Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
Allaahumma ighfir lee maa anta a'lamu bihee minnee fa-in 'udtu fa'ud lee bil-maghfirah.
Allaahumma ighfir lee maa wa-aytu min nafsee walam tajid lahoo wafaa'an 'indee.
Allaahumma ighfir lee ramazaati al-alhaazi wasaqataati al-alfaazi wasahawaati al-janaani wahafawaati al-lisaan.
O Allah forgive my sins of which You are aware and if I repeat it then forgive me again. O Allah! forgive me what I promised myself, and You did not find fulfilment of it with me. O Allah forgive the sins done by the action of eyes, mistake of the lips, negligence of the heart and by the movement of the tongue.
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
