu 'alayhi wa-aalihi al-hudaati al-mahdiyyeena man rakiba safeenatahum najaa wahtadaa waman takhallafa 'anhaa dalla faghariqa wahawaa ooseekum 'ibaada allaahi bil-i'tisaami bit-taqwaa fa-innahoo hablun mateenun wa 'urwatu al-wuthqaa wabimubaadiratikum al-mawta qabla huloolihee wa-i'daadi al-'amali as-saalihi qabla nuzoolihee fa-innahoo waaridun waaqi'un naazilun wa-in tafirroo minhu aw kuntum fee buroojin mushayyadatin allaaha allaaha 'ibaada allaahi fa-inna kulla hayyin fee ad-dunyaa ilaa fanaa'in wakulla muddatin feehaa ilaa intihaa'in fawaa 'ajabaahu kayfa haazihi al-ghaflatu innamaa nahnu karakbin wuqoofin min abnaa'i as-sabeeli sayudrabu 'alayhim tablu ar-raheeli fayartahiloona 'ammaa qaleelin waa'asafaahu ilaa mataa tilka ar-raqdatu wanahnu fee daarin bil-balaa'i mahfoofatin wabilghadri ma'roofatin laa yadoomu ahwaaluhaa walaa taslamu nuzzaaluhaa al-'ayshu feehaa mazmoomun wal-amaanu feehaa ma'doomu kayfa laa ta'tabiroona wa-ikhwaanukum qad salakoo fee butooni al-barzakhi sabeelan wafuqidat ajsaaduhum wa'umiyat akhbaaruhum amadan taweelan jeeraanun laa yataanasoona wa-ahibbaa'u laa yatazaawaroona waaghurbataahoo min bayti wahdatinaa wamanzili wahshatinaa wamahatti hufratinaa wamafradi ghurbatinaa waamuseebataahoo maa asra'a at-talaba wa-ab'ada as-safara wa-aqalla az-zaada waanafasaahoo izaa aslamanaa al-ahibbaa'u ilaa al-malaa'ikati al-ghilaazi ash-shidaadi waahuznaahu izaa inqata'a zikrunaa 'an khawaatiri al-ahibbaa'i wal-aqrubaa'i wa-akalati ad-deedaanu mahaasinanaa watasarramati al-a'daa'u fal-yabki al-baakoona qabla an laa yanfa'a al-bukaa'u wal-yastaghfirunna 'ani al-khatee'aati allatee tahoolu bayna al-ummahaati wal-aabaa'i inna ahsana al-hadeethi wa-ablagha al-maw'izati kitaabu allaah.
A'oozu billaahi mina ash-shaytaani ar-rajeem.
All praise belongs to Allah the One who existed before the creation of all things, and who remains after all things perish. He alone is distinguished by absolute beginning-lessness and eternal pre-existence, and He has marked everything besides Him with perishing and nonexistence, as the Exalted has said: “Everything will perish except His Face.” “Every soul shall taste death.” And He said: “Everyone upon it (the earth) will perish, and the Face of your Lord will remain Owner of Majesty and Honor.” Glory be to the One from whom no difference of intentions is hidden, and from whom the sins of servants in private do not escape. Glory be to the One from whom is the creation of people, and to whom is their return. So: “Whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.” We bear witness that there is no god except Him the King whose kingdom is not contested, and whose rule is not opposed. He punishes whom He wills, with what He wills, how He wills; and He shows mercy to whom He wills, with what He wills, how He wills. His punishment of wrongdoers is justice, and His pardon is grace and favor. And we bear witness that Muhammad is the