Ziyarat-e-Isteghasa
زیارتِ استغاثہ
A ziyarat of salutation addressed to one who is preserved and therefore awaited. The reciter greets him as the one given authority to command and the ability to set things in order, whose opinion is accepted as true, the guide of those who safeguard themselves against evil and of those who submit to Allah, the friend of Allah and the successor of the Messenger of Allah. He is greeted further as the decisive argument of Allah, the helper of those unjustly treated and the supporter of the oppressed, and as one who comes to help decisively.
Ziyarat-e-Isteghasa Imam’e Zamana (a).
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا صَاحِبَ الْاَمْرِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا صَاحِبَ التَّدْبِیْرِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا صَاحِبَ الرَّاۗیِ الْمَسْمُوْعِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّهَا الْقَاۗئِمُ الْمُنْتَظَرُ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّهَا الْخَلَفُ الصَّالِحُ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا اِمَامَ الْمُتَّقِیْنَ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا اِمَامَ الْمُسْلِمِیْنَ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا وَلِیَّ اللهِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا خَلِیْفَۃَ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا بَضْعَۃَ اَكْبَادِ اللهِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا حُجَّۃَ اللهِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا عَوْنَ الْمَظْلُوْمِیْنَ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا غَوْثَ الْمَلَهُوْفِیْنَ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا قُطْبَ الْعَالَمِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّهَا الْغَیْثُ الدَّافِقُ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّهَا الْغَوْثُ اللَّاحِقُ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا نُوْرَ اللهِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا اِمَامَ الْمَسِیْحِ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا عَدِیْلَ الْخِضْرِ وَقَوِیْمَهٗ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّهَا الْاِمَامُ الْحَاضِرُ الْغَاۗئِبُ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّهَا الْغَاۗئِبُ الْحَاضِرُ اَدْرِكْنِیْ فِیْ ضَمِیْعِ اُمُوْرِیْ فِیْ مَضِاۗئِقِ الْاُمُوْرِ وَشَدَاۗئِدِهَا اَعِنِّیْ وَلَا تُعِنْ عَلَیَّ وَانْصُرْ نِیْ وَلَا تَنْصُرْ عَلَیَّ وَكُنْ لِیْ وَلَا تَكُنْ عَلَیَّ وَلَا تُفَارِقْنِیْ خَوْفَ ظَاهِرٍ بِحَقِّ وِلَایَتِكَ وَغَیْبَتِكَ وَشَهَادَتِكَ وَبِحَقِّ اٰبَاۗئِكَ الْمَعْصُوْمِیْنَ صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَیْهِمْ اَجْمَعِیْنَ۔
As-salaamo a’laika yaa saahe-bal amre.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa saahe-bat tad-beere.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa saahe-bar ra-aaa-yil masmoo-e’.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa ayyo-hal qaaa’e mul munta-zaro.
As-salaamo a’laika ayyo-hal khala-fus saale-ho.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa imaamal mutta-qeena.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa imaamal musle-meena.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa waliyyal-laahe.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa khalee-fata rasoolil laahe.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa baz-a’ta akbaa-dil laahe.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa hujja-tal laahe.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa a’w-nal mazloo-meena.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa ghaw-sal mala-hoo-feena.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa qutbal aa’lame.
As-salaamo a’laika ayyo-hal ghai-sud daafe-qo.
As-salaamo a’laika ayyo-hal ghaw-sul laahe-qo.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa nooral-laahe.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa imaamal masee-he.
As-salaamo a’laika yaa a’dee-lal khizre wa qawee-mahu.
As-salaamo a’laika ayyo-hal imaamul haaze-rul ghaaa’e bo.
