Namaz-e-Asrنماز عصر

In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.

اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

Glorified be the one, Who is aware of the thoughts of the minds. Glorified be the one, Who calculates the number of sins. Glorified be the one, from Whom nothing from the heavens and the earth is concealed. Praise be to God, who did not make me a denier of His bounties and the rejecter of His favors; all good is for Him and only He is capable of that.

پاک ہے وہ ذات جو دل کی دھڑکنوں سے واقف ہے۔ پاک ہے وہ ذات جو گناہوں کی تعداد کو جانتی ہے۔ پاک ہے وہ ذات جس سے زمین و آسمان میں کوئی چیز پوشیدہ نہیں ہے اور تمام تعریفیں اس ہستی کے لئے سزا وار ہیں جس نے مجھے اپنی نعمتوں کو جھٹلانے والا اور اپنے فضل سے انکار کرنے والا نہیں بنایا۔ پس خیر و برکت اسی کے لئے ہے اور وہی اس کا اہل ہے۔

All praise is for God for the complete proof over all the creatures, whether they are obedient or disobedient. After that if He conducts with His mercy, it is His favor; and if He punishes, it is due to the sins of people and He does not oppress His servants. All praise is for God, whose rank is lofty and whose base is glorious, whose pillars are strong and whose kingdom is honorable, whose glory is great and whose proof is evident. He is merciful and beneficent, the bestower and one, who favors.

تمام تعریفیں اس ذات کے لئے ہیں جس کی دلیل اور برہان تمام انسانوں کے لئے ہے خواہ فرما بردار ہوں یا گناہگار۔ اگر کسی کو اپنی رحمت سے نوازے تو یہ اس کی جود و بخشش ہے اور اگر کسی کو سزا دے تو یہ انسان کے لئے اپنے اعمال کی وجہ سے ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے بندوں پر ستم روا نہیں رکھتا۔ تمام تعریفیں اس ذات کے ساتھ مخصوص ہیں جس کا مکان عالی ترین ہے، جس کی بنیادیں مضبوط ہیں، جس کا مقام و منزلت بلند تر، جس کی دلیل روشن ہے جو عظیم الشان، بخشنے والا‘ مہربان اور انعام کرنے والا، احسان کرنے والا ہے۔

All praise is for God, who has concealed Himself from all the creatures, whom He is seeing on the basis of reality of lordship and power of oneness. Therefore, the sights cannot reach upto Him and the news cannot encompass Him; no quantity can estimate Him and no consideration can even imagine Him, because He is the absolutely powerful ruler.

سب تعریفیں اللہ کے لئے ہیں جو اپنی ربوبیت کی حقیقت اور وحدانیت کی قدرت کے ساتھ ہر اس مخلوق سے پوشیدہ ہے جو اسے دیکھنا چاہے۔ آنکھیں اس کا ادراک نہیں کر سکتیں۔ اطلاعات و مشاہدات اس کا احاطہ نہیں کر سکتے کوئی پیمانہ اسے معین نہیں کر سکتا۔ گمان اس کو نہیں پاسکتا کیونکہ وہ طاقتور بادشاہ ہے۔

O God, You are seeing my location and You listen to my statements, and You are aware of my matter, and You are aware of my self, and nothing is concealed from You. I have hastened towards You in my needs; and have presented my needs to You and I have begged You for my needs and begged to You on the basis of my poverty, hunger, humiliation, hard times and severities.

پروردگارا: تو میرے مکان اور جگہ کو دیکھ رہا ہے اور میرے کلام کو سن رہا ہے اور میرے امور پر مطلع رکھتا ہے۔ میرے دل کی ہر چیز سے آگاہ ہے اور میرا کوئی کام تجھ سے مخفی نہیں ہے۔ میں مجبور ہو کر تیری طرف آئی ہوں، اپنی حاجات کی تجھ سے طلب گار ہوں اور اپنے تمام مسائل میں تیری طرف عاجزی سے متوجہ ہوں، اور فقر و نیاز مندی اور ذلت، تنگدستی و محتاجی میں تجھ سے مدد چاہتی ہوں۔

You are that Lord, who is generous through forgiveness, You will get others than me whom You can chastise, but I will not find anyone to forgive me other than You; You are needless of chastising me, but I am needful of your mercy. Now, I am asking You on the basis of my poverty and your needlessness and on the basis of your perfect power and my weakness, I am begging from You that You make my supplication to be accompanied with your acceptance and make my gathering a gathering with which is your mercy and make my request such a request, which is accompanied with success.

