بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
یَا مَنْ عَفٰی عَنِ السَّیِّئَاتِ فَلَمْ یُجَازِ بِهَا اِرْحَمْ عَبْدَكَ یَا اَللهُ نَفْسِیْ، نَفْسِیْ اِرْحَمْ عَبْدَكَ اَیْ سَیِّدَاهُ عَبْدُكَ بَیْنَ یَدَیْكَ اَیَا رَبَّهٗ۔ اَیْ اِلٰهِیْ بِكَیْنُوْ نِیَّتِكَ اَیْ اَمَلَاهٗ، اَیْ رَجَایَاهُ اَیْ غِیَاثَاهُ اَیْ مُنْتَهٰی رَغْبَتَاهُ اَیْ مُجْرِیَ الدَّمِ فِیْ عُرُوْقِیْ عَبْدُكَ عَبْدُكَ بَیْنَ یَدَیْكَ اَیْ سَیِّدِیْ اَیْ مَالِكَ عَبْدِهٖ هٰذَا عَبْدُكَ اَیْ سَیِّدَاهُ یَا اَمَلَاهُ یَا مَالِكَاهُ اَیَا هُوَ اَیَا هُوَ اَیَاهُوَ یَا رَبَّاهُ، یَا رَبَّاهُ، یَا رَبَّاهُ۔
Yaa man 'afaa 'ani as-sayyi'aati falam yujaazi bihaa irham 'abdaka yaa allaahu nafsee, nafsee irham 'abdaka ay sayyidaahu 'abduka bayna yadayka ayaa rabbahoo.
Ay allaahee bikaynoo niyyatika ay amalaahoo, ay rajaayaahu ay ghiyaathaahu ay muntahaa raghbataahu ay mujriya ad-dami fee 'urooqee 'abduka 'abduka bayna yadayka ay sayyidee ay maalika 'abdihee haazaa 'abduka ay sayyidaahu yaa amalaahu yaa maalikaahu ayaa huwa ayaa huwa ayaahuwa yaa rabbaahu, yaa rabbaahu, yaa rabbaahu. auto
O the one who when forgives, never takes revenge, have mercy on Your creatures. O Allah! O my beloved have mercy on me. O Lord! Your servant is in Your presence, O Lord! O Lord! For the sake of Your creatures O my hope and wishes O the listener of complaints O the extreme pleasure. O the one to make the blood flow in my veins Your creature and only Your creature is present before You. My Lord! O the master of the creatures Your servant is present in Your domain.
اے وہ کہ جس نے گناہوں کو معاف کیا تو پھر ان کا بدلہ نہ دیا، اپنے بندے پر رحم کر۔ یا اللہ! میری جان اپنے بندے پر رحم فرما، اے مولا! تیرا بندہ تیرے سامنے حاضر ہے۔ اے پروردگار، اے پروردگار، اے معبود! تجھے تیری خالقیت کا واستہ، اے میری آرزو، اے تمنّا، اے فریاد رس، اے منتہاے شوق، اے میری رگوں میں خون دوڑانے والے، تیرا بندہ اور فقط تیرا بندہ تیرے حضور میں حاضر ہے۔ اے میرے مولا! اے اپنے بندے کے آقا، تیرے حضور میں تیرا بندہ حاضر ہے۔ اے مرکزِ تمنّا، اے مالک، اے دہ، اے وہ، اے وہ، اے پروردگار، اے پروردگار، اے پروردگار۔
عَبْدُكَ لَا حِیْلَۃَ لِیْ وَلَا غِنٰی بِیْ عَنْ نَفْسِیْ لَا اَسْتَطِیْعُ لَهَا ضَرًّا وَلَا نَفْعًا وَلَا اَجِدُ مَنْ اُصَانِعُهٗ تَقَطَّعَتْ اَسْبَابُ الْخَدَاۗئِعِ عَنِّیْ وَاضْمَحَلَّ كُلُّ مَظْنُوْنٍ عَنِّیْ وَاَفْرَدَنِیْ الدَّهْرُ اِلَیْكَ فَقُمْتُ هٰذَا الْمَقَامِ۔ اِلٰهِیْ تَعْلَمُ هٰذَا كُلَّهٗ فَكَیْفَ اَنْتَ صَانِعٌ بِیْ، لَیْتَ شَعْرِیْ وَلَا اَشْعُرُ كَیْفَ تَقُوْلُ لِدُعَاۗئِیْ، اَتَقُوْلُ نَعَمْ اَوْ تَقُوْلُ لَا فَاِنْ قُلْتَ لَا فَیَا وَیْلِیْ یَا وَیْلِیْ یَا وَیْلِیْ وَیَا عَوْلِیْ یَا عَوْلِیْ یَا عَوْلِیْ یَا شِقْوَتِیْ یَا شِقْوَتِیْ یَا شِقْوَتِیْ یَا ذُلِّیْ یَا ذُلِّیْ یَا ذُلِّیْ اِلٰی مَنْ اَوْ عِنْدَ مَنْ؟