master of the messengers, and the best of those who give glad tidings and warnings may Allah send blessings upon him and upon his guided, rightly-guiding family. Whoever boards their ship is saved and guided; and whoever stays behind it goes astray, then drowns and falls. I advise you, O servants of Allah, to hold firmly to God-consciousness (taqwa), for it is a strong rope and the firmest handhold. And I advise you to hasten toward (preparing for) death before it arrives, and to prepare righteous deeds before it descends because it is surely coming: certain, inevitable, and soon to fall upon you. Even if you flee from it, or even if you are in lofty, fortified towers, it will reach you. Allah! Allah! O servants of Allah! Indeed, every living being in this world is heading toward perishing, and every period in it has an end. How astonishing is this heedlessness! We are only like travelers standing briefly on the road soon the drum of departure will be struck over them, and they will set out after only a little while. How regretful! How long will that sleep continue, while we are in a home surrounded by trials and known for betrayal its conditions do not last, and its inhabitants are never truly safe. Life in it is blameworthy, and security in it is absent. How do you not take heed, while your brothers have already taken the path into the depths of the Barzakh (the intermediate world)? Their bodies have disappeared, and their news has been cut off for a long time neighbors who do not grow close, and loved ones who do not visit one another. Oh, the loneliness of our house of solitude, our dwelling of desolation, the place where we will be laid in the grave, and the station of our isolation! Oh, the calamity how swiftly the call comes, how far the journey is, and how little the provision! Oh, the anguish when loved ones hand us over to stern, harsh angels! Oh, the sorrow when our mention is cut off from the minds of our loved ones and relatives, and worms consume our beauty, and the limbs fall apart and decay. So let those who weep, weep before weeping no longer benefits. And let them seek forgiveness for the sins that create separation and barriers (between people), . Indeed, the best speech and the most effective admonition is the Book of Allah. I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed.
تمام تعریف اللہ کے لیے ہے جو ہر چیز کے پیدا ہونے سے پہلے بھی موجود تھا، اور ہر چیز کے فنا ہوجانے کے بعد بھی باقی رہے گا۔ وہ ازل سے ہے اور ہمیشہ رہنے والا ہے۔ اللہ کے سوا ہر چیز کو اس نے فنا اور ختم ہونے والا بنایا ہے۔ جیسے اللہ فرماتا ہے : ہر چیز ختم ہوجانے والی ہے سوائے اللہ کے چہرے (ذات) کے۔ ہر جان کو موت کا مزہ چکھنا ہے۔ اور: زمین پر جو کچھ ہے وہ سب فنا ہو جائے گا، اور تمہارے رب کی ذات باقی رہے گی جو بزرگی اور عزت والی ہے۔ پاک ہے وہ اللہ جس سے نیتوں کا فرق بھی چھپا نہیں، اور جس سے بندوں کے تنہائی میں کیے ہوئے گناہ بھی مخفی نہیں۔ پاک ہے وہ اللہ جس نے بندوں کو پیدا کیا اور اسی کی طرف سب کو لوٹ کر جانا ہے۔ پھر جو کوئی ذرّہ برابر نیکی کرے گا وہ اسے دیکھ لے گا، اور جو کوئی ذرّہ برابر برائی کرے گا وہ بھی اسے دیکھ لے گا۔ ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ وہ بادشاہ ہے، اس کی بادشاہت میں کوئی شریک نہیں، اور اس کے حکم کے مقابل کوئی نہیں۔ وہ جسے چاہے، جیسے چاہے سزا دیتا ہے، اور جس پر چاہے، جیسے چاہے رحم کرتا ہے۔ گناہگاروں کو سزا دینا اس کا انصاف ہے اور معاف کرنا اس کا فضل و کرم ہے۔ اور ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ حضرت محمدؐ تمام رسولوں کے سردار ہیں، خوشخبری دینے والوں اور ڈرانے والوں میں سب سے افضل ہیں۔ اللہ ان پر اور ان کی ہدایت یافتہ اہلِ بیتؑ پر رحمت نازل فرمائے۔ جو ان کی کشتی میں سوار ہوا وہ بچ گیا اور ہدایت پا گیا، اور جو پیچھے رہ گیا وہ گمراہ ہو کر ڈوب گیا۔ اے اللہ کے بندو! میں تمہیں نصیحت کرتا ہوں کہ تقویٰ کو مضبوطی سے پکڑ لو، کیونکہ یہ بہت مضبوط رسی اور بہترین سہارا ہے۔ اور یہ بھی کہ موت آنے سے پہلے موت کی تیاری کر لو، اور موت کے اترنے سے پہلے نیک اعمال تیار کر لو۔ کیونکہ موت ضرور آنے والی ہے یہ یقینی ہے اور ٹلنے والی نہیں۔ چاہے تم اس سے بھاگو، یا مضبوط قلعوں میں چھپ جاؤ، وہ پھر بھی آ جائے گی۔ اللہ سے ڈرو! اللہ سے ڈرو! اے اللہ کے بندو! دنیا میں ہر جاندار کو آخرکار فنا ہونا ہے، اور دنیا کی ہر مدت کو ختم ہونا ہے۔ حیرت ہے کہ ہم پھر بھی غفلت میں کیوں ہیں! ہم تو مسافر ہیں جو کچھ دیر کے لیے راستے میں رکے ہیں، جلد ہی سفر کا اعلان ہوگا اور ہم تھوڑی ہی دیر میں روانہ ہو جائیں گے۔ افسوس! یہ نیند کب تک؟ ہم ایسی دنیا میں ہیں جو آزمائشوں سے گھری ہوئی اور دھوکے سے مشہور ہے۔ یہاں کے حالات ہمیشہ ایک جیسے نہیں رہتے، اور یہاں رہنے والے محفوظ نہیں رہتے۔ دنیا کی زندگی قابلِ بھروسہ نہیں، اور یہاں حقیقی امن نہیں۔ تم عبرت کیوں نہیں پکڑتے، جبکہ تمہارے کئی ساتھی پہلے ہی برزخ کی طرف جا چکے ہیں؟ ان کے جسم مٹی میں چھپ گئے، مدتوں ان کی خبر ختم ہوگئی وہ وہاں ایسے پڑوسی ہیں جو آپس میں مل نہیں سکتے، اور ایسے عزیز ہیں جو ایک دوسرے سے ملاقات نہیں کر سکتے۔ ہائے تنہائی! ہماری قبر کی تنہائی، وحشت کا گھر، اور اکیلا ٹھکانہ! ہائے مصیبت! طلب (بلایا جانا) کتنی جلدی آجاتی ہے، سفر کتنا لمبا ہے، اور زادِ راہ کتنا کم! ہائے آہ! جب ہمیں ہمارے عزیز سخت اور طاقتور فرشتوں کے حوالے کر دیں گے۔ ہائے غم! جب ہمارے عزیز و اقارب کے دلوں سے ہمارا ذکر مٹ جائے گا، اور کیڑے ہمارے جسم کی خوبصورتی کھا جائیں گے، اور جسم بکھر جائے گا۔ پس جو رونے والے ہیں وہ روئیں اس سے پہلے کہ وہ وقت آ جائے جب رونا فائدہ نہ دے۔ اور وہ اپنے گناہوں پر استغفار کریں جو ماؤں اور باپوں کے درمیان جدائی ڈال دیتے ہیں۔ بے شک سب سے بہترین بات اور سب سے مؤثر نصیحت اللہ کی کتاب (قرآن) ہے۔ اور میں اللہ کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں شیطانِ مردود سے۔

وَالْعَصْرِ۔
اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ لَفِيْ خُسْرٍ۔
اِلَّا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ۔
Wal-'asr.
Inna al-insaana lafee khusr.
Illaa allazeena aamanoo wa'amiloo as-saalihaati watawaasaw bil-haqqi watawaasaw bis-sabr.
I swear by the time. Most surely man is in loss. Except those who believe and do good, and enjoin on each other truth, and enjoin on each other patience.