تو بخشنے والا اور معاف کرنے والا بے نیاز رب ہے، لہذا تو میرے غیر کو عذاب دے گا مگر میرے لئے تیرے علاوہ کوئی بخشنے والا نہیں ملتا جبکہ تومجھے عذاب دینے سے بے نیاز ہے اور میں تیری رحمت کی محتاج ہوں۔ پس اس وجہ سے کہ میں تیری بارگاہ میں نیاز مند ہوں اور تو مجھ سے بے نیاز، اور تو مجھ پر مکمل طور پر تسلط اور قدرت رکھتا ہے، لہذا میری اس دعا کو ایسی دعا قرار دے جو تیری بارگاہ میں قابل قبول ہو اور میرے لئے ایسی جگہ قرار دے جو تیری رحمت کے اترنے کی جگہ سے متصل ہو، اور میری اس حاجت کو ایسی حاجت قرار دے جو کامیابی کے ساتھ ہمکنار ہو۔

Ease the issues, which I am fearful of and create wideness in the matters by whose helplessness I am afraid. And suppress whoever is harboring evil intention regarding me among the creatures, Amen. O the most merciful of the merciful ones. And ease for me the issues, whose severities I fear most and remove from me that, whose distress I am afraid of. And create ease in that, whose straitness I am terrified of. Amen. O the most merciful of the merciful ones.

اور وہ کام جن کے سخت ہونے کے متعلق میں پریشان ہوں ان کوآسان فرما اور وہ کام جن کے انجام دینے سے عاجز ہوں مجھے طاقت و قوت سے نواز اور تیرے بندوں میں سے جو بھی میرے بارے برے ارادے رکھتا ہے اس کو مغلوب کر، اے بہترین رحمت کرنے والے میری دعا کو قبول فرما۔ اور ہر وہ چیز جس کے سخت ہونے کے متعلق پریشان ہوں آسان فرما، اور جن چیزوں کے بارے میں غمگین ہوں اس کی پریشانی مجھ سے دور فرما اور جن کاموں میں تنگدست ہوں وسعت عطا فرما، اے جہانوں کے پروردگار میری دعا قبول فرما۔

O God, remove from me self-conceit, show off, pride, oppression, jealousy, weakness, doubt, disadvantage, distress, helplessness, trickery, cheating, calamity and corruption, from my hearing, my sight, and all my limbs; and turn me towards that in which lies your approval and pleasure, O the most merciful of the merciful ones.

اے اللہ: خودپسندی، ریا کاری، تکبر، بغاوت، حسد، کمزوری، شک، سستی، ضرر اور مختلف قسم کی بیماریوں سے جیسے مکر و حیلہ اور دھوکہ، فریب کاری اور دنگا فساد کو میری سماعت و بصارت اور تمام اعضاء و جوارح سے دور رکھ اور ہر وہ چیز جس کو تو دوست رکھتا ہے اور پسند کرتا ہے مجھے اس کی طرف راہنمائی فرما۔ اے بہترین رحم کرنے والے۔

O Allah, bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad and forgive my sins, conceal my defects and bestow peace to my fear, cure my calamity and bestow needlessness to me in poverty, ease my needs and save me from slips and change my dispersal into cohesion; be sufficient for me in all my issues, whether I am absent or present and be sufficient regarding all those issues regarding which I am terrified of You, O the most merciful of the merciful ones.