'abduka laa heelata lee walaa ghinaa bee 'an nafsee laa astatee'u lahaa darran walaa naf'an walaa ajidu man usaani'uhoo taqatta'at asbaabu al-khadaa'i'i 'annee wadmahalla kullu maznoonin 'annee waafradanee ad-dahru ilayka faqumtu haazaa al-maqaami.
Allaahee ta'lamu haazaa kullahoo fakayfa anta saani'un bee, layta sha'ree walaa ash'uru kayfa taqoolu lidu'aa'ee, ataqoolu na'am aw taqoolu laa fain qulta laa fayaa waylee yaa waylee yaa waylee wayaa 'awlee yaa 'awlee yaa 'awlee yaa shiqwatee yaa shiqwatee yaa shiqwatee yaa zullee yaa zullee yaa zullee ilaa man aw 'inda man? auto
O the center of hopes! O Master of He! O He! O He! O Lord! O Lord! I am Your servant there is no one useful for this careless soul, neither gain nor loss is in his control and nor is there anyone who can do goodness to him, I have exhausted all my weapons of cheating, and all the evil has been visible, now the world has left me isolated for You and so I am standing.
تیرا بندہ ہو اور کوئی اپنے سے بےپروائی نفس کے لئے کارامند نہیں، نہ اس کے لئے نفع اپنے بس میں ہے نہ نقصان، اور نہ کوئی ایسا ہے جو اس کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کر سکے۔ میری فریب کاریوں کے تمام اسباب ختم ہو چکے، تمام غلط باتیں ظاہر ہو چکیں، اب زمانے نے تیرے لئے مجھے تنہا چھوڑ دیا، اس لئے اس منزل میں کھڑا ہوں۔ الٰہی! تو ان سب باتوں کو جانتا ہے، پھر میرے ساتھ کیا سلوک فرمائے گا، کاش مجھے معلوم ہو جاتا، حالانکہ میں سمجھ نہیں سکتا کہ تو میری دعا سن کر کیا فرمائے گا؟ کیا یہ فرمائےگا کہ: "ہاں" یا فرمائےگا: "نہیں"، اگر کہیں یہ فرمایا کہ "نہیں" تو ہائے، ہائے، ہائے فریاد ہے، فریاد ہے، فریاد، ہائے بد قسمتی، بد نصیبی، بد بختی، ہائے ذلّت، ہائے ذلّت، ہائے ذلّت۔
اَوْ كِیْفَ اَوْ لِمَا ذَا اَوْ اِلٰی اَیِّ شَیْءٍ اَلْجَاۗئُ وَمَنْ اَرْجُوْا اَوْ مِنْ یَّعُوْدُ بِفَضْلِهٖ عَلَیَّ حَیْثُ تُرْفِضُنِیْ؟ یَا وَاسِعَ الْمَغْفِرَۃِ وَاِنْ قُلْتَ نَعَمْ كَمَا اَظُنُّ فَطُوْبٰی لِیْ اَنَا السَّعِیْدُ طُوْبٰی لِیْ اَنَا الْغَنِّیُ طُوْبٰی لِیْ اَنَا الْمَرْحُوْمُ اَیْ مُتَرَحِّمُ اَیْ مُتَرَئِّفُ اَیْ مُتَعَطِّفُ اَیْ مُتَمَلِّكُ اَیْ مُتَجَبِّرُ اَیْ مُتَسَلِّطُ لَا عَمَلَ لِیْ اَبْلُغُ بِهٖ نَجَاحَ حَاجَتِیْ فَاَنَا اَسْئَلُكَ بِاِسْمِكَ الَّذِیْ اَنْشَاتَهٗ مِنْ كُلِّكَ فَاسْتَقَرَّ فِیْ غَیْبِكَ فَلَا یَخْرُجُ مِنْكَ اِلٰی شَیْءٍ سِوَاكَ۔
Aw keefa aw limaa zaa aw ilaa ayyi shay'in al-jaa'u waman arjoo aw min ya'oodu bifadlihee 'alayya haythu turfidunee?
