Special deputies of Imam Zamaan (a)
The Four Emissaries of Imam Mahdi (a) are 1) Janab Abu Amr Usmaan bin Saeed Amri. 2) Janab Abu Jafar Mohammad bin Usmaan. 3) Shaykh Abul Qasim Husain bin Rawh Nawbakhti. 4) Abul Hasan Ali Ibne Mohammad Saymoori. During the stay at Kazmain, the pilgrims should go to Baghdad for the Ziyarat of these four special deputies of Imam Zamana (a). Even if each of them had been buried at far off places it still would have been necessary to bear the difficulties of travel and visit them, because none of the special companions of the Imams could reach upto their level. For 69 years they were medium between Imam Zaman (a) and his followers. Many miracles also became apparent due to their existence. Their duties included the conveying of their requests, letters and questions to the Imam (a). In their difficult times they convey their requests only through these personalities. In brief, their merits are beyond description. This much is sufficient to make the pilgrims attracted towards their Ziyarat.
امام العصر (عج ) کے چار خاص نمائندے و نائب ہیں انہیں نواب اربعہ کہا جاتا ہے اور وہ ابو عمروعثمان ابن سعید اسدی‘ ابو جعفر محمد ابن عثمان اسدی‘ ابو القاسم حسین ابن روح نوبختی اور شیخ ابوالحسن علی ابن محمد سمری ہیں۔ زائرین جب تک کاظمین کے حرم میں رہیں ان پر امام العصرؑ کے ان نواب اربعہ کی زیارت کے لئے بغداد جانا ضروری ہے کیوں کہ ان میں سے ہر نائب خاص اگر دور کے شہروں میں سے کسی شہر میں دفن ہوتا تو بھی سفر کی تکالیف اٹھا کر ان کی زیارت سے فیض حاصل کرنے کے لئے وہاں جانا چاہئے تھا۔ اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ائمہؑ کے خاص صحابہ میں سے کوئی بھی ان کی بزرگی اور مرتبے کو نہیں پہنچ سکتا کیوں کہ تقریباًستّر سال کی مدت تک یہ نیابت و سفارت کے مقام پر فائز رہ کر امام اور مومنین کے درمیان واسطہ بنے رہے اور ان کے ہاتھوں بہت سی کرامات ظاہر ہوئیں۔
Moreover, some scholars are reported to have imputed Divinely-granted infallibility (ie. ismah) to these personalities. It goes without saying that these personalities are still mediators between the Imam (a) and the subjects after their death; it is therefore necessary to make them the means and way to convey to the Imam, in a written form, the needs and ordeals from which his subjects suffer. In conclusion, no pen can contain the great merits and supreme statuses of these personalities. We thus hope that the previous discussion gives the visitors the desire to visit their tombs.
یہاں تک کہ بعض علماء کرام ان نائبین خاص کی عصمت کے بھی قائل ہو گئے ہیں۔ یہ بات مخفی نہ رہے کہ جب یہ بزرگان اپنی دنیاوی زندگی میں امام العصر (عج) اور ان کی رعایا کے درمیان واسطہ و وسیلہ تھے اور ان کے ذریعے لوگوں کے عریضے اور حاجت سرکار کے سامنے پیش ہوتی تھی تو اب موت کے بعد بھی وہ اس اعلیٰ منصب پر فائزہیں اور انہیں وہی مقام حاصل ہے لہٰذا اب بھی حاجات و مشکلات کے بارے میں مومنوں کے خطوط و عریضے امام الزمانؑ تک پہنچا سکتے ہیں اور یہ چیز اپنے مقام پر مسلّم و ثابت ہے۔ المختصر ان کے فضائل اور مناقب بہت زیادہ اور قابلِ ذکر ہیں لیکن زائرینِ محترم کو ان کی زیارت کی طرف رغبت دلانے کے لئے اتنی مقدار کافی ہے جس کا ہم نے ذکر کیا ہے۔

