ظہر کے نوافل پڑھے جائیں جو ۸رکعت ہیں پہلے ۲ رکعت کی نیت کر کے ۷ تکبیریں کہتے ہوئے انکے ساتھ یہ کہہ۔۔۔
اَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيْمِ۔
A'oozu billaahi mina ash-shaytaani ar-rajeem.
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed.
میں اللہ کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں شیطانِ مردود سے۔
You may now recite in the 1st rakat Surah Fateha and Surah Ikhlaas, in 2nd rakat Surah Fateha and Surah Kaafiroon. Upon accomplishment, you may repeat the Takbeer statements 3 times, utter Tasbeeh’e Zahra, and then say the following supplicatory prayer…
پہلی رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ و سورۂ اخلاص اور دوسری رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ و سورۂ کافرون پڑھی جائیں ان ۲ رکعتوں سے فارغ ہونے کے بعد ۳ تکبیریں کہی جائیں اور اس کے بعد تسبیح جناب زہراؑ اور پھر یہ دعا پڑھی جائے۔۔۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ ضَعِيْفٌ فَقَوِّ فِىْ رِضَاكَ ضَعْفِىْ وَخُذْ اِلَى الْخَيْرِ بِنَاصِيَتِىْ وَاجْعَلِ الْاِيْمَانَ مُنْتَهٰى رِضَاىَ وَبَارِكْ لِىْ فِيْمَا قَسَمْتَ لِىْ وَبَلِّغْنِىْ بِرَحْمَتِكَ كُلَّ الَّذِىْ اَرْجُوْ مِنْكَ وَاجْعَلْ لِىْ وُدًّا وَسُرُوْرًا لِلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَعَهْدًا عِنْدَكَ۔
Allaahumma innee da'eefun faqawwi fee ridaaka da'fee wakhuz ilaa al-khayri binaasiyatee waj'ali al-eemaana muntahaa ridaaya wabaarik lee feemaa qasamta lee waballighnee birahmatika kulla allazee arjoo minka waj'al lee wuddan wasurooran lil-mu'mineena wa'ahdan 'indak.
O Allah, I am weak so strengthen my weakness through (what leads to) Your pleasure. Take hold of my forelock and lead me toward goodness. Make faith the utmost limit of what satisfies me. Bless for me what You have allotted to me. By Your mercy, grant me everything I hope for from You. Place for me love and joy in the hearts of the believers, and establish for me a covenant with You.
اے اللہ! میں کمزور ہوں، تو اپنی رضا کے راستے میں میری کمزوری کو طاقت عطا فرما۔ اور مجھے خیر کی طرف کھینچ لے (میرا ہاتھ پکڑ کر نیکی کی طرف لے جا)۔ اور ایمان کو میری خوشنودی اور مقصد کی آخری حد بنا دے۔ اور جو کچھ تو نے میرے لیے مقرر کیا ہے اس میں میرے لیے برکت دے۔ اور اپنی رحمت سے مجھے وہ سب عطا فرما جس کی میں تجھ سے امید رکھتا ہوں۔ اور مومنوں کے دلوں میں میرے لیے محبت اور خوشی رکھ دے، اور اپنی بارگاہ میں میرے لیے ایک عہد (وعدہ) قرار دے۔