Yaa waasi'a al-maghfirati wain qulta na'am kamaa azunnu fatoobaa lee anaa as-sa'eedu toobaa lee anaa al-ghanniyu toobaa lee anaa al-marhoomu ay mutarahhimu ay mutara''ifu ay muta'attifu ay mutamalliku ay mutajabbiru ay mutasallitu laa 'amala lee ablughu bihee najaaha haajatee faanaa as'aluka biismika allazee anshaatahoo min kullika fastaqarra fee ghaybika falaa yakhruju minka ilaa shay'in siwaaka. auto
O Allah You are aware of everything, then how will You treat me. O that I knew! Although I do not know Your reply after listening to my supplication. Will You say 'yes' or 'no' and if You say 'no' then Alas! Alas! Alas! I complain, I complain, I complain, oh my misfortune! Unlucky! Wretchedness! Oh Shame! Oh Shame! Oh Shame! Now where shall I go? Why and what for? Or with whom shall I seek refuge and from whom shall I have hopes. Is there anyone who shall do grace upon me by his mercy, when it is You who have left me.
اب کس کے پاس اور کہاں جاؤں؟ کیونکر یا کس لئے، یا کس چیز سے جا کر پناہ مانگوں، اور کس سے تمنّا کروں، کون ہے جو اپنے فضل سے مجھ پر توجہ کرے گا، جب کہ خود تونے مجھے چھوڑ دیا، اے بہت زیادہ مغفرت کرنے والے، اور اگر تونے فرمایا: "ہاں دعاء قبول ہے"، جیسے میرا اعتقاد بھی ہے تو میں خوش نصیب و قابل مبارک باد ہوں، مجھے مبارک کہ میں غنی ہوں، مجھے مبارک کہ میں مستحق رحم ہوں، اے رحم کرنے والے، اے مہربان، اے توجّہ کرنے والے، اے مالک، اے قادر، اے غلبہ حاصل کرلینے والے، میرے پاس کوئی ایسا عمل نہیں جو میری دعا کی کامیابی کا ذریعہ بن سکے۔ میں تیرے اس نام کے صدقے میں تجھ سے درخواست کرتا ہوں کہ جس نام کو تو نے "کن" سے پیدا کیا اور وہ نام تیرے پردۂ غیب میں پوشیدہ ہے، اور یہ غیب کا نام تیرے سوا کسی کو نہیں معلوم۔
اَسْئَلُكَ بِهٖ هُوَ لَمْ یَلْفَظُ بِهٖ وَلَا یَلْفَظْ بِهٖ اَبَدًا اَبَدًا وَبِهٖ وَبِكَ لَا شَیْءَ لِیْ غَیْرَ هٰذَا وَلَا اَجِدُ اَحَدًا اَنْفَعُ لِیْ مِنْكَ اَیْ كَبِیْرُ اَیْ عَلِیُّ اَیْ مَنْ عَرَّفَنِیْ نَفْسَهٗ اَیْ مَنْ اَمَرَنِیْ بِطَاعَتِهٖ اَیْ مَنْ نَهَانِیْ عَنْ مَعْصِیَتِهٖ اَیْ مَنْ اَعْطَانِیْ مَسْئَلَتِیْ اَیْ مَدْعُوُّ اَیْ مَسْئُوْلُ اَیْ مَطْلُوْبًا اِلَیْهِ۔
As'aluka bihee huwa lam yalfazu bihee walaa yalfaz bihee abadan abadan wabihee wabika laa shay'a lee ghayra haazaa walaa ajidu ahadan anfa'u lee minka ay kabeeru ay 'aliyyu ay man 'arrafanee nafsahoo ay man amaranee bitaa'atihee ay man nahaanee 'an ma'siyatihee ay man a'taanee mas'alatee ay mad'uwwu ay mas'oolu ay matlooban ilayhi. auto
O the excessive forgiver, and if You say 'Yes your supplication is accepted' like I believe it then I am indeed lucky and worth compliments. I congratulate that I deserve mercy O the one who does mercy O the generous! O the one who is Attentive! O the Master! O the Powerful! O the one who overpowers! I don't have a deed which can be a cause for the acceptance of my prayers. I beseech You for the sake of Your names which You have created from everything and is concealed by Your covering and this concealed name is known only to You, I seek of that name of Yours which has never been utitlised and will never be utilized. I ask You by Your name and by Yourself as I don't possess anything other than these. Neither I meet anyone who could get me some benefit from You.