جیسا کہ شیخ طوسیؒ نے تہذیب اور سید ابن طاؤسؒ نے مصباح الزائر میں تحریر فرمایا ہے اور انہوں نے نواب اربعہ کی زیارت کے اس طریقے کی نسبت ابوالقاسم حسین ابن روح کی طرف دی ہے کہ انہوں نے فرمایا: ان نائبین کی زیارت میں سب سے پہلے رسولؐ اللہ پر سلام بھیجے اور اس کے بعد امیر المومنینؑ بی بی خدیجہ الکبریٰؑ ،بی بی فاطمۃ الزہراؑ، امام حسنؑ و امام حسینؑ پر اور پھر ہر امام پر سلام بھیجے یہاں تک کہ امام العصر(عج)پر سلام بھیجے پھر آپ کے چار نائبین پر سلام بھیجےاور یوں کہے۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا فُلَانْ بِنْ فُلَانْ۔۔۔

اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ بَابُ الْمَوْلٰٓی اَدَّیْتَ عَنْهُ وَاَدَّیْتَ اِلَیْهِ مَا خَالَفْتَهٗ وَلَا خَالَفْتَ عَلَیْهِ قُمْتَ خَآصًّا وَانْصَرَفْتَ سَابِقًا جِئْتُكَ عَارِفًا بِالْحَقِّ الَّذِیْٓ اَنْتَ عَلَیْهِ وَاَنَّكَ مَا خُنْتَ فِی التَّاْدِیَۃِ وَالسِّفَارَۃِ۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ مِنْ بَابٍ مَّآ اَوْسَعَکَ وَمِنْ سَفِیْرٍ مَّآ اٰمَنَكَ وَمِنْ ثِقَۃٍ مَّآ اَمْكَنَكَ۔
اَشْهَدُ اَنَّ اللہَ اخْتَصَّكَ بِنُوْرِهٖ حَتّٰی عَایَنْتَ الشَّخْصَ فَاَدَّیْتَ عَنْهُ وَاَدَّیْتَ اِلَیْهِ۔
Ashhadu annaka baabu al-mawlaa addayta 'anhu wa-addayta ilayhi maa khaalaftahoo walaa khaalafta 'alayhi qumta khaassan wansarafta saabiqan ji'tuka 'aarifan bil-haqqi allazee anta 'alayhi wa-annaka maa khunta fee at-ta'diyati was-sifaarah.
As-salaamu 'alayka min baabin maa awsa'aka wamin safeerin maa aamanaka wamin thiqatin maa amkanak.
Ashhadu anna allaaha ikhtassaka binoorihee hattaa 'aayanta ash-shakhsa fa-addayta 'anhu wa-addayta ilayh.
I testify that you were the emissary of the Master You conveyed from him and to him, you did not oppose him nor did you transgress him, you stood as a special deputy and departed as elite. I come to you aware of your right. You unfailingly fulfilled the duties as an emissary. Peace be upon you, as you were an accessible intermediary, a trustworthy emissary, a steadfast source of reliance, I testify that Allah designated you for His light, so you saw him (a.t.f.s) in person and conveyed from him and to him.
میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ آپ مولا کا دروازہ ہیں آپ نے ان کا فرمان پہنچایا اور ان تک بات پہنچائی آپ نے ان کی مخالفت نہ کی اور ان کے نام پر غلط بات نہ کہی آپ نیابت خاصہ پر قائم ہوئے اور رہبرو رہنما بنے آپ کے ہاں اس حق کو پہچانتے ہوئے آیا ہوں جس پر آپ تھے اور بے شک آپ نے پیغام رسانی و نمائندگی میں کمی نہ کی آپ پر سلام ہو اے وسیع و کشادہ باب اور وہ نمائندے جو امانت دارو بااعتبار ہیں ثابت قدم ہیں میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ خدا نے آپ کو خاص نور دیا جس سے آپ نے امام کو دیکھا پس ان کی طرف سے بات پہنچائی اور ان تک پیغامات پہنچائے۔
Then come back and recite salutations from the Holy Prophet (s) till Imam Zamana (a), upon all the Imams, and say…
پھر حضرت رسولؐ سے امام عصرؑ تک دوبارہ سلام بھیج کر کہے۔۔۔
جِئْتُكَ مُخْلِصًا بِتَوْحِیْدِ اللہِ وَمُوَالَاۃِ اَوْلِیَآئِهٖ وَالْبَرَآئَۃِ مِنْ اَعْدَآئِهِمْ وَمِنَ الَّذِیْنَ خَالَفُوْكَ یَا حُجَّۃَ الْمَوْلٰی وَبِكَ اِلَیْهِمْ تَوَجُّهِیْ وَبِهِمْ اِلَی اللہِ تَوَسُّلِیْ۔
Ji'tuka mukhlisan bitawheedi allaahi wamuwaalaati awliyaa'ihee wal-baraa'ati min a'daa'ihim wamina allazeena khaalafooka yaa hujjata al-mawlaa wabika ilayhim tawajjuhee wabihim ilaa allaahi tawassulee.
I come to you, with exclusive faith in Divine unity, loyal to His awliya, renouncing their enemies and those who opposed you. O proof of my Master! I turn to them through you and seek mediation with Allah through them.
آپ کے ہاں آیا ہوں جب خدا کی توحید پر خالص ایمان ہے اس کے دوستوں سے سچی دوستی ان کے دشمنوں سے بیزاری اور آپ کے مخالفوں سے دوری رکھتا ہوں اے مولا کی حجت میں آپ کے ذریعے ان کی طرف مڑا ہوں اور ان کو خدا کے حضور وسیلہ بنایا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
After this ask for whatever you want, it will be accepted Insha-Allah.
اس کے بعد دعا مانگے اور جو حاجت بھی رکھتا ہو خدا سے طلب کرے کہ انشاء اللہ پوری ہوگی۔

