Allahumma… sowaa-la
اَللّٰہُمَّ۔۔۔ سُؤَالَ

بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
In the Name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
اللہ کے نام سے (شروع کرتا ہوں) جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُکَ سُؤَالَ الْمِسْکِیْنِ الْمُسْتَکِیْنِ وَابْتَغِیْ اِلَیْکَ ابْتِغَاۗئَ الْبَاۗئِسِ الْفَقِیْرِ وَاَتَضَرَّعُ اِلَیْکَ تَضَرَّعُ الضَّعِیْفِ الضَّرِیْرِ وَابْتَھِلُ اِلَیْکَ ابْتِھَالَ الْمُذْنِبِ الذَّلِیْلِ وَاَسْئَلُکَ مَسْئَلَۃَ مَنْ خَضَعَ لَکَ نَفْسَہٗ وَرَغَمَ لَکَ اَنْفَہٗ وَعَفَّرَ لَکَ وَجْھَہٗ وَخَضَعَتْ لَکَ نَاصِیَتُہٗ وَاعْتَرَفَ بِخَطِیْئَتِہٖ وَفَاضَتْ لَکَ عَبْرَتُہٗ وَانْھَمَلَتْ لَکَ دُمُوْعُہٗ وَضَلَّتْ عَنْہُ حِیْلَتُہٗ وَانْقَطَعَتْ عَنْہُ حُجَّتُہٗ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَیْکَ وَبِحَقِّکَ الْعَظِیْمِ عَلَیْہِمْ۔
Allaahumma iniy as'aluka suwla al-miskeeni al-mustakeeni wabtaghee ilayka abtighaa'a al-baa'isi al-faqeeri waatadarra'u ilayka tadarra'u ad-da'eefi ad-dareeri wabtahilu ilayka abtihaala al-muznibi az-zaleeli waas'aluka mas'alata man khada'a laka nafsahoo waraghama laka anfahoo wa'affara laka wajhahoo wakhada'at laka naasiyatuhoo wa'tarafa bikhatee'atihee wafaadat laka 'abratuhoo wanhamalat laka dumoo'uhoo wadallat 'anhu heelatuhoo wanqata'at 'anhu hujjatuhoo bihaqi muhammadin 'alayka wabihaqika al-'azeemi 'alayhim. auto
O Allah, I ask You like a degraded beggar asks and I beg You just like a poor and deprived one begs and I plead to You like a helpless one pleads like a lowly sinner I also beseech You in helplessness and restlessness. And I ask You like one who has humbled himself before You and one who has laid himself at Your threshold and who has injured his face for You and has rested his forehead in Your court and one who admits his sins and one who wept for forgiveness and one who has no other option and neither he has any idea or plan for the sake of the right of Muhammad and Aale Muhammad (a.s) that is upon You and Your right which is upon them.
یا اللہ! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں ایک ذلیل و مسکین کی طرح، اور ایک فقیر و محتاج کی طرح تجھ سے طلب کرتا ہوں، اور گڑگڑا کر تجھ سے دعا کرتا ہوں، نا تواں اور دکھی کی طرح اور ذلیل و گناہ گار کی طرح سے میں تیری بارگاہ میں بے بسی و بے چینی کے ساتھ طلب کرتا ہوں، اور میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں ایک عاجز کی طرح سے کہ جس نے ذلّت کے ساتھ تیری بارگاہ میں اپنی ناک رگڑی اور جس نے اپنے چہرے کو تیرے لئے زخمی کیا اور جو اپنی پیشانی تیری بارگاہ میں جھکا دے، اور جو اپنے گناہوں کا اعتراف کرے، اور جس نے تیری بارگاہ میں گریہ و ذاری کی، جس کی راہِ چارہ مسدود تدبیر و دلیل بیکار ہو چکی ہو، تجھ کو واسطہ حضرت محمدؐ کے اس حق کا جو تجھ پر ہے اور تیرے اس عظیم حق کا واسطہ جو تیرے نبی ؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر ہے۔
اَنْ تُصَلِّیَ عَلٰی نَبِیِّکَ وَاٰلِ نَبِیِّکَ وَاَنْ تُعْطِیَنِیْ اَفْضَلَ مَاتُعْطِیْ السَّاۗئِلِیْنَ مِنْ عِبَادِکَ الْمَاضِیْنَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ وَاَفْضَلَ مَاتُعْطِی الْبَاقِیْنَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ وَاَفْضَلَ مَا تَخْلُقُہٗ مِنْ اَوْلِیَاۗئِکَ اِلٰی یَوْمِ الدِّیْنَ مِمَّنْ جَعَلْتَ لَہٗ خَیْرَ الدُّنْیَا وَخَیْرَۃِ الْاٰخِرَۃِ یَاکَرِیْمُ یَاکَرِیْمُ یَاکَرِیْمُ۔
An tusaliya 'alaa nabiyika waaali nabiyika waan tu'tiyanee afdala maatu'tee as-saa'ileena min 'ibaadika al-maadeena mina al-muwmineena waafdala maatu'tee al-baaqeena mina al-muwmineena waafdala maa takhluquhoo min awliyaa'ika ilaa yawmi al-diyna mimman ja'alta lahoo khayra ad-dunyaa wakhayrati al-aakhirati yaakareemu yaakareemu yaakareemu. auto
Bless Your Prophet and the progeny of Your Prophet and bestow me the best of what You have bestowed on the past believers who asked You and better than whatever You have bestowed on the present believers and better than which You are going to bestow to Your friends till Judgment Day for the good of the world and the Hereafter, O the noble one O the noble one O the noble one.
