Hirz Imam-e-Reza (a)-5حرز امام علی رضا (ع)۔۵

But if you held command, you were sure to make mischief in the land and cut off the ties of kinship!

تو کیا تم سے کچھ بعید ہے کہ تم صاحبِ اقتدار بن جاؤ تو زمین میں فساد برپا کرو اور قرابتداروں سے قطع تعلقات کر لو۔

Salutation upon you O my cousin.

سلام ہو آپ پر، اے چچا زاد!

In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

There is no god save Allah, the one, without any associate, Who fulfilled his promise, and helped His servant, and backed up His group, and alone defeated the confederates. For Him is kingdom, and for Him is praise, praise is for Allah, Lord of the worlds. I go to sleep and I begin my day in the shelter of Allah which none can access, and His covenant which is not broken and do not allow humiliation. And in the dignity of Allah which is not debased and suppressed. And His party which is not dominated, and in His army which is not defeated, and into His sanctum that is not desecrated. With Allah I seek refuge, and with Allah I begin, and with Allah I sought success, and became strengthened, and became refugee, and became victorious, and I grew stronger, and by the Might of Allah I was fortified against my enemies, by the majesty of Allah and His grandeur I rose above them and I defeated them, by the power of Allah and His strength and sought help against them with Allah, and I entrusted my affairs to Allah, Allah is sufficient for me and the best Protector, and you see them looking towards you, but they do not see. The Command of Allah has come, the proof of Allah prevailed, His Word has prevailed upon the immoral enemies of Allah, and (against) all of the forces of Iblis (the devil).

اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں۔ اس نے اپنا وعدہ پورا کیا، اپنے بندے کی مدد کی، اپنے لشکر کو عزّت دی، اور تمام گروہوں (دشمن جماعتوں) کو اکیلا ہی شکست دی۔ پس بادشاہی اسی کی ہے اور حمد بھی اسی کے لیے ہے۔ تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں جو تمام جہانوں کا رب ہے۔ میں نے شام کی اور صبح کی اس حال میں کہ میں اللہ کی پناہ میں ہوں وہ پناہ جسے توڑا نہیں جا سکتا؛ اور اللہ کی امان میں ہوں جسے نہ کوئی ختم کر سکتا ہے نہ توڑ سکتا ہے۔ اور میں اللہ کی عزّت میں ہوں جسے کوئی ذلیل نہیں کر سکتا اور نہ مغلوب کر سکتا ہے۔ اور میں اس کے حزب (گروہ) میں ہوں جسے شکست نہیں ہوتی، اور اس کے لشکر میں ہوں جو ہارا نہیں جاتا، اور اس کے حریم (حفاظت) میں ہوں جس پر کوئی ہاتھ نہیں ڈال سکتا۔ میں اللہ کے ذریعے پناہ لیتا ہوں، اور اللہ ہی کے ساتھ صبح کرتا ہوں، اور اللہ ہی کے ذریعے کامیابی مانگتا ہوں۔ اسی کے ذریعے عزّت پاتا ہوں، اسی سے پناہ چاہتا ہوں، اسی کے ذریعے مدد لیتا ہوں، قوت حاصل کرتا ہوں۔ اللہ کی عزّت کے ساتھ میں اپنے دشمنوں پر مضبوط ہوا، اور اللہ کے جلال اور اس کی بڑائی کے ساتھ میں ان پر غالب ہوا اور انہیں مغلوب کیا اللہ کی طاقت و قوت سے۔ اور میں نے ان کے مقابلے میں اللہ سے مدد چاہی، اور اپنا معاملہ اللہ کے سپرد کر دیا۔ اور میرے لیے اللہ کافی ہے، اور وہ بہترین کارساز ہے۔ اور (اے رسول!) تم دیکھتے ہو کہ وہ تمہیں دیکھ رہے ہیں، مگر وہ (حقیقت میں) دیکھ نہیں سکتے۔ اللہ کا حکم آ پہنچا۔ پس اللہ کی حجت قائم و واضح ہو گئی۔ اللہ کا کلمہ اللہ کے نافرمان دشمنوں اور ابلیس کے تمام لشکروں پر غالب آ گیا۔