پروردگارا: محمد و آل محمد پر درود بھیج اور میرے گناہ بخش دے، اور میرے عیوب پر پردہ ڈال دے اور میرے خوف کو امن و سلامتی میں بدل دے، میری مصیبت کی تلافی فرما اور میرے فقر کو غنا میں بدل دے اور میری حاجتوں کو پورا فرما، اور میری لغزشوں سے درگذر فرما اور میرے بکھرے ہوئے امور کو یکجا فرما اور جو کچھ مجھے فکر مند کرے اس میں میری کفایت فرما۔ مزید برآں ہر وہ چیز جو مجھ سے مخفی و آشکار ہے اور وہ امور جن میں تیری بارگاہ سے خوف زدہ ہوں کفایت فرما اے سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے۔

O God, I have entrusted my affair to You, made my back take refuge in You, and surrendered my soul to You for what I have committed against it, in dread of You, in fear and in hope. You are that merciful Lord, who does not cut off hope and does not disappoint prayer.

بارالھا! میں اپنے کاموں کو تم پر چھوڑتی ہوں، اور خود کو تیری پناہگاہ میں دیتی ہوں اور ان گناہوں کے سبب جو انجام دے چکی ہوں کے بارے میں تم سے خوف زدہ اور امیدوار ہوں خود کو تمہارے حوالے کرتی ہوں جبکہ تو ایسا کریم ہے جو امیدوں کو ختم نہیں ہونے دیتا اور دعاؤں کے مستجاب کرنے میں مایوس نہیں کرتا۔

So I beg You by the right of Ibrahim, your friend, Musa, with whom You conversed, Isa, your spirit, and Muhammad, your chosen and your prophet, that You don’t turn away your kind face from me till You accept my repentance, have mercy on my tears and forgive my mistakes, O the most merciful of the merciful ones and the best judgment giver.

اب رب کریم حضرت ابراہیم، حضرت موسیٰ کلیم اللہ، حضرت عیسیٰ روح اللہ اور اپنے برگزیدہ نبی اور بندے حضرت محمد کے صدقے میں مجھ سے اپنا رخ نہ موڑنا، یہاں تک کہ میری توبہ قبول فرما اور میرے آنسوؤں پر رحم فرما اور میری خطاؤں کو درگذر فرما۔ اے بہترین رحم کرنے والے اور سب سے بہتر فیصلہ کرنے والے۔

O God, take revenge from those, who are unjust to me and help me against my enemies. O God, do not deem my calamity to be in my religion and do not make the world as the most important aim and the end of knowledge. My God, reform this religion of mine, which is the support of my issues and reform this world for me in which I live; and also reform my hereafter, where I have to return. And make my life a means of increase in every goodness; and make death to be a stage of being saved from every mischief.

بارالھا! مجھ پر ظلم کرنے والے سے انتقام لے اور دشمنوں کے مقابل میں میری مدد فرما۔ بارالھا! دین پر عمل پیرا ہونے میں کسی امتحان میں نہ ڈال، اور دنیا کو میرا اہم مقصد اور میرے علم کی انتہا قرار نہ دے۔ بارالھا! دین میرا اہم مقصد حیات ہے۔ اس کی اصلاح فرما اور دنیا میں میرا معاش ہے اور اسے درست فرما، میری آخرت کو سنوار کہ جس کی طرف مجھے لوٹ کر جانا ہے۔ میری زندگی کو ہر بھلائی میں اضافے کا ذریعہ بنا اور میری موت کو ہر برائی سے نجات کا وسیلہ بنا۔

O God, You are excessively forgiving and You also like forgiveness; so now forgive me and keep me alive as long as there is good in life; after that if death is better, You give that to me. And I ask You for your fear in every seen and unseen matter and justice in anger and contentment. O God, bestow on me moderation in both: poverty and affluence; and I ask You for that bounty, which is not destroyed. And that coolness of the eye, which is unending. I ask You for contentment after the decree and I ask You for the pleasure of looking at Your Face.

بارالھا! تو بخشنے والا اور بخشش کو دوست رکھتا ہے پس مجھ سے درگذر فرما۔ بارالھا! مجھے اس وقت تک زندہ رکھ جب تک میری زندگی میرے لئے خیرو برکت رکھتی ہے اور مجھے اس وقت موت آئے جب موت میں بہتری ہو، اور ظاہر و باطن میں اپنا خوف اور غضب و رضا میں انصاف کی توفیق دے۔ بارالھا! فقر و بے نیازی میں میانہ روی اور ہمیشہ رہنے والی نعمتوں اور نہ ختم ہونے والی آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک کا سوال کرتی ہوں اور قضا کے بعد رضا اور لذت دیدار کا سوال کرتی ہوں۔

O God, I ask You for guidance in my issues and seek your refuge from the mischief of my self. O God, I have committed the worst kinds of deeds and have oppressed my self, so forgive me; as there is no one other than You, who can forgive the sins. O God, I ask You for haste in your relief, and patience in your trials and exit from the world towards your mercy.