قسم ہے عصر کی۔ بے شک انسان خسارہ میں ہے۔ علاوہ ان لوگوں کے جو ایمان لائے اور انہوں نے نیک اعمال کئے اور ایک دوسرے کو حق اور صبر کی وصیت و نصیحت کی۔

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلہِ الَّذِیْ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ھُوَ الْحَلِیْمُ الْکَرِیْمُ غَافِرُ الذَّنْبِ وَقَابِلُ التَّوْبِ وَھُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِیْمُ سُبْحَانَ مَنْ سَبَقَتْ رَحْمَتُہٗ غَضَبَہٗ وَبَسَطَ الْیَدَیْنِ بِالرَّحْمَۃِ سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَمْ یُکَلِّفْ نَفْسًا دُوْنَ وُسْعِھَا وَعَفَا عَنِ السَّیِّئَاتِ وَلَمْ یُجَازِ بِھَا سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَا یَزْدَادُ عَلٰی مَعَاصِیْ الْعِبَادِ اِلَّا کَرَمًا وَّجُوْدًا وَّعَلٰی کَثْرَۃِ الذُّنُوْبِ اِلَّا عَفْوًا وَّصَفْحًا نَشْھَدُ اَنْ لَّا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ھُوَ الْعَطُوْفُ عَلَی الْعِبَادِ بِجُوْدِہٖ وَالْعَوَّادُ عَلَی الْمُذْنِبِیْنَ بِحِلْمِہٖ وَنَشْھَدُاَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا نَبِیَّہٗ وَحَبِیْبَہٗ سَیِّدُ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ وَشَفِیْعُ الْمُذْنِبِیْنَ بَعَثَہٗ رَحْمَۃً لِّلْعَالَمِیْنَ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہِ الدَّاعِیْنَ اِلٰی سَبِیْلِ اللہِ بِالْحِکْمَۃِ وَالْمَوْعِظَۃِ الْحَسَنَۃِ قَادَۃِ الْاُمَمِ وَاَوْلِیَآئِ النِّعَمِ وَمَعْدِنِ الرَّحْمَۃِ اُوْصِیْکُمْ عِبَادَ اللہِ بِالتَّوْبَۃِ عَمَّا سَلَفَ مِنْ ذُنُوْبِکُمْ وَالْاِنَابَۃِ عَنِ الْاَوْزَارِ الَّتِیْ اَثْقَلَتْ ظُھُوْرَکُمْ فَاِنَّہٗ تَعَالٰی کَرِیْمٌ بِکُمْ رَؤُوْفٌ عَلَیْکُمْ یَقْبَلُ الْیَسِیْرَ وَیَعْفُوْ عَنِ الْکَثِیْرِ قَالَ اللہُ تَعَالٰی وَقَوْلُہُ الْحَقُّ تُوْبُوٓا اِلَی اللہِ تَوْبَۃً نَصُوْحًا عَسٰی رَبُّکُمْ اَنْ یُّکَفِّرَ عَنْکُمْ سَیِّئَآتِکُمْ وَیُدْخِلَکُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِیْ مِنْ تَحْتِھَا الْاَنْھَارُ وَقَالَ قُلْ یَاعِبَادِیَ الَّذِیْنَ اَسْرَفُوْا عَلٰی اَنْفُسِھِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوْا مِنْ رَّحْمَۃِ اللہِ اِنَّ اللہَ یَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ جَمِیْعًا اِنَّہٗ ھُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِیْمُ اَلَا قَدْ اَمَرَکُمُ اللہُ فِیْ مُحْکَمِ کِتَابِہٖ بِالصَّلٰوۃِ عَلٰی نَبِیِّہٖ وَحَبِیْبِہٖ فَقَالَ تَعْلِیْمًا لَّکُمْ وَتَشْرِیْفًا لِّصَفِیِّہٖ اِنَّ اللہَ وَمَلَآئِکَتَہٗ یُصَلُّوْنَ عَلَی النَّبِیِّ یَآاَیُّھَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا صَلُّوْا عَلَیْہِ وَسَلِّمُوْا تَسْلِیْمًا۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی سَیِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ وَشَفِیْعِ الْمُذْنِبِیْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَآلِہٖ وَعَلٰی اِمَامِ الْمُسْلِمِیْنَ وَقَائِدِ الْغُرِّ الْمُحَجَّلِیْنَ اَمِیْرِ الْمُؤمِنِیْنَ عَلِیِّ بْنِ اَبِیْ طَالِبٍ صَلَوَاتُ اللہِ عَلَیْہِ وَآلِہٖ وَعَلٰی سَیِّدَۃِ نِسَائِ الْعَالَمِیْنَ وَبَضْعَۃِ خَاتَمِ النَّبِیِّیْنَ سَیِّدَتِنَا فَاطِمَۃَ بِنْتِ رَسُوْلِ اللہِ صَلَوَاتُ اللہِ عَلَیْھَا وَعَلَی الْحَسَنِ الْمُجْتَبٰی وَالْحُسَیْنِ الشَّھِیْدِ بِکَرْبَلٓاَئَ وَعَلِیِّ بْنِ الْحُسَیْنِ وَمُحَمَّدٍ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ وَّجَعْفَرٍ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّمُوْسَی بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ وَّعَلِیٍّ بْنِ مُوْسٰی وَمُحَمَّدٍ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ وَّعَلِیٍّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّالْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ عَلَیْھِمُ الصَّلٰوۃُ وَالسَّلَامُ۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مَوْلَانَا الْاِمَامِ الْقَائِمِ الْمَھْدِیِّ صَاحِبِ الزَّمَانِ مَاحِیْ آثَارِ الْبِدَعِ وَالطُّغْیَانِ ھَادِمِ اَبْنِیَۃِ الشِّرْکِ وَالنِّفَاقِ حَاصِدِ فُرُوْعِ الْبَغْیِ وَالشِّقَاقِ صَلَوَاتُ اللہِ وَسَلَامُہٗ عَلَیْہِ وَعَلٰی آبَائِہِ الْکِرَامِ مَا اتَّصَلَتِ اللَّیَالِیْ وَالْاَیَّامُ۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ عَجِّلْ فَرَجَہٗ وَسَھِّلْ مَخْرَجَہٗ وَاکْحُلْ نَاظِرَنَا بِنَظْرَۃٍ مِّنَّا اِلَیْہِ وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمُسْتَشْھَدِیْنَ بَیْنَ یَدَیْہِ وَتَفَضَّلْ عَلٰی اُمَرَآئِنَا الْمُؤمِنِیْنَ بِمَزِیْدِ التَّوْفِیْقَاتِ وَازْدِیَادِ الْاِقْبَالِ وَعُلُوِّ الدَّرَجَاتِ۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ افْعَلْ بِنَا مَا اَنْتَ اَھْلُہٗ وَلَا تَفْعَلْ بِنَا مَا نَحْنُ اَھْلُہٗ بِجَاہِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِہِ الْمَعْصُوْمِیْنَ صَلَوَاتُ اللہِ عَلَیْھِمْ اَجْمَعِیْنَ۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ یَّذَّکَرُ فَتَنْفَعُہُ الذِّکْرٰی اِنَّ اللہَ یَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالْاِحْسَانِ وَاِیْتَآئِ ذِیْ الْقُرْبٰی وَیَنْھٰی عَنِ الْفَحْشَآئِ وَالْمُنْکَرِ وَالْبَغْیِ یَعِظُکُمْ لَعَلَّکُمْ تَذَکَّرُوْنَ۔
Al-hamdu lillaahi allazee laa ilaaha illaa huwa al-haleemu al-kareemu ghaafiru az-zanbi waqaabilu at-tawbi wahuwa al-ghafooru ar-raheemu subhaana man sabaqat rahmatuhoo ghadabahoo wabasata al-yadayni bir-rahmati subhaana man lam yukallif nafsan doona wus'ihaa wa'afaa 'ani as-sayyi'aati walam yujaazi bihaa subhaana man laa yazdaadu 'alaa ma'aasee al-'ibaadi illaa karaman wajoodan wa'alaa kathrati az-zunoobi illaa 'afwan wasafhan nashhadu an laa ilaaha illaa huwa al-'atoofu 'alaa al-'ibaadi bijoodihee wal-'awwaadu 'alaa al-muznibeena bihilmihee wanashhadu'anna muhammadan nabiyyahoo wahabeebahoo sayyidu al-mursaleena washafee'u al-muznibeena ba'athahoo rahmatan lil'aalameena sallaa allaahu 'alayhi wa-aalihi ad-daa'eena ilaa sabeeli allaahi bil-hikmati wal-maw'izati al-hasanati qaadati al-umami wa-awliyaa'i an-ni'ami wama'dini ar-rahmati ooseekum 'ibaada allaahi bit-tawbati 'ammaa salafa min zunoobikum wal-inaabati 'ani al-awzaari allatee athqalat zuhoorakum fa-innahoo ta'aalaa kareemun bikum ra'oofun 'alaykum yaqbalu al-yaseera waya'foo 'ani al-katheeri qaala allaahu ta'aalaa waqawluhu al-haqqu tooboo ilaa allaahi tawbatan nasoohan 'asaa rabbukum an yukaffira 'ankum sayyi'aatikum wayudkhilakum jannaatin tajree min tahtihaa al-anhaaru waqaala qul yaa 'ibaadiya allazeena asrafoo 'alaa anfusihim laa taqnatoo min rahmati allaahi inna allaaha yaghfiru az-zunooba jamee'an innahoo huwa al-ghafooru ar-raheemu alaa qad amarakumu allaahu fee muhkami kitaabihee bis-salaati 'alaa nabiyyihee wahabeebihee faqaala ta'leeman lakum watashreefan lisafiyyihee inna allaaha wamalaa'ikatahoo yusalloona 'alaa an-nabiyyi yaa ayyuhaa allazeena aamanoo salloo 'alayhi wasallimoo tasleemaa.
