Within the recommended rites on Fridays, Shaikh al-Tusi, in his book of Misbah al-Mutahajjid, has mentioned the following: A group of our companions have reported on the authority of Abul-Mufazzal al-Shaybani that Abu-Muhammad ‘Abdullah ibn Muhammad al-Abid related to them in al-Daliyah, saying: In the year 255, I asked my master Imam al-Hasan al-’Askari, peace be upon him, in his house in Surra-Man-Ra’a (Samarrah) to dictate to me an invocation of blessings upon the Prophet and his Successors, peace be upon him and them, after I had brought with me a big sheet of paper. ائمہ طاہرینؑ پر صلوات کے ضمن میں شیخ طوسیؒ نے مصباح میں اعمالِ روز جمعہ میں فرمایا ہے : ہمارے رواۃ نے ابوالمُفضل شیبانی سے ایک خبر نقل کی ہے وہ کہتے ہیں: مجھے ابو محمد عبداللہ ابن محمد عابد بدالیہ نے بتایا : میں ۲۵۵ھ میں اپنے مولا امام حسن عسکریؑ سے سامرہ میں ان کے مقام پر حاضر ہو کر یہ سوال کیا کہ آپ مجھے حضرت محمدؐ اور ان کے اوصیاء ائمہ معصومینؑ میں سے ہر ایک کے لئے صلوات لکھوائیں میں قلم، دوات اور کاغذ ہمراہ لے کر گیاتھا آپ نے کسی کتاب سے دیکھے بغیر مجھے یہ صلوات زبانی لکھوائی۔
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا حَمَلَ وَحْيَكَ وَبَلَّغَ رِسَالَاتِكَ وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا اَحَلَّ حَلَالَكَ وَحَرَّمَ حَرَامَكَ وَعَلَّمَ كِتَابَكَ وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا اَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَدَعَا اِلٰى دِيْنِكَ وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَدَّقَ بِوَعْدِكَ وَاَشْفَقَ مِنْ وَعِيْدِكَ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin kamaa hamala wahyaka waballagha risaalaatika wasalli 'alaa muhammadin kamaa ahalla halaalaka waharrama haraamaka wa'allama kitaabaka wasalli 'alaa muhammadin kamaa aqaama as-salaata wa-aataa az-zakaata wada'aa ilaa deenika wasalli 'alaa muhammadin kamaa saddaqa biwa'dika wa-ashfaqa min wa'eedik.
O Allah, (please) bless Muhammad as he bore Your revelations and conveyed Your messages. And (please) bless Muhammad as he declared lawful that which You deemed lawful, forbade that which You deemed unlawful, and taught Your Book (to people). And (please) bless Muhammad as he performed the prayers, defrayed the poor-rate, and called to Your religion. And (please) bless Muhammad for he gave credence to Your promise and feared Your threat.
اے معبود! حضرت محمدؐ پر درود بھیج کہ انہوں نے تیری وحی کو سنبھالا اور تیرے پیغام پہنچائے حضرت محمدؐ پر درود بھیج کہ انہوں نے تیرے حلال کو حلال اور حرام کو حرام بتایا اور تیری کتاب کی تعلیم دی خدایا! محمدؐ پر درود بھیج کہ انہوں نے نماز قائم کی اور زکوٰۃ دیتے رہے اور تیرے دین کی طرف دعوت دی حضرت محمدؐ پر درود بھیج کہ انہوں نے تیرے وعدے کی تصدیق کی اور تیری دھمکی سے ڈرے۔
وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا غَفَرْتَ بِهِ الذُّنُوْبَ وَسَتَرْتَ بِهِ الْعُيُوْبَ وَفَرَّجْتَ بِهِ الْكُرُوْبَ وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا دَفَعْتَ بِهِ الشَّقَاءَ وَكَشَفْتَ بِهِ الْغَمَّاءَ وَاَجَبْتَ بِهِ الدُّعَاءَ وَنَجَّيْتَ بِهٖ مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا رَحِمْتَ بِهِ الْعِبَادَ وَاَحْيَيْتَ بِهِ الْبِلَادَ وَقَصَمْتَ بِهِ الْجَبَابِرَةَ وَاَهْلَكْتَ بِهِ الْفَرَاعِنَةَ۔
Wasalli 'alaa muhammadin kamaa ghafarta bihi az-zunooba wasatarta bihi al-'uyooba wafarrajta bihi al-kurooba wasalli 'alaa muhammadin kamaa dafa'ta bihi ash-shaqaa'a wakashafta bihi al-ghammaa'a wa-ajabta bihi ad-du'aa'a wanajjayta bihee mina al-balaa'i wasalli 'alaa muhammadin kamaa rahimta bihi al-'ibaada wa-ahyayta bihi al-bilaada waqasamta bihi al-jabaabirata wa-ahlakta bihi al-faraa'inah.