بارالھا! اپنے کاموں میں تجھ سے ہدایت کی طلبگار ہوں اور اپنے نفس کے شر سے تجھ سے پناہ مانگتی ہوں۔ بارالھا! خود پر ظلم کرتے ہوئے برے کام انجام دیئے، پس تو مجھے معاف فرما کیونکہ تیرے علاوہ کوئی گناہ معاف کرنے والا نہیں۔ بارالھا! سلامتی میں تعجیل، آزمائش میں صبر اور دنیا سے تیری رحمت کی طرف گامزن ہونے کا سوال کرتی ہوں۔

O God, indeed I make You a witness, and your angels and bearers of the throne and all the creatures of the heavens and the earth, that only You are my God, and You have no partner; and that Muhammad is your servant and your messenger. And I ask You as all praise is for You and there is no god, except You. And You are the originator of the heavens and earth; O one, who is present before everything and is the creator of everything and is to endure till nothing else remains.

بارالھا! تجھے اور تیرے ملائکہ اور حاملان عرش اور جو کچھ زمین و آسمان میں ہے گواہ بناتی ہوں کہ تو ہی خدا ہے تیرے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں اور تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں ہے اور محمد تیرا بندہ اور رسول ہے اور تجھ سے ہی سوال کرتی ہوں تو یکتا ہے کیونکہ تمام تعریفیں تیرے لئے ہیں اور تیرے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں اور تو زمین و آسمان پیدا کرنے والا ہے، اے وہ ذات جو ہر چیز سے پہلے موجود تھی اور ہر چیز کو پیدا کیا اور جب کوئی چیز بھی نہیں ہوگی تو تیری ذات موجود ہوگی۔

O God, my sight is focused on your mercy and my hand is stretched before your kindness; so do not deprive my entreaty from response and do not chastise me after I have repented. O God, forgive me, as You are well aware of my weaknesses and don’t chastise me, although You exercise absolute power on me. Through your mercy, O the most merciful of the merciful ones.

بارالھا! میری چشم انتظار تیری رحمت کی طرف لگی ہے اور اپنے ہاتھوں کو تیری بخشش کی طرف پھیلائے ہوئے ہوں پس جب تم سے سوال کروں تو مجھے محروم نہ فرمانا اور جب استغفار کروں تو مجھے عذاب نہ فرمانا۔ بارالھا! مجھے معاف فرما جبکہ تو میرے کاموں سے آگاہ ہے اور مجھے عذاب نہ فرما جبکہ تو مجھ پر قادر ہے تجھے اپنی رحمتوں کا واسطہ اے بہترین رحم کرنے والے۔

O God, O one having wide mercy and beneficial and lofty invocation of blessing (Salawat), bless the most honoured of Your creatures before You, the most beloved of them to You and the most eminent of them with You, who is your servant and messenger and who is singled out for the most excellent of means. Bless him with the noblest, most perfect, loftiest, greatest and most honoured of the blessings You have sent upon any who conveyed Your message and was entrusted with Your revelation.

بارالھا! اے وسیع رحمت والے، اے بلند و بالا اور نافع درود و سلام والے‘ اپنی تمام مخلوقات میں سے بہترین بندے اور اپنے محبوب اور تیری بارگاہ میں سب سے پیارے بندے اور رسول محمد پر درود بھیج، وہ اور اس پر جس کو بہترین وسائل کے ساتھ آراستہ کیا ہے درود بھیج، شریف ترین، کامل ترین، بزرگ ترین، گرامی ترین درود، محمد پر وہ درود بھیج جو اپنے مبلغین اور اپنی وحی کے امانت داروں پر بھیجتا ہے۔

O God, like You have destroyed deviations through him and opened the doors of guidance, now, make our conduct same as his conduct and his proofs and arguments the means of certainty for us. So that we may follow him and present ourselves in your court. O God, as much praise is there for You that the seven heavens and all their layers; all seven earths and the areas between them, all the scope of the Throne of the noble Lord, all wideness of the system of the forgiving master; full computation of the words of the forceful Lord; and the whole capacity of Paradise and Hell is filled up. The number of the drops of water and equal to the particles of dust and is equal to the seen and unseen things.