Allaahumma salli 'alaa sayyidi al-mursaleena washafee'i al-muznibeena muhammadin sallaa allaahu 'alayhi wa-aalihee wa'alaa imaami al-muslimeena waqaa'idi al-ghurri al-muhajjaleena ameeri al-mu'mineena 'aliyyi ibni abee taalibin salawaatu allaahi 'alayhi wa-aalihee wa'alaa sayyidati nisaa'i al-'aalameena wabad'ati khaatami an-nabiyyeena sayyidatinaa faatimata binti rasooli allaahi salawaatu allaahi 'alayhaa wa'alaa al-hasani al-mujtabaa wal-husayni ash-shaheedi bikarbal'a'a wa'aliyyi ibni al-husayni wamuhammadin ibni 'aliyyin waja'farin ibni muhammadin wamoosaa ibni ja'farin wa'aliyyin ibni moosaa wamuhammadin ibni 'aliyyin wa'aliyyin ibni muhammadin walhasani ibni 'aliyyin 'alayhimu as-salaatu was-salaam.
Allaahumma salli 'alaa mawlaanaa al-imaami al-qaa'imi al-mahdiyyi saahibi az-zamaani maahee aathaari al-bida'i wat-tughyaani haadimi abniyati ash-shirki wan-nifaaqi haasidi furoo'i al-baghyi wash-shiqaaqi salawaatu allaahi wasalaamuhoo 'alayhi wa'alaa aabaa'ihi al-kiraami maa ittasalati al-layaalee wal-ayyaam.
Allaahumma 'ajjil farajahoo wasahhil makhrajahoo wakhul naaziranaa binazratin minnaa ilayhi waj'alnaa mina al-mustashhadeena bayna yadayhi watafaddal 'alaa umaraa'inaa al-mu'mineena bimazeedi at-tawfeeqaati wazdiyaadi al-iqbaali wa'uluwwi ad-darajaat.
Allaahumma if'al binaa maa anta ahluhoo walaa taf'al binaa maa nahnu ahluhoo bijaahi muhammadin wa-aalihi al-ma'soomeena salawaatu allaahi 'alayhim ajma'een.
Allaahumma ij'alnaa mimman yazzakaru fatanfa'uhu az-zikraa inna allaaha ya'muru bil-'adli wal-ihsaani wa-eetaa'i zee al-qurbaa wayanhaa 'ani al-fahshaa'i wal-munkari wal-baghyi ya'izukum la'allakum tazakkaroon.