ایک اور زیارت نوابین اربعہ کی اَلسَّلَامُ عَلٰی رَسُوْلِ اللهِ۔

پہلے نائب خاص کی زیارت اَلسَّلَامُ۔۔۔ اَیُّهَا الْعَبْدُ۔

دوسرے نائب خاص کی زیارت اَلسَّلَامُ عَلٰی رَسُوْلِ اللہِ۔
Shaikh Mohammad bin Yaqoob Al-Kulaini author of Al-Kaafi
As long as he is in Baghdad, a visitor is also advised to visit the tomb of Muhammad ibn Ya’qub al-Kulayni. In his time, he was the most trustworthy and versed chief of the Shi’ah in the field of reporting of traditions. In a period of 20 years, he compiled his famous book entitled al-Kafi such a precious book that has delighted the eyes of all the Shi’ah. Moreover, his book is considered a favor that has been done to the Shi’ah in general and Shi’ite scholars in particular.
مؤلف کہتے ہیں: بہت ضروری اور مناسب ہے کہ بغداد میں شیخ اجلّ ثقۃ الاسلام محمد ابن یعقوب کلینیؒ (خدا ان کی قبر کو معطر کرے) کی زیارت بھی کی جائے کہ یہ شیعوں کے وہ عالی مرتبہ محدّث ہیں جن کو شیخ اور رئیس الشیعہ کہا جاتا ہے، وہ مقامِ روایت میں بہت معتبر اور پختہ ہیں۔ انہوں نے بیس برس کی طویل محنت کر کے کتب اصول کافی و فروع کافی تالیف کیں جو شیعہ مسلمانوں کے لئے نورِ بصارت کی حیثیت رکھتی ہیں، یقینًا ان بزرگوار نے شیعہ افراد اور خاص کر شیعہ علماء پر بہت بڑا احسان کیا ہے۔ ہم نے اپنی کتاب ہدیۃ الزائرین میں ان بہت سارے علماء کا ذکر کیا ہے جو ائمہ طاہرینؑ کے روضہ ہائے مبارک کے جوار میں مدفون ہیں اب جو حضرات ان کے اسماء گرامی سے واقفیت حاصل کرنا چاہتے ہوں وہ مذکورہ کتاب کا مطالعہ کریں۔