“They will not harm you save a trifling hurt, and if they fight against you they will turn and flee. And afterward they will not be helped. And abasement and humiliation were brought down upon them.” “Wherever they were found, they were seized and slain completely.” “They will not fight against you together except in fortified towns or from behind walls, their fighting between themselves is severe, you may think them united, and their hearts are disunited that is because they are a people who have no understanding.” I am fortified and safe from them in the most fortified of strongholds. “So they were not able to surmount it nor could they make a hole in it.” I took recourse to a “strong support” I took refuge to a lofty cavern, and I held firm with the “strong cord”, and I armored myself with the impenetrable armour of Allah, and I shielded myself with the shield of Imam Ali (a), and I sought refuge with the invocation of Sulaiman son of Dawood, and I wore his ring. So wherever I go I am safe, tranquil; while my enemies are in constant fear and worried. They were surrounded by humiliation, and they were clothed with disgrace and restrained lowliness. And I placed upon myself an enclosed tent, and I wore protecting shield, and I have hanged awesome amulet, and I crowned myself with the crown of respect, and I wielded the sword of glory that is never defeated, and I am hidden from the (evil) eyes of oppressors and assaulters, and I am concealed from the (people’s) suspicions, and I feel secure within myself and I am safe from my enemies. And with the Dignity of Allah they have surrendered to me, and they are fleeing from me.

(اللہ فرماتا ہے:) وہ تمہیں نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکیں گے مگر کچھ معمولی تکلیف؛ اور اگر وہ تم سے لڑیں گے تو پیٹھ پھیر کر بھاگ جائیں گے، پھر ان کی مدد نہیں کی جائے گی۔ جہاں بھی پکڑے جائیں ان پر ذلت مسلط ہے۔۔۔ پکڑے گئے اور بری طرح قتل کیے گئے۔ اور (یہ بھی کہ:) وہ تم سب سے اکٹھے ہو کر بھی تم سے نہیں لڑیں گے مگر مضبوط قلعوں والے شہروں میں، یا دیواروں کے پیچھے سے۔ ان کی آپس کی لڑائی بہت سخت ہے؛ تم انہیں متحد سمجھتے ہو مگر ان کے دل پھٹے ہوئے ہیں۔ یہ اس لیے کہ وہ سمجھ نہیں رکھتے۔ میں نے ان سے اپنے آپ کو محفوظ قلعے میں پناہ دے لی ہے۔ اور (قرآن کے مطابق:) وہ نہ اس پر چڑھ سکے اور نہ اس میں نقب لگا سکے۔ میں نے ایک مضبوط سہارے کی طرف پناہ لی، ایک بلند و محفوظ پناہ گاہ میں جا چھپا، اور مضبوط رسی کو تھام لیا۔ میں نے اللہ کی مضبوط زرہ پہن لی، اور امیرالمؤمنینؑ کی ڈھال سے اپنے آپ کو ڈھانپ لیا۔ میں نے سلیمان بن داؤدؑ کی پناہ مانگی اور ان کی انگوٹھی سے (بطورِ تبرک و حفاظت) مدد لی۔ اب میں جہاں بھی چلتا ہوں امن اور اطمینان میں ہوتا ہوں، جبکہ میرا دشمن سخت ہولناکیوں میں حیران و پریشان رہتا ہے۔ اسے رسوائی نے گھیر لیا، ذلت پہنائی گئی، اور وہ حقیر کر کے دبا دیا گیا۔ میں نے اپنے گرد حفاظت کا پردہ تان لیا، حفاظت کی زرہ پہن لی، رعب و ہیبت کے حصار سے وابستہ ہو گیا، عزت و کرامت کا تاج پہن لیا، اور عزت کی وہ تلوار باندھ لی جو کبھی کند نہیں ہوتی۔ میں ظالموں کی دیکھتی آنکھوں سے اوجھل ہو گیا، گمانوں سے بھی چھپ گیا، اپنی جان کے بارے میں مطمئن ہو گیا، اور اللہ کے جلال کے سبب اپنے دشمنوں سے محفوظ رہا۔ پس وہ میرے سامنے مغلوب اور دبے ہوئے ہیں، اور مجھ سے دور بھاگنے والے ہیں۔

