بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
یَاذَا الْمَنِّ وَالطَّوْلِ یَاذَا الْجُوْدِ یَامُصْطَفِیَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّنَاصِرَہٗ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
وَاغْفِرْ لِیْ کُلَّ ذَنْبٍۢ اَحْصَیْتَہٗ وَھُوَ عِنْدَکَ فِیْ کِتَابٍ مُّبِیْنٍ۔
Yaa zaa al-manni wat-tawli yaa zaa al-joodi yaa mustafiya muhammadin wanaasirahoo salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
Waghfir lee kulla zanbin ahsaytahoo wahuwa 'indaka fee kitaabin mubeen.
O Lord of favor and bounty! O Lord of magnanimity! O He Who has chosen Muhammad and granted him victory! (Please) send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and forgive me all the sins that You have known (from me) and they are written with you in a manifest record.
اے فضل و احسان والے اے عطا کرنے والے اے حضرت محمدؐ کو منتخب کرنے والے اور ان کے حامی محمدؐ و آل محمدؐ پر رحمت نازل فرمااور میرے تمام گناہ بخش دے جو تیرے ہاں شمار ہو چکے ہوں کہ وہ اس کھلی کتاب میں درج ہیں جو تیرے پاس ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
After that go into Sajdah, recite 100 times and then ask for your needs from Allah (swt)…
اس کے بعد سجدے میں جاکر ۱۰۰ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔
اَتُوْبُ اِلَی اللہِ۔
Atoobu ilaa allaah.
I turn repentant unto Allah.
خدا کے حضور توبہ کرتا ہوں۔