میں تجھ سے اس نام کے صدقے میں سوال کرتا ہوں جسے نہ کبھی استعمال کیا گیا ہے، نہ آیندہ بولا جائے گا۔ اس نام اور تیری ذات سے مانگتا ہوں کہ میرے پاس اس کے علاوہ کچھ نہیں، اور نہ کوئی ایسا ملتا ہے جو تجھ سے مجھے فائدہ پہنچوا دے۔ اے بزرگ و برتر، اے بلند و گرامی، اے وہ کہ جس نے مجھے اپنے نفس کی معرفت عطا فرمائی، اے وہ کہ جس نے میری تمنّائیں پوری کیں، اے پکارے جانے والے، اے وہ کہ جس سے سوال کیے جاتے ہیں، اے وہ کہ جس سے حاجت طلب کی جاتی ہے۔
اِلٰهِیْ وَرَفَضْتُ وَصِیَّتِكَ الَّتِیْ اَوْ عَیْتَنِیْ بِهَا وَلَمْ اُطِعْكَ وَلَوْ اَطَعْتُكَ لَكَفَیْتَنِیْ مَا قُمْتُ اِلَیْكَ فِیْهِ قَبْلَ اَنْ اَقْوُمَ وَاَنَا مَعَ مَعْصِیَتِیْ لَكَ رَاجٍ فَلَا تَحُلْ بَیْنِیْ وَبَیْنَ مَا رَجَوْتُ وَارْدُدْ یَدِیْ عَلَیَّ مَلِیَّاءً مِنْ خَیْرِكَ وَفَضْلِكَ وَبِرِّكَ وَعَافِیَتِكَ وَمَغْفِرَتِكَ وَرِضْوَانِكَ بِحَقِّكَ یَا سَیِّدِیْ۔۔۔
Allaahee warafadtu wasiyyatika allatee aw 'aytanee bihaa walam uti'ka walaw ata'tuka lakafaytanee maa qumtu ilayka feehi qabla an aqwuma waanaa ma'a ma'siyatee laka raajin falaa tahul baynee wabayna maa rajawtu wardud yadee 'alayya maliyyaa'an min khayrika wafadlika wabirrika wa'aafiyatika wamaghfiratika waridwaanika bihaqqika yaa sayyidee... auto
O the great and ancient, O the Honorable! O He who has made me recognize my own soul. O He who has granted me, my desires, O the one who is called! O the one who is questioned! O the one from whom one seek the desires. O Allah I have left those commands which You had reminded me, and I disobeyed You, and if I had obeyed You then before me being present here You would have done? And I inspite of my sins, would have hope from You so don't let any thing come between You and my hopes and return my hands full of Your grace, safety and goodness, By the sake of Your rights.
