ہرروز ۷۰ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔
اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ وَاَسْاَلُهُ التَّوْبَةَ۔
Astaghfiru allaaha wa-as'aluhu at-tawbah.
I seek forgiveness of Allah, and beseech Him for repentance.
بخشش چاہتا ہوں اﷲسے اور توبہ کی توفیق مانگتا ہوں۔
اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ الَّذِيْ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الرَّحْمٰنُ الرَّحِيْمُ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّوْمُ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَيْهِ۔
Astaghfiru allaaha allazee laa ilaaha illaa huwa ar-rahmaanu ar-raheemu al-hayyu al-qayyoomu wa-atoobu ilayh.
I seek forgiveness of Allah who is “There is no God save He”, the Beneficent, the Merciful; the Ever living, the Eternal, and I turn repentant to Him.
بخشش کا طالب ہوں اﷲسے کہ جس کے سوا کوئی معبودنہیں وہ بخشنے والا مہربان ہے۔ زندہ نگہبان ہے اورمیں اس کے حضور توبہ کرتا ہوں۔
It is recommended to give alms (sadqah) in this month even if it is as small as a half date. It brings about rescue from Hellfire. Imam Sadiq (a) says; the reward for fasting in Sha’ban will be Paradise. Alms giving and imploring for forgiveness are the best deeds in Sha’ban. Verily, if anyone of you gives alms in Sha’ban, Almighty Allah will breed that alms in the very same way as you breed your small camels. Hence, this alms will be as huge as Mount Uhud on the Resurrection Day.
صدقہ دے اگرچہ وہ نصف خرما ہی کیوں نہ ہو،اس سے خدا اس کے جسم پر جہنم کی آگ کو حرام کردے گا۔ امام جعفر صادقؑ سے ماہِ رجب کے روزے کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو آپ نے فرمایا:تم ماہِ شعبان کے روزے سے کیوں غافل ہو؟ راوی نے عرض کی : فرزندِ رسولؐ! شعبان کے ایک روزے کا ثواب کس قدر ہے؟ فرمایا :قسم بخدا!اس کااجر و ثواب بہشت ہے۔ اس نے عرض کی: اے فرزندِ رسولؐ! اس ماہ کا بہترین عمل کیا ہے؟ فرمایا : صدقہ و استغفار،جو شخص ماہِ شعبان میں صدقہ دے۔ تو خدا اس صدقے میں اس طرح بڑھاتا رہے گا جیسے تم لوگ اونٹنی کے بچے کو پال کر عظیم الجثہ[بھاری بھرکم] اونٹ بنا دیتے ہو چنانچہ یہ صدقہ قیامت کے روز احد کے پہاڑ کے مثل بڑھ کر اپنے مالک کے پاس آئے گا۔
It is recommended to repeat the following zikr 1000 times in Sha’ban. One who repeats this will be awarded the reward of serving (Almighty Allah) for 1000 years…
پورے ماہ شعبان میں ۱۰۰۰ مرتبہ کہے۔ اس ذکر کا بہت زیادہ ثواب ہے، جس میں ایک جز یہ ہے کہ جو شخص مقررہ تعداد میں یہ ذکر پڑھے گا اس کے نامۂ اعمال میں ایک ہزار سال کی عبادت کا ثواب لکھ دیا جائے گا۔۔۔
لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَلَا نَعْبُدُ اِلَّا اِيَّاهُ مُخْلِصِيْنَ لَهُ الدِّيْنَ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُوْنَ۔
Laa ilaaha illaa allaahu walaa na'budu illaa iyyaahu mukhliseena lahu ad-deena walaw kariha al-mushrikoon.
There is no god save Allah. We do not worship save “He” alone, making religion pure for Him (only), however much the disbelievers be averse.
اﷲ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اور ہم عبادت نہیں کرتے مگر اسی کی ہم اس کے دین سے خلوص رکھتے ہیں اگرچہ مشرکوں پر ناگوار گزرے۔

Observe fast on every Thursday. In this respect, a Hadith says that the skies decorate themselves each Thursday in Sha’ban and the angels pray Almighty Allah, saying, “O our God, (please do) forgive those who observe fasting on this day and respond to their prayers.”
واضح ہو کہ روزے کا اپنا الگ اجر و ثواب ہے اور روایت میں آیا ہے : شعبان کی ہر جمعرات کو آسمان سجایا جاتا ہے تو ملائکہ عرض کرتے ہیں :خدایا!آج کا روزہ رکھنے والوں کوبخش دے اور ان کی دعائیں قبول کر لے۔
The Holy Prophet (s) is also reported as saying, “If one observes fasting each Monday and Thursday in Sha’ban, Almighty Allah will grant 40 of his needs, 20 related to the worldly life and 20 to the Hereafter.”
ایک حدیث میں مذکور ہے : اگر کوئی شخص ماہِ شعبان میں سوموار (دوشنبہ) اور جمعرات کو روزہ رکھے تو خدا وند کریم دنیا و آخرت میں اس کی بیس بیس حاجات پوری فرمائے گا۔
It is recommended to repeat Salawaat.
ماہِ شعبان میں کثرت سےدرودپڑھے۔
Recite Durood-e-Shabaniya.
