امام جعفرصادق سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت فاطمہ نے برے اور پریشان کرنے والے خوابوں کے متعلق پیغمبر اسلامؐ سے شکایت کی تو پیغمبر اسلامؐ نے فرمایا، جب بھی ایسے خواب دیکھیں تو کہیں۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَعُوْذُ بِمَا عَاذَتْ بِهٖ مَلَائِكَةُ اللهِ الْمُقَرَّبُوْنَ، وَاَنْبِیَآءُ اللهِ الْمُرْسَلُوْنَ، وَعِبَادُهُ اللهِ الصَّالِحُوْنَ، مِنْ شَرِّ رُؤْیَایَ الَّتِیْ رَاَیْتُ، اَنْ تَضُرَّنِیْ فِیْ دِیْنِیْ وَدُنْیَایَ۔
A'oozu bimaa 'aazat bihee malaa'ikatu allaahi al-muqarraboona, wa-anbiyaa'u allaahi al-mursaloona, wa'ibaaduhu allaahi as-saalihoona, min sharri ru'yaaya allatee ra'aytu, an tadurranee fee deenee wadunyaa.
I seek refuge in that in which the close angels of Allah, the sent Prophets of Allah and the virtuous servants of Allah sought refuge, from the evil of the vision that I saw (I seek refuge) that it may harm me in my religion and my world.
ایسے میں اس کی بارگاہ میں پناہ لیتی ہوں جس کی بارگاہ میں اس کے مقرب فرشتوں، اور اس کے نبیوں اور رسولوں اور صالح بندوں نے پناہ لی۔ اس ڈراؤنے خواب سے میرے دین اور میری دنیا کو کوئی نقصان نہ ہو۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
After this spit 3 times towards left.
اور پھر ۳ مرتبہ اپنی بائیں جانب تھوک دیں۔