الٰہی! میں نے تیرے وہ حکم چھوڑ دیے جو تونے یاد رکھوائے تھے اور میں نے تیری اطاعت نہ کی، اور اگر اطاعت کرتا تو اس بارے میں یہاں حاضر ہونے سے پہلے ان چیزوں کے سلسلے میں تو میری سربراہی کرتا، اور میں باوجود گنہگاری کے تجھ سے امید وار ہوں، لہذا میری آرزو اور اپنے درمیان میں حائل نہ ہونا، اور میرے ہاتھ اپنے احسان و فضل، کرم و سلامتی، بخشش و خوشنودی سے مالامال واپس فرما، میرے مولا تجھے اپنے خدائی کا واسطہ۔ اے زحمت کے وقت میرے ذخیرے، اے سختی کے وقت میرے مدد گار، اے میری نعمت کے وقت میرے ولی، اے میری ضرورت کے وقت حاجت برآوری۔
۔۔۔یَا عُدَّتِیْ عِنْدَ كُرْبَتِیْ وَیَا غِیَاثِیْ عِنْدَ شِدَّتِیْ وَیَا وَلِیِّ فِیْ نِعْمَتِیْ یَا مُنْجِحِیْ فِیْ حَاجَتِیْ یَا مَفْزَعِیْ فِیْ وَرْطَتِیْ یَا مُنْقِذِیْ مِنْ هَلَكَتِیْ یَا كَالِئِیْ فِیْ وَحْدَتِیْ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاغْفِرْ لِیْ خَطِیْئَتِیْ وَیَسِّرْ لِیْ اَمْرِیْ وَاجْمَعْ لِیْ شَمْلِیْ وَانْجِحْ لِیْ طَلَبَتِیْ وَاَصْلِحْ لِیْ شَانِیْ وَاكْفِنِیْ مَا اَهَمَّنِیْ وَاجْعَلْ لِیْ اَمْرِیَ فَرَجًا وَمَخْرَجًا وَلَا تُفَرِّقْ بَیْنِیْ وَبَیْنَ الْعَافِیَۃِ اَبَدًا مَا اَبْقَیْتَنِیْ وَعِنْدَ وَفَاتِیْ اِذَا تَوَفَّیْتَنِیْ یَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ۔
...yaa 'uddatee 'inda kurbatee wayaa ghiyaathee 'inda shiddatee wayaa waliyyi fee ni'matee yaa munjihee fee haajatee yaa mafza'ee fee wartatee yaa munqizee min halakatee yaa kaali'ee fee wahdatee salli 'alaa muhammadin waaali muhammadin waghfir lee khatee'atee wayassir lee amree wajma' lee shamlee wanjih lee talabatee waaslih lee shaanee wakfinee maa ahammanee waj'al lee amriya farajan wamakhrajan walaa tufarriq baynee wabayna al-'aafiyati abadan maa abqaytanee wa'inda wafaatee izaa tawaffaytanee yaa arhama ar-raahimeena. auto
O My store at the times of hardships. O my hope at the time of trials, O my guardian at the time of bounties, O my fulfiller of needs at the time of desires, O my refuge at the time of destruction, O my saver at the time of annihilation, O my companion in solitude, send blessings on Mohammed (s.a.w.a) and his Progeny (a.s) and forgive my sins, ease for me my affairs, bestow on me my connection to unity, success in my aims, reformation of my self, and answer for my supplications, success and solution in all my affairs. Don't separate me and safety when You give me life and when You give me death. O most merciful of all the merciful.
اے میری تباہی کے وقت پناہ گاہ، اے ہلاکت کے وقت مجھے بچانے والے، اے میری تنہائی میں میرے نگران، محمدؐ و آل محمدؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما اور میری خطا بخش دے، میرے معاملات آسان فرما دے، میری پراگند گی کو جمعیت، مقاصد کو کامیابی، میرے حالات کی اصلاح اور جن چیزوں سے پریشان ہوں ان میں اپنی کفایت سے سرفراز فرما، میرے معاملات میں کامیابی اور کشائش قرار دے مجھ میں اور سلامتی میں جدائی نہ کر جب تک مجھے زندگی دے اور جب ہوت دے تب بھی، اے رحم کرنے والوں میں سب سے بڑے مہربان۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
