Dua in Namaz-e-Witr
<نماز وتر میں دعا>
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
رَبِّ اَسَاتُ وَظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِیْ وَبِئْسَ مَا صَنَعْتُ فَهٰذِهٖ یَدَایَ یَارَبِّ جَزَآئًۢ بِمَا كَسَبْتُ وَهٰذِهٖ رَقَبَتِیْ خَاضِعَۃً لِّمَا اَتَیْتُ وَهَا اَنَاذَا بَیْنَ یَدَیْكَ فَخُذْ لِنَفْسِیْ مِنْ نَفْسِیْ الرِّضَا حَتّٰی تَرْضٰی لَكَ الْعُتْبٰی لَا اَعُوْدُ۔
Rabbe asaa-to wa zalam-to nafsee wa be-sa maa sana’to fa-haaze-hi yadaa-ya yaa rabbe jazaaa-am be-maa kasab-to wa haaze-hi raqaba-tee khaaze-a’tan lemaa a-taiy-to wa haa anaa-zaa baiyna ya-daiy-ka fa-khuz le-nafsee min nafsir rezaa hattaa tarzaa lakal o’t-baa laa a-oo’do.
O Allah! I am a sinner, I have done oppression on my self, and whatever I have done is wrong, now both these hands are presented for punishment, and the neck is bowed down due to my sins and now I have presented myself in Your presence. So for my sake snatch away the happiness from me, so that You love my actions and then I never repeat such deeds again.
خدا وندا! گنہگارہوں، اپنے اُپر ظلم کیا ہے اور جو کچھ کیا بُرا کیا، اب یہ دونوں ہاتھ کر تو توں کی سزا میں حاضر ہیں، اور یہ گردن میرے اعمال کی وجہ سے خم ہے، اور اب میں تیرے حضور میں حاضر ہوں اس لئے مجھ سے میری ذات کے لئے رضا و خوشی لے لے تا کہ تجھے میری رضا پسند آجائے اور میں پھر ایسے عمل نہ کروں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
اَلْعَفْوَ
Al-afvo
(I ask for) forgiveness.
معافی دے معافی دے۔
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِیْ وَارْحَمْنِیْ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَیْہِ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِیْمُ۔
Rabbighfirli war-hamni wa atoobo ilaiyhe innaka an-tat tawwaabur raheem.
Lord, forgive me and have mercy on me, and turn to me, Surely You are the Oft-returning, the Merciful.
خدا وندا! مجھے بخش دے، میرے اوپر رحم فرما، میری توبہ قبول کر کہ تو ہی توبہ قبول کرنے والا مہربان ہے۔