“as if they were frightened donkeys, fleeing from a lion.” Their hands fell short of reaching me, and their eyes are blinded to prevent them from seeing me, and their tongues are muted (to prevent them from) mentioning me, and their minds are blanked (to prevent them from) recognising me, and their hearts are full of dread, and their bodies and their lives tremble severely in fear of me. O Allah! Who, there is no god except Him, O He there is no deity except Him, defeat their army, and crush their power, and topple their leaders, and blind their eyes. “so that their necks should stoop to it.” And their armies defeated, so they turned back in retreat. “(Their) assembly will be defeated, and they will turn their backs (in retreat). Nay, the hour is their promised time, and the hour shall be most disastrous and bitter.” “and the matter of the hour is but as the twinkling of an eye.” I rose above them with the exaltedness of Allah by which He elevates the owner of the battles, and the over-turner of flags, and the destroyer of joint factions. And I sought refuge with ‘The Beautiful Names’ and His ‘Highest Words’, and I prevailed over my enemies with a ‘Severe Power’ and a ‘Firm Victory’, and I reduced them to submission, and I crushed their heads, and their necks (remain) lowered in submission to me. Then one who intended against me certainly failed, and the one who opposed me destroyed, and I am supported, victorious, triumphant, happy, joyful. Verily I clung to the word of guarding (against evil), and I gripped the firmest handle, and I held firm with the strong cord of Allah. So never will I be affected by the deception of the cunning, and the jealousy of the jealous ever again, for eternity and beyond, so never will any (enemy) see me, nor will anyone control my destiny.

(قرآن کے مطابق:) وہ ایسے ہیں جیسے بدکنے والے گدھے، جو شیر سے بھاگ نکلیں۔ ان کے ہاتھ مجھ تک پہنچنے سے عاجز رہ گئے، ان کی آنکھیں مجھے دیکھنے سے اندھی ہو گئیں، ان کی زبانیں میرا ذکر کرنے سے گنگ ہو گئیں، اور ان کی عقلیں مجھے پہچاننے سے غافل ہو گئیں۔ ان کے دل مجھ سے ڈر گئے، ان کے بدن کانپنے لگے، اور ان کی جانیں میری ہیبت سے لرز اٹھیں۔ اے اللہ! جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اے وہ! اے وہ ذات جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں ان کے لشکروں کو کمزور کر دے، ان کی طاقت(ہیبت) توڑ دے، ان کے سروں کو جھکا دے، اور ان کی آنکھوں کو اندھا کر دے۔ (نتیجہ یہ کہ:) ان کی گردنیں اس کے سامنے جھک گئیں۔ اور ان کا لشکر شکست کھا گیا اور وہ پیٹھ پھیر کر بھاگ نکلے۔ یہ گروہ ضرور شکست کھائے گا اور پیٹھ پھیر دے گا۔ بلکہ قیامت ہی ان کا وعدہ ہے، اور قیامت زیادہ سخت اور زیادہ کڑوی ہے۔ اور قیامت کا معاملہ تو بس پلک جھپکنے کی طرح ہے۔ میں اللہ کی بلندی کے ساتھ ان پر غالب آ گیا وہی بلندی جس کے ذریعے جنگوں کے مرد (یعنی اللہ کے مدد یافتہ مجاہد) غالب آتے، جھنڈے پست کرنے والے اور حریفوں کو مٹا دینے والے ہوتے ہیں۔ میں نے اللہ کے بہترین ناموں اور اس کے بلند کلمات کی پناہ لی، اور اپنے دشمنوں پر سخت قوت اور درست تدبیر کے ساتھ غالب آ گیا۔ میں نے انہیں ذلیل کیا، ان کے سروں کو جھکا دیا، اور ان کی گردنیں میرے سامنے جھک گئیں۔ پس ناکام ہوا وہ جو مجھ سے دشمنی پر اترا، اور ہلاک ہوا وہ جو میرا دشمن بنا۔ اور میں اللہ کی تائید والا، مدد یافتہ، کامیاب، عزت پانے والا اور خوش حال ہوں۔ میں نے تقویٰ کے کلمے کو لازم پکڑ لیا، مضبوط کڑے کو تھام لیا، اور اللہ کی مضبوط رسی سے پناہ لے لی۔ اب مجھے سازش کرنے والوں کی چالیں اور حسد کرنے والوں کا حسد کبھی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکے گا ہمیشہ ہمیشہ، زمانوں تک۔ پس نہ کوئی مجھے دیکھ سکے گا اور نہ کوئی مجھ پر قابو پا سکے گا۔

