It has been narrated on the authority of Imam Reza (a) who said: “If anyone has a solicitation which could not have been achieved then he should humbly present himself before Almighty Allah.” When the narrator asked the Imam (a), ‘What to do?’ Imam (a) said: “Observe fast on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and on Friday wash your head with Alcea, put on clean and best dress, apply best scent, give charity as much as possible, stand in the open sky and perform 2 rakats namaz. In each rakat after Surah Fateha recite Surah Ikhlaas 15 times, then in ruku after zikr’e ruku, while standing from ruku, then in both the sujood after zikr’e sajdah, between two sajdah and after 2nd sajdah recite Surah Ikhlaas 15-15 times. After namaz go in sajdah and recite 15 times Surah Ikhlaas, then put the right cheek on the ground and again recite the surah 15 times. Then put the left cheek on the ground and again recite the surah 15 times. Then go in sajdah and recite the following supplication while weeping. Then put your right cheek on the ground and repeat the same supplication thrice. Then put your left cheek on the ground and repeat the same supplication…
امام علی رضاؑ سے روایت ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جو بھی شخص حاجت رکھتا ہو اور اس پر قدرت نہ رکھتا ہو تو اللہ تعالٰی کے سامنے پیش کرے، یہاں تک کہ آپ نے فرمایا: بدھ، جمعرات اور جمعہ کے دن روزہ رکھے اور جمعہ کے دن خطمی بوٹی (جڑی بوٹی) کے ساتھ سر کو دھوئے، بہترین لباس پہنے اور خوشبو لگائے، اس کے بعد جتنا ہو سکے صدقہ دے اور آسمان کے نیچے اس طرح کھڑا رہے کہ اس کے اور آسمان کے درمیان کوئی چیز مانع نہ ہو اور قبلہ رخ ہو کر ۲ رکعت نماز ادا کرے کہ جس کی ہر رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہکے بعد ۱۵ مرتبہ سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے، رکوع میں ذکر رکوع کے بعد، رکوع سے کھڑے ہو کر، دونوں سجدوں میں ذکر سجدہ کے بعد، دونوں سجدہ کے درمیان میں اور دوسرے سجدہ کے بعد میں ۱۵۔۱۵ مرتبہ سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے، پھر نماز کے بعد سجدہ میں جائے اور اسی طرح ۱۵ مرتبہ سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے، پھر دائیں رخسار کو زمین پر رکھ کر ۱۵ مرتبہ یہی سورہ پڑھے، پھر بائیں رخسار کو زمین پر رکھ کر ۱۵ مرتبہ اسی سورہ کو پڑھے، پھر سر کو سجدہ میں رکھ کر روتے ہوئے نیچے دی ہوئی دعا کو پڑھے۔ پھر دائیں رخسار کو زمین پر رکھ کر یہی دعا پڑھے، پھر بائیں رخسار کو زمین پر رکھ کر یہی پڑھے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
يَا جَوَادُ يَا مَاجِدُ يَا وَاحِدُ يَا اَحَدُ يَا صَمَدُ يَا مَنْ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُوْلَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَهٗ كُفُوًا اَحَدٌ يَا مَنْ هُوَ هٰكَذَا وَلَا ہٰكَذَا غَیْرُہٗ اَشْہَدُ اَنَّ كُلَّ مَعْبُوْدٍ مِنْ لَدُنْ عَرْشِكَ اِلٰی قَرَارِ اَرْضِكَ بَاطِلٌ اِلَّا وَجْہَكَ جَلَّ جَلَالُكَ یَا مُعِزَّ كُلِّ ذَلِیْلٍ وَیَا مُذِلَّ كُلِّ عَزِیْزٍ تَعْلَمُ كُرْبَتِیْ فَصَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِہٖ وَفَرِّجْ عَنِّیْ۔
Yaa jawaadu yaa maajidu yaa waahidu yaa ahadu yaa samadu yaa man lam yalid walam yoolad walam yakun lahoo kufuwan ahadun yaa man huwa haakazaa walaa haakazaa ghayruhoo ashhadu anna kulla ma'boodin min ladun 'arshika ilaa qaraari ardika baatilun illaa wajhaka jalla jalaaluka yaa mu'izza kulli zaleelin wayaa muzilla kulli 'azeezin ta'lamu kurbatee fasalli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aalihee wafarrij 'annee.
O Magnanimous, O Exalted, O Unique, O One, O Eternal, O He begets not, nor is He begotten, And none is like Him, O the One Who is like this and none is like this, I bear witness that every god from Your Throne upto the depth of the earth is negated except Your face, Your Might is the Mightiest, O One Who gives power to those who are low, and demeans those who are powerful, You know my difficulties so send Your blessings on Muhammad and his family and remove my difficulties.
اے بخشنے والے! اے با عظمت ذات، اے ایک، اے تنہا، اے بے نیاز، اے وہ ذات جو نہ کسی سے جنا ہے اور نہ اس سے کوئی جنا ہے، اس کا کوئی ہمسر نہیں ہے۔ اے وہ ذات جو اس طرح سے ہے اور اس طرح کا کوئی اور نہیں، میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ زمین سے لےکر عرش تک تیرے علاوہ ہر معبود باطل ہے، تیری عظمت بلند ہے۔ اے ہر ذلیل کو عزت دینے والے اور ہر عزت دار کو ذلیل کرنے والے! تو میری مشکل کو جانتا ہے، پس محمدؐ و آلِ محمدؑ پر درود بھیج اور میری مشکل کو حل کر۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
Imam Reza (a) says: “When a person performs such a divine action, Almighty Allah will fulfill his solicitation. The person should conjoin himself with the Holy Prophet (s) and his progeny in the presence of Allah (swt) and to recite the holy names of all the infallible imams (a).”
امام رضاؑ فرماتے ہیں: جب کوئی شخص اس طرح سے عمل انجام دےگا تو اللہ تعالی اُس کی حاجت کو پورا فرمائےگا۔ اُس شخص کو چاہیے کہ محمدؐ اور آلِ محمدؑ کو وسیلہ بنائے اور ایک ایک معصومؑ کا نام لے کر اس طرح سے اُن کا واسطہ دے۔۔۔
بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ
Bihaqqi muhammad
