امام جعفر صادقؑ فرماتے ہیں کہ فجر اور مغرب کی نماز کے بعد یہ دعا ۷ مرتبہ پڑھو، پس جو شخص یہ دعا پڑھے وہ جذام ،برص اور دیوانگی سے محفوظ رہے گا اور ۷۰ بلائیں اس سے دور رہیں گی۔۔۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيْمِ۔
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheemi laa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billaahi al-'aliyyi al-'azeem.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. There is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high and All-great.
اﷲ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے نہیں کوئی حرکت وقوت مگرخدا سے جو بلند و برتر ہے۔
In mornings and evenings, you may repeat the following doxology twice…
پھر۲ مرتبہ کہے۔۔۔
اَلْحَمْدُ لِرَبِّ الصَّبَاحِ اَلْحَمْدُ لِفَالِقِ الْاِصْبَاحِ۔
Al-hamdu lirabbi as-sabaahi al-hamdu lifaaliqi al-isbaah.
All praise be to the Lord of morning and All praise be to the Cleaver of daybreak.
حمد ہے صبح کے رب کے لئے اور حمد ہے صبح کو ظاہر کرنے والے کے لئے۔
You may then say the following doxology…
پھر کہے۔۔۔
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِىْ اَذْهَبَ اللَّيْلَ بِقُدْرَتِهٖ وَجَآءَ بِالنَّهَارِ بِرَحْمَتِهٖ وَنَحْنُ فِىْ عَافِيَةٍ۔
Al-hamdu lillaahi allazee azhaba al-layla biqudratihee wajaa'a bin-nahaari birahmatihee wanahnu fee 'aafiyah.
All praise be to Allah Who has taken away the night by His power and brought the day through His mercy by which we remain healthy.
حمد ہے خدا کے لئے جس کی قدرت سے رات جاتی ہے اور اس کی رحمت سے دن آتا ہے اور ہم تندرست رہتے ہیں۔
You may then recite Aayatul Kursi 255, the last verses of Surah Hashr (59:21-24), 10 verses of Surah Saaffaat (37:173-182) and the following holy verses and doxological statements following them…

Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
وَسُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُوْنَ وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِيْنَ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِيْنَ فَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ حِيْنَ تُمْسُوْنَ وَحِيْنَ تُصْبِحُوْنَ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِى السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِيْنَ تُظْهِرُوْنَ يُخْرِجُ الْحَىَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَيُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَىِّ وَيُحْيِى الْاَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَكَذٰلِكَ تُخْرَجُوْنَ سُبُّوْحٌ قُدُّوْسٌ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّ الْمَلَآئِكَةِ وَالرُّوْحِ سَبَقَتْ رَحْمَتُكَ غَضَبَكَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ اِنِّىْ ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِىْ فَاغْفِرْ لِىْ وَارْحَمْنِىْ وَتُبْ عَلَىَّ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ۔
Wasubhaana rabbika rabbi al-'izzati 'ammaa yasifoona wasalaamun 'alaa al-mursaleena wal-hamdu lillaahi rabbi al-'aalameena fasubhaana allaahi heena tumsoona waheena tusbihoona walahu al-hamdu fee as-samaawaati wal-ardi wa'ashiyyan waheena tuzhiroona yukhriju al-hayya mina al-mayyiti wayukhriju al-mayyita mina al-hayyi wayuhyee al-arda ba'da mawtihaa wakazaalika tukhrajoona subboohun quddoosun rabbunaa warabbu al-malaa'ikati war-roohi sabaqat rahmatuka ghadabaka laa ilaaha illaa anta subhaanaka innee zalamtu nafsee faghfir lee warhamnee watub 'alayya innaka anta at-tawwaabu ar-raheem.
“Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honor, above what they describe. And Peace be upon the messengers. And all praise is due to Allah the Lord of the worlds.” “Therefore, glory be to Allah when you enter upon the time of the evening and when you enter upon the time of the morning; and to Him belongs praise in the heavens and the earth, and at nightfall and when you are at midday. He brings forth the living from the dead and brings forth the dead from the living, and gives life to the earth after its death, and thus shall you be brought forth.” Glorified and Sacred be You; our Lord and the Lord of the angels and the Holy Spirit. Your mercy has preceded Your wrath. There is no god save You. Glory be to You. I have wronged myself; so, forgive me, have mercy upon me, and accept my repentance, for You are the Oft-Returning, the All-merciful.
اور پاک ہے تیرا رب مالک عزت اس سے جو وہ اس کے بارے میں کہتے ہیں، سلام ہو رسولوں پر اور حمدہے خدا کے لئے جو جہانوں کا رب ہے، پس پاک ہے اللہ جب تم شام کرتے ہو اور جب تم صبح کرتے، اسی کے لئے حمد آسمانوں اور زمین میں جب عشاء اور جب ظہر کرتے، وہ نکالتا ہے زندہ کو مردہ میں سے اور نکالتا ہے مردہ کو زندہ میں سے، زندہ کرتا ہے زمین کو اس کی موت کے بعد اسی طرح تمہیں زمین سے نکالے گا، پاک و پا کیزہ ہے ہمارا رب جو فرشتوں اور روح کا رب ہے تیری رحمت تیرے غضب سے پہلے ہے، نہیں ہے کوئی معبود مگر تو، تو پاک ہے میں نے خود پر ظلم کیا پس مجھے بخش دے مجھ پر رحم کر میری توبہ قبول فرما کہ تو بڑا تو بہ قبول کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