And (please) bless Muhammad as You, for his sake, forgave sins, concealed defects, and relieved agonies. And (please) bless Muhammad as You, for his sake, warded off misery, relieved grievances, responded to prayers, and saved from misfortunes. And (please) bless Muhammad as You, for his sake, had mercy on the servants, restored lands into life, trashed the tyrants, and obliterated the despots.
خدایا! محمدؐ پر درود بھیج کہ جن کے ذریعے تو نے لوگوں کے گناہ معاف کیے ان کے عیبوں کو چھپایا اور ان کے ذریعے لوگوں کی مشکلات دور کیں خدایا!محمدؐ پر درود بھیج کہ تو نے ان کے ذریعے بد بختی دور کی ان کے ذریعے رنج دور کیے ان کے ذریعے دعائیں قبول کیں اور ان کے وسیلے مصیبتوں سے نجات دی خدایا!محمدؐ پر درود بھیج کہ تو نے ان کے ذریعے بندوں پر رحم کیا اور شہروں کو آباد کیا اور ان کے ذریعے سرکشوں کی کمر توڑی اور ان کے ذریعے مغرور بادشاہوں کو قتل کیا۔
وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا اَضْعَفْتَ بِهِ الْاَمْوَالَ وَاَحْرَزْتَ بِهٖ مِنَ الْاَهْوَالِ وَكَسَرْتَ بِهِ الْاَصْنَامَ وَرَحِمْتَ بِهِ الْاَنَامَ وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَعَثْتَهُ بِخَيْرِ الْاَدْيَانِ وَاَعْزَزْتَ بِهِ الْاِيْمَانَ وَتَبَّرْتَ بِهِ الْاَوْثَانَ وَعَظَّمْتَ بِهِ الْبَيْتَ الْحَرَامَ وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ الْاَخْيَارِ وَسَلِّمْ تَسْلِيْمًا۔
Wasalli 'alaa muhammadin kamaa ad'afta bihi al-amwaala wa-ahrazta bihee mina al-ahwaali wakasarta bihi al-asnaama warahimta bihi al-anaama wasalli 'alaa muhammadin kamaa ba'athtahu bikhayri al-adyaani wa-a'zazta bihi al-eemaana watabbarta bihi al-awthaana wa'azzamta bihi al-bayta al-haraama wasalli 'alaa muhammadin wa-ahli baytihi at-taahireena al-akhyaari wasallim tasleemaa.
And (please) bless Muhammad as You, for his sake, multiplied fortunes, protected against terrors, broke the idols, and had mercy upon the human beings. And (please) bless Muhammad as You sent him with the best of all religions, strengthened the faith through him, broke into pieces the idols through him, and poured tribute on the Holy House. And (please) bless Muhammad and his Household the immaculate and virtuous and send thorough benedictions on them.
خدا یا!محمدؐ پر درود نازل فرما تو نے ان کے ذریعے اموال زیادہ کیےان کے ذریعے خوف وہراس سے محفوظ کیا ان کے ہاتھوں بتوں کو توڑا ان کے وسیلے سے لوگوں پر رحم فرمایا خدایا!محمدؐ پر درود بھیج کہ تو نے ان کو بہترین دین کے ساتھ بھیجا ان کے ذریعے ایمان کو قوت دی ان کے ہاتھوں بتوں کو تباہ کیا اور ان کے ذریعے بیت الحرام کو بزرگی دی خدایا! حضرت محمدؐ پر درود بھیج اور ان کے اہل بیتؑ پر جو پاک ہیں پسندشدہ اور سلام بھیج بہت بہت سلام۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
