Acceptance of Dua
دعا کی قبولیت
وَلِلهِ الْاَسْمَاۗءُ الْحُسْنٰى فَادْعُوْهُ بِهَا۔۔۔
Wa lillaahil asmaaa ’ul husnaa fad’oohu bihaa…
And Allah’s are the best names, therefore call on Him thereby…
اور اللہ ہی کے لئے بہترین نام ہیں لہذا اسے ان ہی کے ذریعہ پکارو۔۔۔
یَا اَللہُ یَا اَللہُ یَا اَللہُ یَا رَبِّ یَا رَبِّ یَا رَبِّ یَا ذُوالْجَلَالِ وَالْاِکْرَامِ یَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ یَا حَیُّ یَا قَیُّوْمُ اَسْئَلُکَ بِاِسْمِکَ الْعَظِیْمُ الْاَعْظَمْ اَنْ تَرْ زُقَنِیْ رِزْقًا وَاسِعًا حَلَالًا طَیِّبًا اِیَّاکَ نَعْبُدُ وَ اِیَّاکَ نَسْتَعِیْنُ وَاُفَوِّضُ اَمْرِیْ اِلَی اللہِ اِنَّ اللہَ بَصِیْرٌۢ بِالْعِبَادِ بِرَحْمَتِکَ یَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ۔
Yaa allaahu yaa allaahu yaa allaahu, yaa rabbe yaa rabbe yaa rabbe, yaa zul-jalaale wal-ikraame yaa ar-hamar raahe-meena, yaa hayyo yaa qayyoo-mo, as-aloka be-isme-kal a’zee-mul a’zam an tar zuqnee rizqan waase-a’n halaa-lan taiyye-ban, iyyaa-ka na’bodo wa iyyaa-ka nasta-ee’no wa o-fawwe-zo amree ilal-laahe innal laaha basee-room bil-a’baade be-rahmate-ka yaa ar-hamar raahe-meena.
O Allah, O Allah, O Allah. O Lord, O Lord, O Lord. O Possessor of Majesty and Honor. O Most Merciful of those who show mercy. O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting (Sustainer of all). I ask You by Your Greatest, Most great Name (Ism-e-Aazam) to grant me abundant, lawful (halal), pure (tayyab) provision. You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help. And I entrust my affair to Allah. Surely Allah sees His servants well. By Your mercy, O Most Merciful of those who show mercy.
اے اللہ! اے اللہ! اے اللہ! اے میرے رب! اے میرے رب! اے میرے رب! اے جلال اور بزرگی والے! اے سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے! اے ہمیشہ زندہ! اے سب کو قائم رکھنے والے! میں تجھ سے تیرے سب سے بڑے، نہایت عظیم نام کے واسطے سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ مجھے وسیع، حلال اور پاکیزہ رزق عطا فرما۔ہم تیری ہی عبادت کرتے ہیں اور تجھ ہی سے مدد مانگتے ہیں۔اور میں اپنا معاملہ اللہ کے سپرد کرتا/کرتی ہوں۔ بے شک اللہ بندوں کو خوب دیکھنے والا ہے۔اپنی رحمت سے، اے سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے۔
یَا ہُوَ یَا اَللہُ
Yaa howa yaa allaa-hu.
O He (a way of referring to Allah as “He,” (the One True God). O Allah (O God).
اے وہ (یعنی اللہ) اے اللہ
یَارَحْمٰنُ یا رَحِیْمُ
Yaa rahmaa-no yaa rahee-mo.
O The Most Compassionate (whose mercy is vast and general). O The Most Merciful (especially merciful to His servants).
اے سب پر رحمت کرنے والے / بے حد مہربان اے بہت رحم کرنے والے / خاص بندوں پر رحم کرنے والے
مَنْ ھُوَالرَّحِیْمُ
Man ho-war rahee-mo
the Most Merciful, especially merciful to His servants (believers).