بارالھا! جس طرح محمد کے ذریعے جہالت کی تاریک رات کو ہٹایا ہے، اور ہدایت کے چشموں کو جاری کیا ہے ہمیں اس کی ہدایت کی راہوں کا مسافر قرار دے اور اس کی روشن دلیلوں کو اپنی بارگاہ میں پہنچنے کا سبب قرار دے۔ پروردگارا: سات آسمانوں کی وسعت اور اس کے طبقات کے برابر اور سات زمینوں کی وسعت اور جو کچھ ان میں ہے اور اپنے رب کریم کے عرش کے برابر اور بخشنے والے رب کے میزان کے برابر اور اپنے قہار رب کے کلمات کی روشنائی کے برابر، جنت و جہنم کی تعداد کے مطابق، پانی اور مٹی کی تعداد کے برابر، اور دیکھی جانے والی اشیاء اور مخفی چیزوں کی تعداد کے مطابق تیری حمد بجا لاتی ہوں۔

O God, deem all your blessings, bounties, favors, forgiveness, mercy, approval, grace, security, remembrance and effulgence, nobility and bounty and all nice good deeds for Muhammad and Progeny of Muhammad (a.s.) in such a way like You blessed and graced Ibrahim and progeny of Ibrahim; indeed You are praised and glorious. O God, bestow to Muhammad the greatest mediation and the noblest reward in the hereafter; so that You may announce his nobility on Judgment Day, O Lord of guidances.

بارالہا! اپنے درود اور برکتیں، احسان اور بخشش اور رحمت رضوان اور فضیلت و سلامتی اور اپنے ذکر و نور و شرف اور نعمات و خیرات کو محمد و آل محمد کے لئے قرار دے، جس طرح اپنے درود،برکت، رحمت کو حضرت ابراہیم اور ان کی آل پر قرار دیا، باتحقیق تو حمد والا بزرگوار ہے۔ بارالہا! محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ کو قیامت میں عظیم وسیلہ اور بہترین اجر عطا فرما، یہاں تک کہ قیامت کے دن ان کو عزّت سے نواز اے ہدایت کرنے والے پروردگار۔

O Allah, bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad and blessings be on all your angels, your prophets and your messengers. Peace be on Jibra'il, Mika'il and Israfil, on the bearers of the Throne, on your angels (who are brought near), on the noble scribes and on the Cherubim; and peace be on all your angels.

بارالھا! محمد و آل محمد پر اور تمام انبیاء، ملائکہ اور رسولوں پر درود بھیج، جبرائیل و میکائیل و اسرافیل و حاملان عرش اور اپنے مقرب فرشتوں کراماً کاتبین اور تمام ملائکہ پر سلام ہو۔

Peace be on our father Adam and on our mother Hawwa; peace be on all the prophets, the truthful ones, the martyrs and the righteous; peace be on all the messengers, and all praise is for Allah, the Lord of the worlds. There is no power and strength, except for Allah, the high and the mighty and Allah is sufficient for me and the best of the trustees; and may Allah bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad in excess.

اور اپنے باپ آدم اور ماں حوا پر سلام ہو اور تمام نبیوں پر سلام ہو اور صدیقین، شہداء، اور صالحین پر سلام ہو۔ تمام رسولوں پر سلام ہو۔ تمام تعریفیں اللہ تعالیٰ کے لئے ہیں جو تمام جہانوں کاپالنے والا ہے اور نہیں ہے قوت و قدرت مگر خدائے بزرگ و برتر سے، اور میرے لئے اللہ کافی ہے اور وہ بہترین وکیل ہے پس محمد و آل محمد پر خدا کی جانب سے بہت زیادہ درود اور سلام ہوں۔

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
