Allamah Majlisi (r) writes in Behaar al-Anwaar: Recite farewell Ziyarat which has been narrated by Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (a) which he (a) had recited while departing from the Holy Prophet (s). The narration of Allamah Majlisi (r) does not indicate that this farewell Ziyarat is for particular infallible. When you intend to leave and bid farewell to the Imam, you may recite farewell ziyarat in the following words...
علامہ مجلسی نے بحار الانوا میں نقل کیا ہے کہ: زیارتِ وداع پڑھوں کہ جو امام جعفر صادقؑ نے رسولِ خداؐ سے رخصت ہوتے وقت پڑھی تھی۔ علامی مجلسی کی یہ روایت ثابت نہیں کرتی ہے کہ یہ کسی خاص معصومؑ کے لئے ہے۔ جب تم امامؑ سے آخری رخصت لینا چاہو تو زیارتِ وداع ان الفاظوں میں ادا کرو۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem auto
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
لَا جَعَلَہُ اللہُ اٰخِرَ تَسْلِیْمِیْ عَلَیْکَ۔
Laa ja'alahu allaahu aakhira tasleemee 'alayk. auto
Allah may not decide this compliment of me to be the last.
خدا اس سلام کو آپ پر میراآخری سلام قرار نہ دے۔
You may add the following words…
پھر یہ پھی کہے۔۔۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْکَ یَا وَلِیَّ اللہِ وَرَحْمَۃُ اللہِ وَ بَرَکَاتُہٗ۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ لَا تَجْعَلْہُ اٰخِرَ الْعَہْدِ مِنْ زِیَارَتِیْ ابْنَ نَبِیِّکَ وَحُجَّتِکَ عَلٰی خَلْقِکَ وَاجْمَعْنِیْ وَ اِیَّاہُ فِیْ جَنَّتِکَ وَاحْشُرْنِیْ مَعَہٗ وَفِیْ حِزْبِہٖ مَعَ الشُّہَدَآئِ وَالصَّالِحِیْنَ وَحَسُنَ اُوْلٰٓئِکَ رَفِیْقًا وَاَسْتَوْدِعُکَ اللہُ وَاَسْتَرْعِیْکَ وَاَقْرَئُ عَلَیْکَ السَّلَامُ۔
اٰمَنَّا بِاللہِ وَبِالرَّسُوْلِ وَبِمَا جِئْتَ بِہٖ وَدَلَلْتَ عَلَیْہِ فَاکْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاہِدِیْنَ۔
As-salaamu 'alayka yaa waliyya allaahi warahmatu allaahi wa barakaatuh.
Allaahumma laa taj'alhu aakhira al-'ahdi min ziyaaratee ibna nabiyyika wahujjatika 'alaa khalqika wajma'nee wa iyyaahu fee jannatika wahshurnee ma'ahoo wafee hizbihee ma'a ash-shuhadaa'i was-saaliheena wahasuna oolaa'ika rafeeqan wa-astawdi'uka allaahu wa-astar'eeka wa-aqra'u 'alayka as-salaam.
Aamannaa billaahi wabilrrasooli wabimaa ji'ta bihee wadalalta 'alayhi faktubnaa ma'a ash-shaahideen. auto
Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you, O Allah’s authority. O Allah, (please) do not decide this visit to be the last of my visit to the son of Your Prophet and Your argument against Your creatures. Include me with him in Your Paradise and involve me with him and with his group with the martyrs and the righteous ones; and excellent the companionship of these is. I entrust you with Allah, ask Him to keep you under His custody, and invoke His blessings upon you. We believe in Allah, in the Messenger, and in whatever you have come with and instructed. So, (please) write us down with those who bear witness.
سلام ہوآپ پر اے ولی خدا رحمتِ خدا ہو اور اس کی برکات اے معبود! اس کو میرے لیے آخری موقع قرار نہ دے جو میں نے تیر ے نبی کے فرزند اورتیری مخلوق پر تیری حجت کی زیارت کی مجھے اور انہیں اپنی جنت میں یکجا کردے مجھے ان کے ساتھ محشور کران کے گروہ میں شہیدوں اور نیکوں کے ساتھ اور یہ کتنے اچھے ہم نشین ہیں آپ کو سپردِ خدا کرتا ہوں آپ کی توجہ چاہتا ہوں اورآپ کو سلام پیش کرتا ہوں ہم ایمان رکھتے ہیں خداا و ر رسولؐ پر اور اس پر جو آپ لائے اور اس کی طرف رہبری کی پس اے خدا ہمیں گواہوں میں لکھ دے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad. auto
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