اپنے نبیؐ اور ان کی آلؑ پر رحمت نازل فرما اور ہمیں عطا فرما ان سب مومن اور گذرے ہوئے بندوں میں بہتر اور افضل جو کچھ تو اپنے مومن بندوں کو عطا کیا ہے اور جو کچھ تو نے اپنے باقی مادہ مومن بندوں پر عطا کیا ہے ان سے بہتر عطا فرما، اور قیامت تک اپنے دوستوں کو ایک کے بعد ایک کے لئے دنیا و آخرت کی بہتری قرار دینے والا ہے اس سے بھی بہتر و افضل ہمارے لئے قرار دے۔
وَاَعْطِنِیْ فِیْ مَجْلِسِیْ ھٰذَا مَغْفِرَۃَ مَا مَضٰی مِنْ ذُنُوْبِیْ وَاعْصِمْنِیْ فِیْمَا بَقِیَ مِنْ عُمْرِیْ وَارْزُقْنِی الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَۃَ فِیْ عَامِیْ ھٰذَا مُتَقَبَّلًا مَّبْرُوْرًا خَالِصًا لِوَجْھِکَ یَاکَرِیْمُ وَارْزُقْنِیْہِ اَبَدًا مَّا اَبْقَیْتَنِیْ۔
Waa'tinee fee majlisee haazaa maghfirata maa madaa min zunoobee wa'simnee feemaa baqiya min 'umree warzuqnee al-hajja wal-'umrata fee 'aamee haazaa mutaqabbalan mabrooran khaalisan liwajhika yaakareemu warzuqneehi abadan maa abqaytanee. auto
And bestow to me in this gathering, forgiveness of all of my past sins and keep me away from disobedience during the rest of my life. Give me the good fortune to perform the Hajj and Umrah, this year, which may be acceptable to You and which is accompanied with sincerity, O the owner of honor and give me the good sense to perform this worship deed as long as I am alive.
اے کریم اے کریم اے کریم تو مجھے اسی نشست میں میرے گناہانِ گذشتہ معاف فرما اور میری عمر کے باقی حصّوں میں اب مجھے گناہوں سے محفوظ فرما اور مجھے اسی سال ایسے حج و عمرہ سے مشرّف فرما کہ جو تیری بارگاہ میں مقبول ہو اور خلوص کے ساتھ ہو صرف تیرے لیے۔ اے صاحب کرم مجھے اس عبادت سے ہمیشہ مشرف فرما جب تک میں باقی ہوں۔
یَاکَرِیْمُ یَاکَرِیْمُ یَاکَرِیْمُ وَاکْفِنِیْ مَؤُنَۃَ نَفْسِیْ وَاکْفِنِیْ مَؤُنَۃَ عَیَالِیْ وَاکْفِنِیْ مَؤُنَۃَ خَلْقِکَ وَاَکْفِنِیْ شَرَّفَسَقَۃِ الْعَرَبِ وَالْعَجَمِ وَاَکْفِنِیْ شَرَّ فَسَقَۃِ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِ وَاَکْفِنِیْ شَرَّ کُلِّ دَابَّۃٍ اَنْتَ اٰخِذٌۢ بِنَاصِیَتِھَا اِنَّ رَبِّیْ عَلٰی صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِیْمٍ۔
Yaakareemu yaakareemu yaakareemu wakfinee ma'unata nafsee wakfinee ma'unata 'ayaalee wakfinee ma'unata khalqika waakfinee sharrafasaqati al-'arabi wal-'ajami waakfinee sharra fasaqati al-jini wal-insi waakfinee sharra kuli daabbatin anta aakhizun binaasiyatihaa inna rabiy 'alaa siraatin mustaqeemin. auto
O the owner of honor, O the owner of honor, O the owner of honor. And suffice me in my personal responsibilities and help me in fulfilling the needs of my family and support me in bearing the responsibility of Your creatures and keep me safe from the evil of the Arabs and non-Arabs and protect me from the mischief of the transgressing Jinns and humans and suffice me from the evil of every moving creature which are all in Your control, indeed my Lord only guides to the straight path.
اے کریم اے کریم اے کریم میری کفایت فرما میری ذاتی ذمہ داریوں میں، اور کفایت فرما میری عیالداری کی ذمہ داری میں، اور کفایت فرما اپنی مخلوق کی ذمہ داری میں، اور کفایت فرما اور مجھے بچائے رکھ عرب و عجم کے بدکاروں کے شر سے اور جنّوں اور انسانوں اور فاسقوں کے شر سے، میری حفاظت فرما اور تمام حشرات لارض، درندوں اور زمین پر چلنے والوں کے شر سے محفوظ فرما، یقینًا میرا رب صراط مستقیم کی ہدایت کرنے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ۔
Allahumma swalle alaa muhammadiw wa aale muhammadin
Allah’s (s.w.t) choicest blessings be upon Mohammed and his holy progeny.
اے معبود! رحمت نازل فرما حضرت محمدؐ اور انکی آل ؑپر۔