As-salaamo a’laika ayyo-hal ghaaa’e bul haaze-ro adrik-nee fee zamee-e’ o-moo-ree fee maze-aa’e qil o-moore wa shada-aa’e dehaa a-innee wa laa to-i’n a’laiyya wan sornee wa laa tansur a’laiyya wa kun wa laa ta-kun a’laiyya wa laa to-faariq-nee khawfa zaahe-rin be-haqqe welaayate-ka wa ghaibate-ka wa shahaadate-ka wa be-haqqe aabaaa’e kal ma’soomee-na salwaa-tul laahe a’lai-him ajma-ee’na.
Peace be on you, O he who has been given authority (by Allah) to command. Peace be on you, O he who has been endowed with ability to set (everything) in order. Peace be on you, O he whose opinion is accepted as true. Peace be on you, O he who is preserving, therefore awaited. Peace be on you, O he who has is an apt and proper descendant (of the Holy Prophet). Peace be on you, O the guide leader of those who safeguard themselves against evil. Peace be on you, O the guide leader of those who surrender themselves to the will of Allah. Peace be on you, O the friend of Allah. Peace be on you, O the successor of the Messenger of Allah. Peace be on you, O he who is the part and parcel of those who are known as the heart of Allah. Peace be on you, O decisive argument of Allah (unto mankind). Peace be on you, O helper of those who have been unjustly treated. Peace be on you, O supporter of those who have been oppressed. Peace be on you, O the pivot and the axis of the universe. Peace be on you, O he who is like the clouds full of rain (of mercy). Peace be on you, O he who comes to help decisively. Peace be on you, O the light of Allah. Peace be on you, O he whom prophet Isa will follow. Peace be on you, O he who is like prophet Khizr in perpetuity. Peace be on you, O the guide leader who is present but not visible. Peace be on you, O he who is not visible but is present. Help me to come out successfully from my difficult affairs and face boldly their hardships. Help me. Do not let anyone or anything have an upper hand over me. Support me. Do not support that which is working against me. Let whatever is good for me happen. Do not let happen that which may harm me. Do not leave me when apparent fear lurks for the sake of your wilayah (authority), your presence in the invisible world, your witness, and for the sake of your infallible forefathers, blessings of Allah be on all of them.
سلام ہو آپ پر، اے صاحبِ امر (الٰہی حکم کے وارث)۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے صاحبِ تدبیر (امور کی حکمت سے نگرانی کرنے والے)۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ جن کی بلند و محترم رائے سنی جاتی ہے۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے قائمِ منتظر۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے نیک جانشین۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے پرہیزگاروں کے امام۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے مسلمانوں کے امام۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے اللہ کے ولی۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے رسولِ خداؐ کے خلیفہ۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے اللہ کے دلوں کا ٹکڑا (انتہائی عزیز و محترم)۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے اللہ کی حجّت۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے مظلوموں کے مددگار۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے فریاد کرنے والوں کی داد رَسی کرنے والے۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے عالم کے محور (قطب)۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے بہتا ہوا رحمت کا مینہ۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے پہنچنے والی مدد۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے اللہ کے نور۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے حضرت مسیحؑ کے امام (راہنما)۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے حضرت خضرؑ کے ہم مرتبہ اور ان کے سیدھے ساتھی۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ امام جو حاضر بھی ہیں اور غائب بھی۔ سلام ہو آپ پر، اے وہ جو غائب ہو کر بھی حاضر ہیں۔ اے میرے امام! میری فریاد سنیں؛ میرے معاملات میں، تنگیوں اور سختیوں کے وقت مجھے پا لیں (میری مدد فرمائیں)۔ میری مدد کریں اور میرے خلاف کسی کی مدد نہ ہونے دیں۔ میری نصرت کریں اور کسی کو مجھ پر غالب نہ کریں۔ میرے ساتھ رہیں، میرے خلاف نہ ہوں۔ اور مجھے جدا نہ کریں کھلے خوف اور خطرے کے وقت بھی آپ کی ولایت کے حق کے واسطے، آپ کی غیبت اور آپ کی شہادت کے حق کے واسطے، اور آپ کے معصوم آباء کے حق کے واسطے اللہ کی رحمتیں ان سب پر ہوں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