All praise is for Allah there is no god except Him the Forbearing, the Generous, the Forgiver of sin and the Accepter of repentance, and He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful. Glory be to the One whose mercy has outstripped His wrath, and who has opened both hands with mercy. Glory be to the One who has not burdened any soul beyond its capacity, who pardons evil deeds and does not punish for them. Glory be to the One who, despite the disobedience of His servants, increases only in generosity and giving; and despite the abundance of sins, increases only in pardon and overlooking. We bear witness that there is no god except Him the Kind to His servants through His generosity, and the One who repeatedly turns to sinners with His forbearance. And we bear witness that Muhammad is His Prophet and His Beloved, the master of the messengers and the intercessor for sinners. He was sent as a mercy to the worlds. May Allah bless him and his family the callers to the path of Allah with wisdom and good counsel, the leaders of nations, the friends of blessings, and the source of mercy. I advise you, O servants of Allah, to repent from the sins of your past, and to turn back from the burdens that have weighed down your backs. For He, the Exalted, is generous toward you and compassionate to you: He accepts a little and forgives much. Allah the Exalted said and His word is true: “Turn to Allah with sincere repentance; perhaps your Lord will remove from you your sins and admit you into gardens beneath which rivers flow.” And He said: “Say: O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.” Know that Allah has commanded you in His clear Book to send blessings upon His Prophet and His Beloved. He said, teaching you and honoring His chosen one: “Indeed Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who believe, send blessings upon him and greet him with peace.” O Allah, send blessings upon the master of the messengers and the intercessor for sinners Muhammad and upon his family; and upon the Imam of the Muslims and the leader of the radiant, marked ones the Commander of the Faithful Ali ibn Abi Talib; and upon the Lady of the women of the worlds, a part of the Seal of the Prophets our Lady Fatimah, daughter of the Messenger of Allah; and upon Hasan al-Mujtaba and Husayn, the martyr of Karbala; and upon Ali ibn al-Husayn, Muhammad ibn Ali, Ja‘far ibn Muhammad, Musa ibn Ja‘far, Ali ibn Musa, Muhammad ibn Ali, Ali ibn Muhammad, and Hasan ibn Ali upon them be blessings and peace. O Allah, send blessings upon our master, the Imam al-Qaaem al-Mahdi, the Master of the Age the eraser of the traces of innovation and tyranny, the destroyer of the structures of shirk and hypocrisy, the harvester of the branches of injustice and division. May Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him and upon his noble forefathers, as long as nights and days continue. O Allah, hasten his relief, ease his emergence, and illuminate our eyes with a glance toward him; and make us among those who are martyred in his presence. And grant our believing leaders even more success, greater acceptance, and higher ranks. O Allah, deal with us as befits You, and do not deal with us as befits us by the honor of Muhammad and his infallible family may Allah’s blessings be upon them all. O Allah, make us among those who remember, so that the reminder benefits them. Indeed Allah commands justice and excellence, and giving to relatives, and He forbids immorality, wrongdoing, and transgression. He admonishes you so that you may take heed.
