Namaz of Needs-3
نمازِ حاجات۔۳
The third of the prayers of need kept under the Namaz of Needs reported from Imam Ali al-Rida (a).
Its supplication names Allah by what He does rather than by attribute alone: the Remover of anxiety, the Expeller of sorrow, the One who answers the call of those in distress, the Beneficent of this world and the Merciful of the next. It asks blessings upon Muhammad and his family first, and then for a mercy large enough to put out His anger.
The translation is given so the meaning is understood; the salaat itself is prayed in Arabic.
PLEASE NOTE: Be it clear that the reason for presenting Translation is to understand Salaat and to recite in Arabic with concentration because reciting Salaat other than Arabic language (or Transliteration) is not correct.
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ یَا فَارِجَ الْہَمِّ وَیَا كَاشِفَ الْغَمِّ وَمُجِیْبَ دَعْوَۃِ الْمُضْطَرِّیْنَ یَا رَحْمٰنَ الدُّنْیَا وَرَحِیْمَ الْآخِرَۃِ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَارْحَمْنِیْ رَحْمَۃً تُطْفِءُ بِہَا عَنِّیْ غَضَبَكَ وَسَخَطَكَ وَتُغْنِیْنِیْ بِہَا عَنْ رَحْمَۃِ مَنْ سِوَاكَ۔
Allaahumma yaa faare-jal hamme wa yaa kaa-she-fal ghamme wa mojee-ba da’watil muztar-reena yaa rahmaa-nad dunyaa wa rahee-mal aakhera-te salle a’laa mohammadiw wa aale mohammadin war-ham-nee rahma-tan tut-fe-o behaa a’nnee ghaza-baka wa sakha-taka wa tugh-nee-nee behaa a’n rahmate man sewaak.
O Allah! O Remover of anxiety, O Expeller of sorrow, O He Who responds to the prayers of the troubled! O the Beneficent of the world and Merciful of the hereafter. Send Your blessings on Muhammad and his family. Have mercy on me such that it extinguishes Your wrath and Your anger from me. Make me needless for the mercy of others.
اے پالنے والے! اے غم کو دور اور زائل کرنے والے، مجبورو بیچاروں کی دعا کے سننے والے، اے دنیا اور آخرت میں رحم کرنے والے، محمدؐ و آلِ محمدؑ پر درود بھیج اور اپنی رحمت شامل حال فرما، ایسی رحمت جس کے ذریعے سے تیرا غضب اور نافرمانی ختم ہو جائے، مجھے تیرے غیر کی رحمت سے بے نیاز کر دے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
يَا مُذِلَّ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيْدٍ وَمُعِزَّ كُلِّ ذَلِيْلٍ وَحَقُّكَ قَدْ بَلَغَ الْمَجْهُوْدُ مِنِّيْ فِيْ اَمْرِ كَذَا فَفَرِّجْ عَنِّيْ۔
Yaa mozalla kulle jabbaa-rin a’nee-din wa mo-i’zza kulle zalee-lin wa haqqo-ka qad bala-ghal maj-hoodo minnee fee amre kazaa fa-farrij a’nnee.
O one Who demeans those who are mighty stalwart and O one Who gives power to those who are low, by Your right make my strength reach it utmost for this work and remove my sufferings.
اے کینہ رکھنے والے اور ظالم کو ذلیل کرنے والے، اے ہر ذلیل کو عزت دینے والے، تیرے حق کی قسم! اس کام میں میری طاقت ختم ہو چکی ہے، پس اس میں آسانی عطا فرما۔
