بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismi allaahi ar-rahmaani ar-raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُکَ بِاَسْمَآئِکَ خَیْرَ الْاَسْمَآئِ الَّتِیْ تُنْزِلُ بِھَا الشِّفَآئَ وَتَکْشِفُ بِھَا الْاَدْوَآئَ اَنْ تُصَلِّیَ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاَنْ تُنَزِّلَ مِنْکَ عَافِیَۃً وَّشِفَآئً وَّتَدْفَعَ عَنِّیْ بِاسْمِکَ کُلَّ سُقْمٍ وَّبَلَآئٍ وَّتَتَقَبَّلَ صَوْمِیْ وَتَجْعَلَنِیْ مِمَّنْ صَامَ وَقَامَ وَرَضِیْتَ عَمَلَہٗ وَتَجْعَلَنِیْ مِمَّنْ صَامَتْ جَوَارِحُہٗ وَحَفِظَ لِسَانَہٗ وَفَرْجَہٗ وَتَرْزُقَنِیْ عَمَلًا تَرْضٰہُ وَتَمُنَّ عَلَیَّ بِالصَّمْتِ وَالسَّکِیْنَۃِ وَوَرَعًا یَّحْجُزُنِیْ عَنْ مَعْصِیَتِکَ یَااَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ۔
Allaahumma innee as'aluka bi-asmaa'ika khayra al-asmaa'i allatee tunzilu bihaa ash-shifaa'a watakshifu bihaa al-adwaa'a an tusalliya 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammadin wa-an tunazzila minka 'aafiyatan washifaa'an watadfa'a 'annee bismika kulla suqmin wabalaa'in watataqabbala sawmee wataj'alanee mimman saama waqaama waradeeta 'amalahoo wataj'alanee mimman saamat jawaarihuhoo wahafiza lisaanahoo wafarjahoo watarzuqanee 'amalan tardaahu watamunna 'alayya bis-samti was-sakeenati wawara'an yahjuzunee 'an ma'siyatika yaa arhama ar-raahimeen.
O Allah, indeed I ask You for the sake of Your names which are the best of the names through which You send down the cure and with whom You remove the maladies; that You bless Muhammad and Aale Muhammad (a.s) and bestow prosperity and cure for me and through the sake of Your names remove every disease and trouble from me and accept my fasts and make me of those who fasted and prayed and by whose deeds You are satisfied and make me of those whose every organ has fasted; whom You have kept away from bad talks and sins of the private parts and give me taufeeq for such deeds that You like and bestow on me by not talking on inappropriate occasions and bless me with peace and tranquility and give such piety that keeps me away from Your disobedience, O the most merciful of the merciful ones.
خداوندا میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں تیرے ناموں کے وسیلہ سے، کہ جو بہترین نام ہے، یہی وہ نام ہے کہ جن کے ذریعہ سے تو شفا نازل کرتا ہے اور بیماریوں کو دور کرتا ہے۔ کہ حضرت محمدؐ اور آل محمدؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما اور مجھے عافیت اور شفا عطا کر اور اپنے نام کے وسیلہ سے ہر قسم کی بیماری اور بلا کو مجھ سے دور کر دے اور میرے روزے قبول کر، اور قرار دے مجھ کو ان لوگوں میں سے جنہوں نے روزہ رکھا، نماز پڑھی اور ان کے عمل سے تو راضی ہوا اور قرار دے مجھ کو ان لوگوں میں سے کہ جن کے تمام اعضا و جوارح نے روزہ رکھا ہو اور جنہوں نے اپنی زبان کو بد گوئی اور شرمگاہوں کو گناہوں سے محفوظ رکھا، اور مجھے ایسے اعمال کی توفیق دے کہ جس کو تو پسند کرے اور احسان کر مجھ پر بے محل گفتگو سے بچا کر سکون و اطمینان عنایت فرما کر اور مجھے ایسی پرہیز گاری عنایت فرما جو تیری نافرمانی سے مجھے باز رکھے، اے سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allaahumma salli 'alaa muhammadin wa-aali muhammad.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آلؑ پر۔
It is reported in Iqbal Al-Amaal on the authority of Holy Prophet (s) that dua Yaa Saane-a’ Kulle Masnoo-in is to be recited on 5th night of Mahe Ramazan.
سید ابن طاؤس نے کتاب اقبال الاعمال میں رسول خداؐ سے روایت کی ہے کہ ۵؍ماہِ رمضان کی شب میں دُعا يَا صَانِعَ كُلِّ مَصْنُوْعٍ پڑھے۔
