Naafilah Namaz’e Fajr
نماز فجر کی نافلہ
Upon accomplishment of the Night Prayer (Namaz’e Shab), you may stand up for offering the supererogatory dawn prayer, which consists of 2 units in the first of which you may recite Surah Fateha and Surah Kaafiroon and in the second unit Surah Fateha and Surah Ikhlaas. When you accomplish the prayer, you may sleep on the right side like a dead in the grave, put your right cheek on your right hand, and say the following…
اس کے بعد نماز فجر کے نافلہ کے ليے کھڑا ہو جائے ،نافلہ صبح ۲ رکعت ہے، اس کی پہلی رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد سورۂ کافرون اور دوسری رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے، نماز کا سلام دينے کے بعد پہلو کے بل روبہ قبلہ ہو کريوں ليٹ جائے جيسے ميّت کو قبر میں لٹا ياجاتا ہے ، پس اپنا داياں رخسار اپنے دائيں ہاتھ پر رکھے اوريہ پڑھے۔۔۔
اِسْتَمْسَكْتُ بِعُرْوَةِ اللهِ الْوُثْقَى الَّتِىْ لَانْفِصَامَ لَهَا وَاعْتَصَمْتُ بِحَبْلِ اللهِ الْمَتِيْنِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنْ شَرِّ فَسَقَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَالْعَجَمِ وَاَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنْ شَرِّ فَسَقَةِ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِ۔
Istam-sakto be’ur-watil laahil wusqal latee lan-fesaa-ma lahaa wa’tasam-to be-hablil laahil matee-ne wa a’oozo billaa-he min sharre fasaqa-til ‘ara-be wal’aja-me wa a’oozo billaa-he min sharre fasa-qatil jinne wal ins.
I hold fast to Allah’s firmest handhold that will never break, and I cling to Allah’s strong rope. And I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of the sinful ones among Arabs and non-Arabs, and I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of the sinful ones among jinn and humankind.
ميں وابستہ ہوا ہوں خدا کی مضبوط زنجير سے جو ٹوٹنے والی نہيں ہے اور تھامے ہوئے خدا کی محکم تر رسّی کو اور خدا کی پناه ليتا ہوں عرب و عجم کے بدکاروں کے شر سے اور خدا کی پناه ليتا ہوں جن و انس کے بدکاروں کے شر سے۔
You may then repeat the following doxology 3 times…
پھر ۳ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّ الصَّبَاحِ فَالِقِ الْاِصْبَاحِ۔
Subhaana rabbis sabaa-ha faale-qil isbaah.
Glory be to the Lord of the morning, the Splitter of the dawn.
پاک ہے صبح کا پروردگار جو صبح کو وجود میں لاتا ہے۔
You may then recite the previously mentioned five verses of Surah Aale Imran (3: 190-194).
اس کے بعد سوره آل عمران: ۱۹۰۔۱۹۴ آيات پڑھے۔
You may then sit and say Tasbeeh’e Zahra (s).
بعدمیں بيٹھ کر تسبيح زہراؑ پڑھے۔
In the book of Man-La-Yahzarahul-Faqeeh, it is reported that whoever invoke blessings upon the Holy Prophet and his Household 100 times between the supererogatory and the obligatory dawn prayers, Almighty Allah will save his face from the heat of Hellfire. Whoever repeats the following supplicatory prayer 100 times, Almighty Allah will build for him a house in Paradise…
کتاب من لا يحضره الفقيہ میں روايت ہوئی ہے کہ جو شخص صبح کے نافلہ اور فريضہ کے درميان محمد ؐو آل محمدؑ پر ۱۰۰مرتبہ درود بھيجے تو الله اسے جہنم کی تپش سے محفوظ رکھے گا اور جو شخص ۱۰۰ مرتبہ یہ کہے تو حق تعالیٰ اس کے ليے جنت میں ايک گھر بنائے گا۔۔۔
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّىَ الْعَظِيْمِ وَبِحَمْدِ اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهِ رَبِّىْ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَيْهِ۔
Subhaana rabbe-yal ‘azeeme wa be-hamde astagh-ferul laahe rabbee wa atoobo ilaiy-he.
Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great, and with His praise. I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, and I repent to Him.
پاک ہے ميرا عظيم رب اور میں اس کی حمد کرتا ہوں، میں اپنے الله سے معافی مانگتا اور توبہ کرتا ہوں۔
Whoever recites Surah Ikhlaas 21 times, Almighty Allah will build for him a house in Paradise, and whoever recites it 40 times, Almighty Allah will forgive him. After accomplishing the Night Prayer, it is highly advisable to say the thirty-second supplication of Sahifa-e-Sajjadiya-32.
جو شخص ۲۱ مرتبہ سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے تو الله تعالی اس کے لئے بھی جنت میں ايک گھر بنائے گااور اگر ۴۰ مرتبہ سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے توخدا تعالی اسے بخش دے گا، بہتر ہے کہ نماز شب يعنی نماز تہجد کے بعدصحیفۂ سجادیہ دعا -۳۲ پڑھے۔
You may then do a thanksgiving prostration during which you are highly advised to pray for the good of your brothers-in-faith and say the aforementioned supplication that is said in the thanksgiving prostrations and begins with the following statement…
پھر سجده شکر بجالاے اور بہتر ہے کہ اس میں مومن بھائيوں کے ليے دعا کرے اور اسی حالت سجده میں سے شروع ہونے والی دعا پڑھے جو سجده شکر کے بيان میں ذکر ہو چکی ہے۔۔۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ الْفَجْرِ وَاللَّيَالِى الْعَشْرِ وَالشَّفْعِ وَالْوَتْرِ وَاللَّيْلِ اِذَا يَسْرِ وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَاِلٰهَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَخَالِقَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَمَلِيْكَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِهٖ وَافْعَلْ بِىْ وَبِفُلَانٍ وَفُلَانٍ مَا اَنْتَ اَهْلُهٗ وَلَا تَفْعَلْ بِنَا مَا نَحْنُ اَهْلُهٗ فَاِنَّكَ اَهْلُ التَّقْوٰى وَاَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ۔
Allaahumma rabbal fajre wal-layaa-lil ‘ashre wash-shaf’e wal-watre wal-laiy-le izaa yasre wa rabba kulle shai-in wa ilaaha kulle shai-in wa khaale-qa kulle shai-in wa malee-ka kulle shai-in salle ‘alaa mohammdiw wa aale-hi waf’al bee wa be-folaa-nin wa folaa-nin maa anta ah-lohu wa laa taf’al be-naa maa nahno ah-lohu fa-inna-ka ah-lut taqwaa wa ah-lul magh-ferah.
O Allah, Lord of the dawn; and (Lord of) the ten nights; and the even and the odd; and the night as it passes (You are) the Lord of everything, the God of everything, the Creator of everything, and the Sovereign of everything. Send blessings upon Muhammad and his family, and deal with me and with so-and-so and so-and-so as You are worthy to deal, and do not deal with us according to what we deserve. For You are worthy of piety (i.e., to be feared and obeyed) and worthy of forgiveness.
اے معبود ! ايک فجر، دس راتوں شفع، وتر اور رات کے پروردگار جب وه گزر جائے، اے ہر چيز کے پروردگار، اے ہر چيز کے معبود، اے ہر چيز کے پيدا کرنے والے اور اے ہر چيز کے مالک!سرکار محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پررحمت نازل فرما اور ميرے ساتھ اور فلاں فلاں کے ساتھ وه برتائو کر جس کا تو اہل ہے اور ہمارے ساتھ وه برتائو نہ کر جس کے ہم اہل ہيں کيونکہ يقينًا تو بچانے اور بخش دينے کا اہل ہے۔
I please my faithful brothers to mention me the sinful whose face has been blackened by sins in their supplications, because I am in urgent need for prayers. Eventually, Allah is the source of success.
مؤلف کو اپنے مؤمن بھائيوں سے قوی اميد ہے کہ وه حالت سجده میں اس کے ليے بھی دعا کريں گے کيونکہ اسے ان کی دعائوں کی سخت ضرورت ہے اور خداوند عالم ہی سب کو توفيق دينے والا ہے۔