“Say: Verily I call upon my Lord, and I do not ascribe unto Him any partner.” I ask You O Bestower of bounties! That You grant your favours upon me with tranquillity and belief in myself and my soul with security against my enemies, and place between me and their evil a gap with (the help of) stern and strong angels. “They do not disobey Allah in what He commands them, and do as they are commanded.” And aid me with vast armies, and great obedient souls, so they gave reply (against my enemies) with conclusive arguments, and they throw at them with nullifying stones, and they smite them with sharp swords, and they pelt them with penetrating meteors, and blazing fire, and scorching flames. “And they are thrown at from every side. Being driven off, and for them is a perpetual chastisement.” I expelled them, and I chastised them with the grace of ‘In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful’, and ‘Taa Haa’, and ‘Yaasin’, and ‘the Winds’, and the chapters of ‘Taa Seen’, and ‘Tanzeel’, and the descent of the mighty Qur’an, and the chapters of ‘Hawaameem’, and (by) Kaaf-Haa-Yaa-Ayn-Saad, and by ‘Kaaf’ I am sufficed, and by ‘Haa’ I am guided, and by ‘Yaa’ it was easy for me, and by ‘A’yn’ I got superiority, and by ‘Saad’ I said truth, that there is no god but He, and by (the alphabet) ‘Nun’, and by the pen and what the angels write, and the place of stars, and by the Mountain.

(قرآن کی آیت:) کہہ دیجیے: میں تو صرف اپنے رب کو پکارتا ہوں اور میں اس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں کرتا۔ اے بہت فضل فرمانے والے! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ تو مجھ پر فضل فرمائے اور مجھے امن اور ایمان عطا کرے؛ میری جان اور میری روح کو سلامتی دے؛ اور میرے دشمنوں سے مجھے محفوظ رکھے۔ اور تو میرے اور ان کے شر کے درمیان حائل ہو جا سخت گیر اور مضبوط فرشتوں کے ذریعے (جیسا کہ قرآن کہتا ہے:) وہ اللہ کی نافرمانی نہیں کرتے جو حکم انہیں دیا جاتا ہے، اور وہی کرتے ہیں جس کا انہیں حکم دیا جاتا ہے۔ اور مجھے مدد دے کثیر لشکروں اور عظیم، فرمانبردار روحوں کے ذریعے تاکہ وہ ان پر روشن و کامل دلیل کے ساتھ حجت قائم کریں، انہیں بھاری/کچل دینے والے پتھر سے ماریں، کاٹ دینے والی تلوار سے ضرب لگائیں، چمکتے شعلے (شہابِ) ثاقب سے نشانہ بنائیں، بھڑکتی آگ، لپکتی ہوئی آگ، اور جلانے والے شعلے سے انہیں جلا دیں۔ (اور جیسا کہ قرآن میں ہے:) انہیں ہر طرف سے مار کر دور ہٹایا جاتا ہے، ان کے لیے دائمی عذاب ہے۔ میں نے انہیں دھتکارا اور بھگا دیا بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم کے فضل کی برکت سے اور طٰہٰ، یٰس، والذاریات، طواسین، قرآنِ عظیم کے نزول، حوامیم، اور کٰہٰیٰعٰص کی برکت سے۔ اور کاف کے ذریعے مجھے کفایت (حفاظت) ملی، ہا کے ذریعے مجھے ہدایت ملی، یا کے ذریعے میرے لیے آسانی کی گئی، عین کے ذریعے میں غالب ہوا، اور صاد کے ذریعے میں نے یقین کیا کہ اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ اور (میں یہ بھی پڑھتا ہوں:) نون، قلم اور جو کچھ وہ لکھتے ہیں کی قسم؛ اور ستاروں کے مواقع کی قسم؛ اور طور کی قسم۔

“And the Book written. In an outstretched fine parchment, and the House (Kaaba) that is visited, and the elevated canopy and the swollen sea, most surely the punishment of your Lord will come to pass; there shall be none to avert it.” So they turned back in retreat, and they withdrew on their feet and they are fearful in their homes. “So the truth was established, and what they were doing became null. Thus they were vanquished there, and they went back abased. And the magicians were cast down in prostration.” “So Allah protected him from the evils they plotted and the people of Pharaoh were enveloped with the most evil punishment.” “And they planned and Allah planned, and Allah is the best of planners.” “Those to whom the people said: Surely men have gathered against you, therefore fear them, but this increased their faith and they said: Allah is sufficient for us, and most excellent is the Protector. So they returned with favor from Allah and bounty, no evil touched them, and they followed the pleasure of Allah; and Allah is the owner of great bounty.” “O my Lord! I seek refuge in You from the evil suggestions of the Satans; and I seek refuge in You! O my Lord! from their presence.”