بہت رحم کرنے والا، جو اپنے بندوں پر خاص رحمت فرماتا ہے۔
یَامَالِکُ الْمَلُوْکِ
Yaa maale-kul maloo-ke.
O Master of all kings (all dominion) / O King of Kings.
اے تمام بادشاہوں کے مالک / اے ساری بادشاہت کے مالک!
یَامَالِکُ الْمَلُوْکِ
Yaa maale-kul maloo-ke.
O Master of all kings (all dominion) / O King of Kings.
اے تمام بادشاہوں کے مالک / اے ساری بادشاہت کے مالک!
یَاقَابِضُ الْجُوْدِ
Yaa qaabe-zul joode.
O Withholder / Restrainer of generosity (bounty).
اے سخاوت (فضل) کو روک لینے والے!
یَارَافِعُ الدَّرَجَاتِ
Yaa raafe’ud dara-jaate.
O One who raises ranks (degrees).
اے درجات بلند کرنے والے۔
یَامُذِلَ الْجَبَّارِیْنَ وَمُبِیْرَالظَّالِمِیْنَ…
Yaa muze-lal jabbaa-reena wa mubee-raz zaale-meena…
O Humiliator of the tyrants, and Destroyer of the oppressors.
اے سرکش ظالموں کو ذلیل کرنے والے، اور ظلم کرنے والوں کو ہلاک (برباد) کرنے والے۔
... اَذِلْنِیْ فَخُذْ لِیْ مِنْہُ
…zil-nee qa-khuz lee minho.
If he humiliates me, then take (my right) from him for me / take revenge for me from him.
اگر وہ مجھے ذلیل کرے، تو اس سے میرا حق میرے لیے لے لے / اس سے میرا بدلہ لے لے۔
یَا مَنْ ذَلُّ کُلِّ شَیْءٍ لِوَحْدَانِیِّتِہٖ
Yaa man zallu kulle shai-in le-wahdaa niyyete-hi.
O One before whose Oneness everything is humbled and submits.
اے وہ ذات کہ جس کی وحدانیت کے سامنے ہر چیز عاجز اور جھک جاتی ہے۔
یَاسَمِیْعُ الدُّعَا
Yaa samee’ad du’aa.
O Hearer of supplication (prayers).
اے دعا سننے والے۔
یَاسَمِیْعَ السَامِعِیْنَ
Yaa asma’as saame’eena.
O the Best (Greatest) of all who hear.
اے سب سننے والوں میں سب سے بڑھ کر سننے والے۔
یَااَحْکَمُ الْحَاکِمِیْنَ
Yaa haka-mul haake-meena.
O the Most Just (Best) of all judges (rulers).
اے سب حاکموں (فیصلہ کرنے والوں) میں سب سے بہتر اور سب سے زیادہ انصاف کرنے والے۔
مَنْ ھُوَ عَادِلٌ فِیْ حُکْمِہٖ
Man howa a’a-delo fee hukme-hi.
He is the One who is just in His judgment.
وہ اپنی حکمرانی (فیصلے) میں عادل (انصاف کرنے والا) ہے۔
یَادَآئِمَ اللُّطْفِ
Yaa daaa-e-mal lutfe.
O Ever-Constant in kindness.
اے ہمیشہ مہربانی کرنے والے۔
یَالَطِیْفُ بِعِبَادِہٖ
Yaa latee-fo be’ibaade-hi.
O One who is gentle and kind to His servants.
اے اپنے بندوں پر نہایت مہربان اور نرمی کرنے والے۔
یَانِعْمَ اللَّطِیْفِ
Yaa ne’mal latee-fe.
O Excellent is the Most Gentle and Kind One.
کیا ہی بہترین ہے وہ نہایت مہربان اور نرم کرنے والا۔
یَامَنْ ھُوَ حُکْمُہٗ لَطِیْفٌ
Yaa man howa hukmo-hu latee-foon.
O One whose decree is gentle and full of kindness.
