سوق اللّیل کے نزدیک ایک میدان ہے، وہیں ایک کتابخانہ ’مکتبۃ مکۃ المکرمہ‘ ہے، اِس بقعہ نور سے رسولِ اکرمؐ کے نور نے دنیا کو منوّر کیا، اِسی جگہ ایک مدت تک آپؐ نے دامن آمنہ میں پرورش پائی، اِس جگہ حجّاجِ محترم یہ دعا پڑھتے ہیں۔۔۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ بِجَاہِ نَبِیِّكَ الْمُصْطَفٰی وَ رَسُوْلِكَ الْمُرْتَضٰی وَ اَمِیْنِكَ عَلٰی وَحْیِ السَّمَآئِ وَ طَہِّرْ قُلُوْبَنَا مِنْ كُلِّ وَصْفٍ یُبَاعِدُنَا عَنْ مُشَاہَدَتِكَ وَ مَحَبَّتِكَ وَ اَمِتْنَا اَللّٰہُمَّ عَلَی السُّنَّۃِ وَ الْجَمَاعَۃِ عَلٰی مُوَالَاۃِ اَوْلِیَآئِكَ وَ مُعَادَاۃِ اَعْدَآئِكَ وَ الشَّوْقِ اِلٰی لِقَآئِكَ یَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْاِكْرَامِ اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَوْدَعْتُ فِی ہٰذَا الْمَحَلِّ الشَّرِیْفِ مِنْ یَوْمِنَا ہٰذَا اِلٰی یَوْمِ الْقِیٰمَۃِ خَالِصًا مُخْلِصًا اَشْہَدُ اَنْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ وَاَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُہٗ وَ رَسُوْلُہٗ۔
Allaahumma bijaahi nabiyyika al-mustafaa wa rasoolika al-murtadaa wa ameenika 'alaa wahyi as-samaa'i wa tahhir quloobanaa min kulli wasfin yubaa'idunaa 'an mushaahadatika wa mahabbatika wa amitnaa allaahumma 'alaa as-sunnati wa al-jamaa'ati 'alaa muwaalaati awliyaa'ika wa mu'aadaati a'daa'ika wa ash-shawqi ilaa liqaa'ika yaa zaa al-jalaali wa al-ikraami allaahumma innee awda'tu fee haazaa al-mahalli ash-shareefi min yawminaa haazaa ilaa yawmi al-qiyaamati khaalisan mukhlisan ashhadu an laa ilaaha illaa allaahu wa-anna muhammadan 'abduhoo wa rasooluh.
O Allah, by the standing of Your Prophet, the Chosen One (al-Mustafa), and Your Messenger, the Well-pleasing One (al-Murtada), and Your trustee over the revelation of the heaven, purify our hearts of every trait that keeps us far from beholding You and (from) loving You; and cause us to die, O Allah, upon the Sunnah and the Community, upon loyalty to Your friends, enmity towards Your enemies, and longing for meeting You, O Lord of Majesty and Honour. O Allah, I have deposited (this testimony) in this noble place, from this day of ours until the Day of Resurrection, purely (and) sincerely: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.
اے اللہ! اپنے برگزیدہ نبی، اپنے پسندیدہ رسول اور آسمانی وحی پر اپنے امین کی منزلت کے واسطے سے ہمارے دلوں کو ہر اس صفت سے پاک کر دے جو ہمیں تیرے مشاہدے اور تیری محبت سے دور کرتی ہے، اور اے اللہ! ہمیں سنت اور جماعت پر، اپنے دوستوں سے دوستی، اپنے دشمنوں سے دشمنی اور اپنی ملاقات کے شوق پر موت دے، اے صاحبِ جلال و اکرام! اے اللہ! میں نے اس مقدس مقام میں آج کے دن سے قیامت کے دن تک کے لیے خالص اور مخلص ہو کر (یہ گواہی) امانت رکھی ہے: میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اور محمدؐ اس کے بندے اور اس کے رسول ہیں۔
