Al-Tusi has reported that a man came to Imam Sadiq (a) and complained, “My master, I complain to you about the debt in which I am involved and the ruler who has oppressed me. I thus want you to teach me a supplication by which I can win a treasure so that I will settle my debts and protect myself against the oppression of the ruling authorities.” The Imam (a) thus said: When night befalls you, you should offer a 2 unit prayer. In the first unit, recite Surah Fateha and Aayatul Kursi. In the second unit, recite Surah Fateha and the last four verses of Surah Hashr (59:21-24). You should then carry the book of the Holy Qur’an, put it on your head, and say the following supplication…
شیخ طوسیؒ نے روایت کی ہے کہ ایک شخص امام جعفر صادقؑ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا ؛مولا میں حاضر ہوا ہوں کہ اپنے قرض اور بادشاہ کے ظلم کی شکایت کروں حضرتؑ نے فرمایا ؛جب رات کی تاریکی چھا جائے تو ۲ رکعت نماز پڑھو کہ پہلی رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد آیت الکرسی اور دوسری رکعت میں سورۂ فاتحہ کے بعد سورہ حشر:۲۱۔۲۴ آیتوں کو پڑھو پھر قرآن سر پر رکھ کر کہو۔۔۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ بِحَقِّ ھٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنِ وَبِحَقِّ مَنْ اَرْسَلْتَہٗ بِہٖ وَبِحَقِّ کُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ مَدَحْتَہٗ فِیْہِ وَبِحَقِّکَ عَلَیْہِمْ فَلَا اَحَدَ اَعْرَفُ بِحَقِّکَ مِنْکَ۔
Allaahumma bihaqqi haazaa al-qur'aani wabihaqqi man arsaltahoo bihee wabihaqqi kulli mu'minin madahtahoo feehi wabihaqqika 'alayhim falaa ahada a'rafu bihaqqika mink.
O Allah! I appeal to Thee in the name of this Qur’an and him whom Thou hast sent with it, and in the name of the Momin (believer) whose praise is contained in this Book and the obligation that is on them. No one else recognizes the right and truth more than Thee.
اے معبود!اس قرآن کے واسطے اور اس کے واسطے جسے تونے اس کے ساتھ بھیجا اوران مومنین کے واسطے جن کی تونے اس میں مدح کی ہےاور ان پر تیرے حق کا واسطہ پس تیرے حق کو تجھ سے بڑھ کر کوئی نہیں جانتا۔

The reporter added: After some time, the man returned to Imam Sadiq (a) after he had settled his debt, built good relations with the ruling authorities, and become financially well-appointed. It seems this supplication must be said after the prayer.
راوی کا بیان ہے کہ وہ شخص چلا گیا اور ایک مدت کے بعد واپس آیا جب اس کا قرض ادا ہو چکا تھا بادشاہ کی طرف سے اس کے حا لا ت بہتر ہوچکے تھے اور اس کا مال بھی زیادہ ہوچکا تھا مؤلف کہتے ہیں کہ ظاہر ہے یہ عمل نماز ادا کرنے کے بعد بجا لانا چاہیے۔