اے وہ ذات جس کا فیصلہ نہایت نرمی اور مہربانی والا ہے۔
یَا اَلْطَفُ مِنْ کُلِّ لَطِیْفٍ
Yaa latee-fo min kulle latee-fin.
O Most Kind and Gentle of all who are kind and gentle.
اے سب مہربانوں سے بڑھ کر مہربان، اور سب نرم کرنے والوں سے بڑھ کر نرم کرنے والے۔
یَالَطِیْفُ لِمَنْ یَّشَاۗئُ
Yaa latee-fo le-maiy ya-shaa-o.
O One who is gentle and kind to whomever He wills.
اے وہ ذات جو جس کے لیے چاہے نرمی اور مہربانی فرماتا ہے۔
یَامَنْ ھُوَ لَطِیقفٌ فِیْ صُنْعِہٖ
Yaa man howa latee-foon fee sun’ahi.
O One who is subtle and gentle in His creation and work.
اے وہ ذات جو اپنی کاریگری اور تخلیق میں نہایت نرمی اور حکمت والا ہے۔
یَامَنْ فَضْلُہٗ لَطِیْفٌ
Yaa man fazlo-hu latee-foon.
O One whose grace is subtle and gentle.
اے وہ ذات جس کا فضل نہایت لطیف اور مہربانی والا ہے۔
مَنْ ھُوَ عَلِیُّ الْاَعْلٰی
Man howa a’liyyul aa’la.
He is the Most High, the Exalted.
وہ سب سے بلند، نہایت بلند مرتبہ ہے۔
یَا جَامِعُ الْکِبْرِیَآئُ
Yaa jaame’ul kabee-reyaa-o.
O Gatherer (Holder) of all Majesty and Greatness.
اے ساری بزرگی اور عظمت کو جمع کرنے والے (سنبھالنے والے)۔
یَامَنِ الْکِبْرِیَآئُ رِدَآئُ
Yaa manil kibre yaa-o redaa-e-hi.
O One to whom Majesty is a robe (belongs).
اے وہ ذات جس کی چادر (لباس) کبریائی (بزرگی و عظمت) ہے۔
یَا مَنِ ھُوَ کَبِیْرُ الْمُتَعَالُ
Yaa man howa kabee-rul mut’aalo.
O One who is the Great, the Most Exalted.
اے وہ ذات جو بہت بڑا اور نہایت بلند و برتر ہے۔
یَانِعْمَ الْحَسِیْبُ
Yaa ne’mal hasee-bo.
How excellent is the Reckoner / the One who is sufficient
کیا ہی بہترین حساب لینے والا (اور کفایت کرنے والا) ہے!
مَنْ ذَالْعِزَّۃِ وَالْجَلَالِ
Man zal izza-te wal jalaa-le.
He is the One of honor and majesty.
وہ عزّت اور جلال والا ہے۔
ذُوالْعِزَّۃِ وَالْجَلَالِ
Zal izza-te wal jalaa-le.
The Possessor of Honour and Majesty.
عزّت اور جلال والا۔
یَا مَعْدِنَ الْجُوْدِ وَالْکَرَمِ
Yaa ma’de-nal joode wal kara-me.
O Source of generosity and nobility.
اے سخاوت اور کرم کے خزانے (سرچشمے)۔
یَا اَکْرَمَ مِنْ کُلِّ کَرِیْمٍ
Yaa akra-mo min kulle kareem.
O Most Generous of all who are generous.
اے سب کریموں سے بڑھ کر کریم (سب سے زیادہ سخی)۔
ذُوالْکَرَمِ وَالْاٰلَآئِ
Zul kara-me wal aalaaa-e.
The One who possesses generosity and great blessings (favors).
کرم اور بڑی بڑی نعمتوں والا۔
ذُوالْکَرَمِ وَالطَّوْلِ
Zul kara-me wat tawle.
The Possessor of generosity and great bounty (favour).