تمام تعریف اللہ کے لیے ہے۔ اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ وہ بردبار (حلیم) اور بہت کریم ہے، گناہ بخشنے والا اور توبہ قبول کرنے والا ہے، اور وہ بہت معاف کرنے والا، بہت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔ پاک ہے وہ اللہ جس کی رحمت اس کے غضب پر سبقت لے گئی ہے، اور جس نے اپنی رحمت کے ساتھ دونوں ہاتھ پھیلا رکھے ہیں۔ پاک ہے وہ اللہ جس نے کسی جان کو اس کی طاقت سے زیادہ مکلف نہیں کیا، جو گناہوں کو معاف کرتا ہے اور ان کی سزا نہیں دیتا۔ پاک ہے وہ اللہ جو بندوں کی نافرمانی کے باوجود اور زیادہ کرم اور عطا کرتا ہے، اور گناہ زیادہ ہونے کے باوجود اور زیادہ معاف اور درگزر کرتا ہے۔ ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ وہ اپنے کرم سے بندوں پر مہربان ہے، اور اپنے حلم سے گناہگاروں کی طرف بار بار پلٹنے والا (توبہ قبول کرنے والا) ہے۔ اور ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ حضرت محمدؐ اللہ کے نبی اور اس کے محبوب ہیں، تمام رسولوں کے سردار ہیں، اور گناہگاروں کے لیے شفاعت کرنے والے ہیں۔ اللہ نے انہیں ساری دنیا کے لیے رحمت بنا کر بھیجا۔ اللہ ان پر اور ان کی آل پر رحمت نازل فرمائے جو حکمت اور اچھی نصیحت کے ساتھ اللہ کی راہ کی طرف بلاتے ہیں، امتوں کے رہنما ہیں اور رحمت کا سرچشمہ ہیں۔ اے اللہ کے بندو! میں تمہیں نصیحت کرتا ہوں کہ اپنے پچھلے گناہوں سے سچی توبہ کرو، اور ان بوجھوں سے اللہ کی طرف پلٹ آؤ جنہوں نے تمہیں دبا رکھا ہے۔ اللہ تم پر بڑا مہربان ہے: وہ تھوڑی سی نیکی بھی قبول کرتا ہے اور بہت سے گناہ معاف کر دیتا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا (اور یہ سچ ہے): اللہ کی طرف سچی توبہ کرو، امید ہے تمہارا رب تمہاری برائیاں مٹا دے گا اور تمہیں ایسی جنتوں میں داخل کرے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہوں گی۔ اور فرمایا: کہہ دو: اے میرے بندو جنہوں نے اپنے اوپر زیادتی کی ہے! اللہ کی رحمت سے ناامید نہ ہو۔ بے شک اللہ سب گناہ معاف کر دیتا ہے۔ وہ بہت بخشنے والا، بہت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔ اور خبردار! اللہ نے اپنی واضح کتاب میں تمہیں حکم دیا ہے کہ اپنے نبیؐ پر درود بھیجو۔ اللہ نے فرمایا: بے شک اللہ اور اس کے فرشتے نبیؐ پر درود بھیجتے ہیں۔ اے ایمان والو! تم بھی نبیؐ پر درود و سلام بھیجو۔ پس اے اللہ! درود بھیج محمدؐ پر جو رسولوں کے سردار اور گناہگاروں کے شفیع ہیں، اور ان کی آل پر۔ اور درود بھیج مسلمانوں کے امام اور روشن پیشانی والوں کے قائد امیرالمومنین علیؑ بن ابی طالبؑ پر، اور سیدہ فاطمہؑ (رسولؐ کی بیٹی) پر، اور امام حسنؑ اور امام حسینؑ (کربلا کے شہید) پر، اور پھر باقی ائمہؑ پر: علی بن الحسینؑ، محمد بن علیؑ، جعفر بن محمدؑ، موسیٰ بن جعفرؑ، علی بن موسیٰؑ، محمد بن علیؑ، علی بن محمدؑ، حسن بن علیؑ سب پر سلام و درود ہو۔ اے اللہ! درود بھیج ہمارے امام قائمؑ مہدیؑ (صاحب الزمان) پر، جو بدعتوں اور ظلم کے نشان مٹانے والے، شرک و نفاق کی عمارتیں گرانے والے، اور فساد و بغاوت کی جڑیں کاٹنے والے ہیں۔ اللہ کی رحمت اور سلام ان پر اور ان کے پاک آباء پر ہو، جب تک رات دن قائم ہیں۔ اے اللہ! ان کے ظہور میں جلدی فرما، ان کے ظہور کی راہ آسان فرما، اور ہمیں ان کی زیارت کی سعادت دے۔ اور ہمیں ان کے سامنے قربانی دینے والوں (جان نثاروں) میں شامل فرما۔ اور ہمارے مومن رہنماؤں کو مزید توفیق، زیادہ بھلائی، اور بلند درجے عطا فرما۔ اے اللہ! ہمارے ساتھ وہ معاملہ فرما جو تیری شان کے لائق ہے، اور ہمارے ساتھ ویسا معاملہ نہ فرما جیسے ہم اپنے اعمال کی وجہ سے مستحق ہیں محمدؐ اور ان کی معصوم آلؑ کے وسیلے سے۔ اے اللہ! ہمیں ان لوگوں میں شامل کر دے جو نصیحت سن کر یاد رکھتے ہیں اور جنہیں نصیحت فائدہ دیتی ہے۔ بے شک اللہ انصاف کا حکم دیتا ہے، احسان کا حکم دیتا ہے، اور رشتہ داروں کو دینے کا حکم دیتا ہے؛ اور بے حیائی، برائی اور زیادتی سے روکتا ہے۔ وہ تمہیں نصیحت کرتا ہے تاکہ تم سمجھو۔
