Allahummar Zuqni — wisdom and awareness (Ramazan)
اَللّٰھُمَّ ارْزُقْنِیْ فِیْہِ
A short supplication for a day of the holy month of Ramadan. The reciter asks Allah for wisdom and awareness, to be kept from foolishness and pretension, and to be granted a share in every blessing that is sent down. It is one of the daily duas recited through the days of Ramadan.
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ ارْزُقْنِیْ فِیْہِ الذِّھْنَ وَالتَّنْۢبِیْہَ وَبَاعِدْنِیْ فِیْہِ مِنَ السَّفَاہَۃِ وَالتَّمْوِیْہِ وَاجْعَلْ لِیْ نَصِیْبًا مِّنْ کُلِّ خَیْرٍ تُنْزِلُ فِیْہِ بِجُوْدِکَ یَااَجْوَادَ الْاَجْوَدِیْنَ۔
Allaahum-mar zuqnee fee-hiz zehna wat-tanbee-ha wa baa i’dnee feehe menas safaaha-te wat-tamwee-he waj-a’l lee nasee-ban min kulle khairin tunze-lo feehe be-joode-ka yaa ajwaa-dal ajwa-deen.
O Allah! On this day, grant me wisdom and awareness, keep me away from foolishness and pretention, grant me a share in every blessing You send down, by You generosity, O the most Generous.
اے معبود! آج کے دن مجھے ہوش اور آگاہی عطا فرما مجھے ہر طرح کی نا سمجھی اور بے راہ روی سےبچا کے رکھ اور مجھ کو ہر اس بھلائی میں سے حصہ دے جو آج تیری عطاؤں سے نازل ہو اے سب سے زیادہ عطا کرنے والے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
