This prayer has been attributed to Imam Reza (a). When you have any solicitation before the Almighty Allah then observe fast on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Friday before Zohr be attentive towards Allah (swt) and after taking bath, offer 2 rakats namaz. In each rakat after Surah Fateha recite Surah Ikhlaas 15 times, then in ruku after zikr’e ruku, while standing from ruku, then in 2 sujood after zikr’e sajdah, between 2 sajdah and after 2nd sajdah recite Surah Ikhlaas 10-10 times. After finishing the prayer, glorify the Almighty Allah in abundance and recite salutation on the Holy Prophet (s) and his progeny and ask your solicitations from Allah (swt) of this world and the hereafter. When the Almighty Allah, by His Grace and Mercy, accepts your request then as a mark of thankfulness perform 2 rakats namaz. In the 1st rakat recite Surah Fateha and Surah Ikhlaas and in the 2nd rakat after Surah Fateha recite Surah Kaaferoon. In the ruku of 1st rakat say…
امام علی رضاؑ سے روایت ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جو کوئی شخص حاجت رکھتا ہو تو اللہ تعالٰی کے سامنے پیش کرے، یہاں تک کہ آپ نے فرمایا: بدھ، جمعرات اور جمعہ کے دن روزہ رکھے اور جمعہ کے دن ظہر سے پہلے غسل کرے پھر ۲ رکعت نماز ادا کرے کہ جس کی ہر رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد ۱۵ مرتبہ سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے، پھر رکوع میں ذکر رکوع کے بعد، رکوع سے کھڑے ہو کر، دونوں سجدوں میں ذکر سجدہ کے بعد اور دونوں سجدے کے درمیان میں ۱۰۔۱۰ مرتبہ سورۂ اخلاص پڑھے۔ جب اللہ تعالٰی آپ کی حاجت کو پورا کر دے تو شکریہ کے طور پر ۲ رکعت نماز ادا کریں کہ جس کی پہلی رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد سورۂ اخلاص اور دوسری رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد سورۂ کافرون اور پہلی رکعت کے رکوع میں اس طرح سے کہے۔۔۔
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلہِ شُكْرًا شُكْرًا لِلہِ وَحَمْدًا
Al-hamdu lillaahi shukran shukran lillaahi wahamdaa
All Praise is for Allah, thanks, thanks to Allah and Praise.
ساری تعریفیں اللہ کے لئے ہیں، شکر ہے، اللہ کا شکر اور اسکی حمد۔

سجدوں میں کہو۔۔۔
شُكْرًا لِلہِ وَحَمْدًا

Al-hamdu lillaahi allazee qadaa haajatee wa-a'taanee su'lee wamas'alatee.
All praise is for Allah who has settled my need and granted me my request and my asking.
ساری تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لئے ہیں جس نے میری حاجت پوری کی اور میری طلب و سوال عطا کیا۔
