دن و رات کے اوقات میں سے کسی بھی وقت کا 1079 مرتبہ اس ذکر کا ورد کرنا سرکش نفس کو مطیع بنانے اور قبولیت دعا کے لئے مفید ہے۔۔۔
یَا مَنْ ذَلَّ کُلُّ شَیْءٍ لِوَحْدَانِیَّتِہٖ
Yaa man zalla kullu shay'in liwahdaaniyyatih
O One before whose Oneness everything is humbled and submits.
اے وہ ذات کہ جس کی وحدانیت کے سامنے ہر چیز عاجز اور جھک جاتی ہے۔
If any person on the Eve of Friday writes YAA LATEE-FO on 20 morsels (bites) and eats them, then the creatures will be obedient to him.
اگر کوئی شخص شب جمعہ نان کے 20 لقموں پر ’’یَالَطِیْفُ‘‘ کو لکھ کر کھالے تو خلائق اس کے مطیع و فرمانبردار ہوں گے۔

حضرت امام رضاؑ سے منقول ہے کہ جس شخص کا نفس امارہ اس پر غالب آچکا ہو تو اگر وہ نفس کو اپنا مطیع بنانا چاہے تو اس کو چاہئے کہ وہ رات کو سوتے وقت اپنے سینے پر ہاتھ رکھ کر 100 مرتبہ ’’یَا مُمِیْتُ‘‘ کا ورد کرے اور ورد کرتے کرتے سوجائے تو بہت جلد اپنے مقصود میں کامیاب ہوجائے گا۔

’’یَا مُقَدِّمُ‘‘ کا بہت زیادہ ورد کرنا نفس کو اطاعت الٰہی میں مطیع و فرمانبردار بنانے میں مفید و مؤثر ہے۔
To make self (nafs) obedient reciting YAA MU-AKH-KHERO is beneficial.
نفس کو مطیع بنانے کے لئے بھی ’’یَامُؤَخِّرُ‘‘ کا ورد مفید ہے۔
According to a saying to make people obedient and disciplined reciting YAA WAALIY-YO 11 times is beneficial.
ایک قول کے مطابق لوگوں کو مطیع و فرمانبردار بنانے کے لئے ’’یَا وَالِیُّ‘‘ کا گیارہ مرتبہ ورد مفید ہے۔