(قسم ہے) لکھی ہوئی کتاب کی، کھلے ہوئے ورق پر؛ آباد گھر (بیتُ المعمور) کی؛ بلند چھت (آسمان) کی؛ اور بھڑکتے (بھرے) ہوئے سمندر کی۔ بے شک آپ کے رب کا عذاب ضرور واقع ہونے والا ہے، اسے کوئی ٹال نہیں سکتا۔ پس وہ پیٹھ پھیر کر بھاگ گئے، اور الٹے قدم لوٹتے ہوئے، اپنے گھروں میں خوف زدہ ہو گئے۔ (اور یوں ہوا کہ:) حق ثابت ہو گیا اور جو کچھ وہ کرتے تھے باطل ہو گیا۔ پھر وہیں شکست کھا گئے اور ذلیل ہو کر پلٹ گئے، اور جادوگر سجدے میں گر پڑے۔ اور اللہ نے اسے ان کی چالوں کے برے انجام سے بچا لیا، اور آلِ فرعون کو سخت عذاب نے آ لیا۔ اور انہوں نے مکر کیا اور اللہ نے بھی تدبیر فرمائی، اور اللہ سب سے بہتر تدبیر کرنے والا ہے۔ وہ لوگ جن سے لوگوں نے کہا: لوگ (دشمن) تمہارے خلاف جمع ہو گئے ہیں، ان سے ڈرو! تو اس بات نے ان کا ایمان اور بڑھا دیا، اور انہوں نے کہا: ہمارے لیے اللہ کافی ہے اور وہ بہترین کارساز ہے۔ پھر وہ اللہ کی نعمت اور فضل کے ساتھ لوٹ آئے، انہیں کوئی برائی نہ پہنچی، اور وہ اللہ کی رضا کے پیچھے چل پڑے۔ اور اللہ بڑے فضل والا ہے۔ اور (یہ دعا:) اے میرے رب! میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں شیطانوں کے وسوسوں/اکسانے سے، اور اے رب! میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں کہ وہ میرے پاس آئیں (یا مجھ پر غالب ہوں)۔

O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I am afraid and which frightens me, and I ask You from the good that is with You. “So Allah will suffice you against them, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.” There is no strength and power except with Allah, the High, the Mighty. Jibraeel is on my right side, and Meekaaeel is on my left side, and Muhammad, Allah bless him and his family, is in front of me, and Allah, Mighty and Majestic be He, is shadowing over me, preventing you and the accursed satan away from me. O the One Who made between the two seas a barrier, place distance between me and my enemies till they do not reach me with any evil, I have casted a veil between me and them with the protection of Allah, which can be worn against the attack of Pharaohs, and one who is in the veil of Allah is surely well defended. Allah is sufficient for me Who suffices me and no one else can suffice me. “And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see.”

اے اللہ! میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں اُس چیز کے شر سے جس سے میں ڈرتا ہوں اور جس سے بچنا چاہتا ہوں، اور میں تجھ سے اُس خیر کا سوال کرتا ہوں جو تیرے پاس ہے۔ (قرآن کی آیت:) پس اللہ ہی تمہیں اُن سے کافی ہو جائے گا، اور وہ سننے والا، جاننے والا ہے۔ کوئی طاقت اور قوت نہیں مگر اللہ کے ساتھ، جو بہت بلند، بہت عظیم ہے۔ جبرئیلؑ میرے دائیں طرف ہیں، میکائیلؑ میرے بائیں طرف ہیں، اور محمدؐ (اللہ کی رحمتیں ہوں آپ پر اور آپ کی آل پر) میرے سامنے ہیں، اور اللہ عزّوجل مجھ پر سایہ کیے ہوئے ہے؛ وہ تمہیں مجھ سے روکے ہوئے ہے اور شیطانِ رجیم کو بھی روکے ہوئے ہے۔ اے وہ ذات جس نے دو سمندروں کے درمیان رکاوٹ بنا دی! میرے اور میرے دشمنوں کے درمیان بھی رکاوٹ بنا دے، یہاں تک کہ وہ مجھے کسی برائی کے ساتھ نہ پہنچ سکیں۔ میں نے اپنے اور ان کے درمیان اللہ کے پردے سے پردہ کر لیا ہے وہی پردہ جس کے ذریعے فرعونوں کی سختیوں (ظلم) سے بھی پناہ لی جاتی ہے۔ اور جو اللہ کے پردے میں ہو وہ محفوظ ہوتا ہے۔ مجھے وہی (اللہ) کافی ہے جو ایسی چیزوں میں بھی کافی ہو جاتا ہے جن میں اس کے سوا کوئی کافی نہیں ہو سکتا۔ (قرآن کی آیت:) اور ہم نے ان کے آگے بھی ایک دیوار بنا دی اور ان کے پیچھے بھی ایک دیوار، پھر ہم نے انہیں ڈھانپ دیا، پس وہ دیکھ نہیں سکتے۔

