Duas of Quranic Istekhaara-3
قرآن سے استخارہ کی دعا۔۳
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْتَخِيْرُكَ لِعِلْمِكَ بِعَاقِبَةِ الْاُمُوْرِ وَاَسْتَشِيْرُكَ لِحُسْنِ ظَنِّىْ بِكَ فِى الْمَامُوْلِ وَالْمَحْذُوْرِ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنْ كَانَ الْاَمْرُ الْفُلَانِىْ مِمَّا قَدْنَيْطَتْ بِالْبَرَكَةِ اَعْجَازُهُ وَبَوَادَيْهِ وَحُفَّتْ بِالْكَرَامَةِ اَيَّامُهٗ وَلَيَالِيْهِ فَخِرْلِىْ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ فِيْهِ خِيَرَةً تَرُدُّ شُمُوْسَهٗ ذَلُوْلًا وَتَقْعَضُ اَيَّامَهُ سُرُوْرًا۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِمَّا اَمْرٌ فَاَئْتَمِرُ وَاِمَّا نَهْىٌ فَاَنْتَهِىْ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْتَخِيْرُكَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ خِيَرَةً فِىْ عَافِيَةٍ۔
Allaahumma innee asta-kheero-ka le‘ilme-ka be‘aaqe-batil omoo-re wa asta-sheero-ka le-husne zannee beka fil maamoo-le wal-ham-zoore.
Allaahumma in kaanal amrul folaa-nee mimmaa qad-naiy-tat bil-barakate a’jaazo-hu wa bawaa-daiy-he wa huffat bil-karaa-mate ayyaa-mohu wale-yaa-leehe fa-khir-lee.
Allaahumma feehe khayara-tan ta-ruddo shomoo-sahu zaloo-lan wa taq‘azo ayyaa-mahu soroo-ran.
Allaahumma immaa amroon fa-a-tamero wa immaa nahyoon fa-anta-hee.
Allaahumma innee asta-kheero-ka be-rahmate-ka kheya-ratin fee ‘aafe-yah.
O Allah, I seek the best choice from You because You know the outcomes of all affairs, and I seek counsel from You because of my good opinion of You regarding what I hope for and what I fear. O Allah, if this particular matter is one whose beginnings and ends have been bound with blessing, and whose days and nights are surrounded with grace, then choose it for me. O Allah, (place) in it a choice for me that makes its “suns” submissive (i.e., makes things easy and manageable) and turns its days into joy. O Allah, if it is a command, then I will carry it out; and if it is a prohibition, then I will refrain. O Allah, I seek the best choice from You by Your mercy a choice with well-being.
اے معبود! میں تجھ سے خیر طلب کرتا ہوں کہ تو معاملوں کے انجام کو جانتا ہے تجھ سے مشورہ کرتا ہوں کہ امیدوں اور خطروں میں تجھ ہی سے حسن ظن ہے اے معبود! فلاں کام ان کاموں میں سے ہے کہ جن کے انجام میں برکت ہے اور آغاز میں بھی اور اس کے دن رات نفع سے بھر پور ہیں تو اے معبود! تو میرے لئے اس خیر کو اختیار کر جس سے سرکش اطاعت گزار ہو جائے اور دن خوشیوں سے بھر جائیں اے معبود! اگر کرنے کا حکم ہے تو کروں اور نہیں ہے تو رکا رہوں اے معبود! میں تجھ سے خیر طلب کرتا ہوں تیری رحمت سے ایسی خیر جس میں آرام ہو۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