سخاوت والا اور بڑے فضل و احسان والا۔
مَنْ ھُوَ الْکَرِیْمُ
Man ho-wal karee-mo.
He is the Most Generous.
وہ کریم (بہت سخی) ہے۔
یَا سَرِیْعُ یَا مُجِیْبُ
Yaa saree’o yaa mujee-bo.
O Swift One, O Answerer (of prayers).
اے جلد (فوراً) کرنے والے، اے دعا قبول کرنے والے۔
مُجِیْبُ الدُّعَاۗئِ
Mujee-bud du’aaa-e.
The One who answers prayers.
دعا قبول کرنے والا۔
نِعْمَ المُجِیْبُ
Ne’mal mujee-bo.
Excellent is the One who answers (prayers).
کیا ہی بہترین ہے دعا قبول کرنے والا۔
مُجِیْبُ الدَّعْوَاتِ
Mujee-bud da’waate.
The One who answers supplications.
دعائیں قبول کرنے والا۔
یَانِعْمَ الْوَکِیْلُ
Yaa ne’mal wakee-lo.
O Excellent is the Trustee / Guardian (the Best One to rely upon).
کیا ہی بہترین کارساز (بھروسہ کرنے کے لائق) ہے۔
یَاقَوِیُّ یَا غَنِیُّ یَا مَلِیُّ یَاوَفِیُّ
Yaa qawiyyo yaa ghaniyyo yaa maliyyo yaa wafiyyo.
O All-Strong, O Self-Sufficient, O Ever-Providing, O Ever-Faithful (Fulfiller).
اے بہت طاقت والے، اے بے نیاز، اے عطا کرنے والے، اے وعدہ پورا کرنے والے۔
یَا وَلِیَّ الْمُؤمِنِیْنَ
Yaa waliy-yal mo’meneena.
O Protector (Guardian) of the believers.
اے مومنوں کے سرپرست (مددگار)۔
یَا مُحْیِیِ الْاَمْوَاتِ
Yaa muhye-yil am-waate.
O Giver of life to the dead.
اے مردوں کو زندہ کرنے والے۔
یَا قَیُّوْمُ لَا یُنَامُ
Yaa qayyoo-mo laa yunaa-mo.
O Self-Subsisting (Sustainer), the One who does not sleep.
اے سب کو قائم رکھنے والے (قیّوم)! جو کبھی نہیں سوتا۔
یَا اَحَدً بِلَاضِدٍّ
Yaa ahado belaa-ze-din.
O One, without any equal or rival.
اے اکیلے (ایک)، جس کا کوئی شریک یا برابر نہیں۔
یَا رَبَّ الْعِزَّۃِ
Yaa rabbal izza-te.
O Lord of honor and might.
اے عزّت کے رب۔
یَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍوَّ اٰلِہِ الطَّاھِرِیْنَ
Yaa ar-hamar raahe-meena be-haqqe mohamadiw wa aale-hit taahe-reen.
O Most Merciful of those who show mercy, by the honour of Muhammad and his pure family.
اے سب رحم کرنے والوں میں سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے! محمدؐ اور اُن کی پاک آلؑ کے حق کے واسطے۔
یَا سَرِیْعُ یَا مُجِیْبُ
Yaa saree’o yaa mujee-bo.
O Swift One, O Answerer (of prayers).
اے جلد (فوراً) کرنے والے، اے دعا قبول کرنے والے۔
یَا مَنْ عَادِلُ فِیْ حُکْمِہٖ
Yaa man aa’delo fee hukme-hi.
O One who is just in His judgment.
اے وہ ذات جو اپنے فیصلے میں عادل (انصاف کرنے والا) ہے۔
یَا مُغِیْثَ کُلِّ مَظْلُوْمِ
Yaa mughee-sa kulle mazloo-min.
O Rescuer (Helper) of every oppressed one.
اے ہر مظلوم کی فریاد سننے والے مددگار۔