O Allah! Draw upon me Your protective covering that cannot be removed by the winds, nor can be pierced by spears, and Suffice for me from the evil from which I fear with Your Holy Spirit, the One that when You cast it upon a person, remains hidden from the eyes of the onlookers, and is (perceived) grandly in the hearts of all of the created beings, And make me in accordance with Your Beautiful Names and Your Highest Words, my profits, in all that I hope for, from the best of this world and the hereafter, and send away from me the (evil) eyes of the onlookers, and keep away from me evil of their hearts, and the evil that they harbor into good, which none other (than You) has the power to do. O Allah! Surely You are my Master and my Recourse, so to You I flee and You are my refuge, so with You I seek protection. O (He) Who the necks of the arrogant fall, and the necks of the Pharaohs are humiliated. Save me, O Allah! From Your disgracing punishments, and from leaving Your protection, and forgetting Your remembrance, and from turning away from Your thankfulness, I am in Your protection during my nights and my days, and in my sleep, and in my fixed time, and in my carefulness, and in my prevalence, Your remembrance is my motto and Your praise is my garment. O Allah! Surely my fear by night and day seeks protection with You and Your security from Your fear, and Your evil chastisement, and draw upon me your protective covering, and grant me protection of Your custody, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of all, so be it, so be it, Lord of the Worlds.

اے اللہ! مجھ پر اپنی حفاظت کے ایسے مضبوط پردے (خیمے) تان دے جنہیں نہ ہوا پھاڑ سکے اور نہ نیزے چیر سکیں۔ اور جس چیز سے میں ڈرتا ہوں اس کے شر سے مجھے بچا دے اپنی روحِ قدس کے ذریعے کہ جس پر تو اسے ڈال دے وہ دیکھنے والوں کی نظروں سے چھپا رہتا ہے، اور تمام مخلوق کے دلوں میں باوقار (ہیبت) والا بن جاتا ہے۔ اور اپنے خوبصورت ناموں اور اپنے بلند کلمات کے ذریعے مجھے توفیق دے کہ میں دنیا و آخرت کی جس بھلائی کی امید رکھتا ہوں، اس میں میری اصلاح (درستی) ہو جائے۔ اور مجھ سے دیکھنے والوں کی نظریں پھیر دے، اور ان کے دلوں کی برائی اور جو کچھ وہ دل میں چھپائے رکھتے ہیں اس کا شر مجھ سے ہٹا دے اور اسے اس خیر کی طرف موڑ دے جس کا مالک تیرے سوا کوئی نہیں۔ اے اللہ! بے شک تو ہی میرا مولا اور میرا ٹھکانہ ہے؛ اسی لیے میں تیری پناہ میں آتا ہوں۔ تو ہی میرا سہارا (پناہ گاہ) ہے؛ اسی لیے میں تجھ ہی سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ اے وہ ذات جس کے سامنے سرکش جابروں کی گردنیں جھک جاتی ہیں، اور فرعونوں کے بڑے بڑے طاقتور لوگ بھی عاجز ہو جاتے ہیں اے اللہ! مجھے اپنی رسوائی، اپنے پردے کے اٹھ جانے، اپنے ذکر کو بھلا دینے، اور اپنے شکر سے غفلت سے بچا لے۔ میں رات دن، سوتے جاگتے، ٹھہرتے چلتے ہر حال میں تیری پناہ میں ہوں۔ تیرا ذکر میرا شعار ہے، اور تیری تعریف میری چادر ہے۔ اے اللہ! میرا خوف ہر صبح و شام تیری پناہ اور تیری امان میں ہے تیرے خوف (قیامت کے خوف) اور تیرے سخت عذاب کے انجام سے۔ مجھ پر اپنی حفاظت کے پردے تان دے، اور اپنی رحمت سے مجھے اپنی نگہداشت و عنایت کی حفاظت عطا فرما، اے سب سے بڑھ کر رحم کرنے والے! آمین، آمین، اے رب العالمین!

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
