نمازِ فجر اور نماز عید کے بعد تکبیر عید الفطر پڑھے۔

اَللّٰہُمَّ اِیْمَانًا بِکَ وَتَصْدِیْقًا لِّکِتَابِکَ وَاِتِّبَاعَ سُنَّۃِ نَبِیِّکَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma eemaanan bika watasdeeqan likitaabika wa-ittibaa'a sunnati nabiyyika muhammadin sallaa allaahu 'alayhi wa-aalih.
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, believing in Thee, affirming Thy Book, following the way of life of Thy Prophet Muhammad, Allah’s blessings be on him and on his children, (I take bath). O Allah, send blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.
اے معبود!تجھ پر ایمان رکھتا ہوں تیری کتاب کی تصدیق کرتا ہوں اور تیرے نبی حضرت محمدؐ کی سنت و روش کا پیروکار ہوں۔ اے معبود! محمدؐ اور آلِ محمدؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما۔

پڑھ کرغسل شروع کرے اورغسل کے بعدکہے۔۔۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ اجْعَلْہُ کَفَّارَۃً لِذُنُوْبِیْ وَطَھِّرْ دِیْنِیْ اَللّٰہُمَّ اَذْھِبْ عَنِّی الدَّنَسَ۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma ij'alhu kaffaaratan lizunoobee watahhir deenee allaahumma azhib 'annee ad-danas.
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah make it an expiation for my sins and purify my religion and O Allah remove the dirt from me. O Allah send blessings on Muhammad (s.a.w.a) and his Progeny (a.s).
اے معبود! اس غسل کو میرے گناہوں کا کفارہ بنا اور میرے دین کوپاک فرما اے معبود! مجھ سے ناپاکی کو دور کردے۔ اے معبود! محمدؐ اور آلِ محمدؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما۔
It is recommended to put on the best clothes, apply perfumes, and offer the prayer in an open place, other than Holy Makkah. It is also recommended to eat something (specially dates), as a breaking of the fast, before the Eid al-Fitr namaz. Shaykh Mufid has mentioned that it is advisable to swallow a piece of the soil of Imam Husain (a)’s tomb, for it is a remedy for all illnesses. It is recommended not to leave one’s house for joining the congregational Eid al-Fitr Prayer before sunrise.
عمدہ لباس پہنے اور خوشبو لگائے۔ مکہ مکرمہ کے سوا کسی اور مقام پر ہو تو نمازِ عید صحرا میں کھلے آسمان میں ادا کرے۔ نماز عید سے پہلے دن کے آغاز میں افطار کرے اور بہتر ہے کہ افطار کھجور یا مٹھائی سے ہو شیخ مفیدؒ فرماتے ہیں : افطار میں تھوڑی سی خاکِ شفا کھائے تو وہ ہر بیماری سے شفا کا سبب بنے گی۔ جب نمازِ عیدکے لئے تیار ہوجائے تو طلوعِ آفتاب کے بعد گھرسے نکلے اور وہ دعائیں پڑھے جو سیدؒ نے کتاب اقبال میں نقل کی ہیں۔
It is Mustahab to mention the name of Allah while leaving for Eid Namaz and Juma Namaz and to recite dua Allahumma… fi haazal yaum.
ابو حمزہ ثمالی نے امام محمد باقرؑ سے روایت کی ہے کہ عید فطر،عید قربان اور جمعہ کے روز جب نماز کے لئے نکلے تو دعا اَللّٰهُمَّ۔۔۔ فِي هٰذَا الْيَوْمِ پڑھے۔
